Fantastic experience: Great gym I've been going here consistently for over 3 years, all the trainers are super friendly & passionate about what they do, there's a good variety of classes and the whole gym community is just a really nice group of people

Fantastic experience: I recently started training at The Body Factory and I really love it. At first it was daunting especially since I had only done regular classes like cycling at my previous gym. However everyone here is incredibly friendly. In just a short time I've learned so much and am already seeing results. All the trainers are excellent, providing detailed instructions on each exercise. A special shout out to Bec who has been amazing. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly and thanks to her guidance, I've improved so much already. I love it here…thanks guys! :)

Fantastic experience: The body factory is AMAZING! Loved staying here, training here, sauna/icing/jacuzzi-ing here and eating here! The staff are so friendly and wonderful - shout out to budi for helping me order my favourite meal ever on the last night (build your own bowl take his recommendations!) ill be back!!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for support with your goals in health and fitness I highly recommend reaching out to Dane Kelsall, the new owner of The Body Factory gym at Caringbah! I've really appreciated Dane's flexibility with my PT and his high care factor and positive energy helping me stay accountable to my goals. Always a fun atmosphere and so convenient to be able to take my son with me when I train with the Creche facilities. So if you are wanting to feel supported and need someone to hold you accountable then Dane is your guy (I'm also yet to try the Sauna but another great and popular addition Dane has made to the facility)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the body factory for about 4 months now and I feel so blessed to not only have found an amazing, supportive gym where the trainers genuinely care and are FUN I have also found a beautiful community and family. I'm new to learning weights and this has been the perfect place to start my journey. The music they play is also superb I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

They are friendly and take care with every participant, with focus on technique and improvement. The style and range of classes is perfect- I have never been so strong in my life. It is suitable for any fitness level and also beginners. I would absolutely recommend everyone to give them a go.

Fantastic experience: TBF is the first gym I've loved going to and felt so comfortable and welcome. They have a great range of classes to choose from that suit all ages and abilities. They've helped me to reach my fitness goals and I've never felt better. The coaches are so friendly and helpful and make the time and effort to get to know you personally and ensure you are getting the best out of every class. I highly recommend TBF for anyone no matter what your fitness goals are.

Fantastic experience: I went into the body factory’s challenge a little bit hesistant with a lot going on in my personal life and knowing I had fallen off the exercise bandwagon. I can safely say it was one of the best decisions my friends ever encouraged me to make after the covid ridden year that was it really did make the world of difference to not only my physical appearance & confidence (which was very much lacking) but it also led to the biggest improvement and shift in my mental state and happiness. I very quickly learned to look forward to walking into the gym to start my day again and challenging myself. I can’t thank all the amazing coaches enough for the encouragement and environment that they provided and continue to provide everyday. Following the challenge the body factory is now an integral part of my daily routine, one which I am so grateful for.

Everyone is warm and welcoming, you will never feel uncomfortable stepping inside the walls of The Body Factory.

TBF has not only helped transform my body to be the fittest, healthiest and strongest it has ever been but it has also changed my mindset on wanting a healthier and happier me! Fantastic experience: I've been to a few gyms in the past and The Body Factory is definitely the best, I even drive 40 min to get to class but it's defiantly worth it!. The whole team is very welcoming and understanding of everyone's fitness levels.The trainers are always motivating everybody and pushing them to do their best! Would really recommend this gym !!
