Fantastic experience: I was recommended PUMPT by a friend after being in a bit of a health rut. I did a trial and signed up within the day - it's the first gym I've been to where I feel welcomed and don't just feel like a number.. which is motivating in itself. Fantastic experience: I went in for a trial last week and was greeted and shown around by the lovely Loz. She was extremely welcoming and helpful. I did a group class and really enjoyed it. The coaches were very knowledgeable and friendly and the vibes in general were fun which makes wanting to be part of the gym easy. I signed up straight after the trial and am really looking forward to becoming part of the community and working on my strength goals at Pumpt.

Great training regimes offering continuous improvement and support. Self care room with sauna and ice bath ready for after training recovery and a staffed creche making training with little ones easier.. Pumpt is more like a great big family instead of just a gym. Everything you walk through the door you are greeted and made to feel like you belong

Negative experience: Ah went in to enquire about joining didn't get a good vibe from manager seems clear it's all about the money, quite rude couldn't wait to leave to serve a kid for a drink ohh we might lose them but couldn't careless to show you around or chat about equipment as said Money driven & maybe yous should employ more people or do course in customer service as u clearly don't know what it is! Anyway your loss!

Fantastic experience: PUMPT isn’t just a gym it’s a family of beautiful souled people that are super welcoming and only want what is best for you and your personal fitness goals!!! As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted with a smile and nothing but positive vibes. We support each other, play the music we love as loud or quiet as we want and have a good laugh, you don’t want to have your headphones in and head down here!!! Classes are run on the main gym floor which are also catered to individual abilities, not in a room with one instructor at the front where you have no idea if your form is right or if you are progressing. Braden, Anita and Ags have filled my heart in so many ways and helped me through some not-so-great times, I am forever grateful for their kindness. Whether you are a Beginner, Comp Body Builder or Seasoned Active person, PUMPT has everything you are looking for plus more, and it’s close to the beach so nothing can beat a beach sunset walk after leg day!

I’ve tried a few other places over the last few years, but Injustice CrossFit is my place I’ll always feel safe, welcome and happy. The box shared space with Pumpt is fantastic. Fantastic experience: We moved over from NZ at the end of last year. Did a quick Google search for gyms/ CrossFit gyms in Rockingham and we ended up here. Unfortunately they can’t get rid of us now. The place is so great. The moment we walked in we were greeted with warm arms and felt like part of the family straight away. The coaches go out of their way to help and push you to be better and better each class. The vibes are always next level and make you excited to come back the next day. We were looking for a kid friendly place and we are so lucky that the Injustice and Pumpt family treat your kids like they are their own. Injustice CrossFit & Pumpt 24/7 now holds a special place in our hearts. We have made some life long friends in such a short space of time. We are honestly super thankful to have found this wonderful gym and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking for a way to change their life, have fun and enjoy a home away from home

Fantastic experience: It was the friendly welcome & smile as you walked into the studio, not only from the coaches but also the members. It was the high fives that everyone gave each other after finishing a wod, it’s the praises and cheering on your small wins that made you feel good. It’s the atmosphere that feels like your safe space where no judgement is passed and now after 6 weeks of trials around the area it’s now my home away from home. I knew after i trialed at injustice that it was the place for me and funny enough my “gym dawgz” felt the same. Thanks for making me feel genuinely welcomed. Fantastic experience: Community is such an important and treasured aspect of my life - this place has it in spades. Some gyms have the tendency to just be a 'walk in, ignore everybody, lift weights and walk out' venue - however at Pumpt/Injustice, irrespective of if you're doing Crossfit, competing in comps or just lifting weights with mates, you'll find its like a giant community of friends, with no egos, and a joint purpose of being the best versions of themselves they can be. I was made to feel welcomed from the day I started, and still do to this day. The owners and coaches are quite clearly passionate, knowledgeable and supportive. If you've wanted to try Crossfit out but just never felt you would be 'good enough', this is the place to be - workouts are led by highly skilled coaches, and are scaled to what you're able to do. I walked in never having done Crossfit before, and now it's where I spend the most time outside of home and work. Because of this place and the people in it, I have found a new passion and outlet to continue bettering myself in. If you're looking for a gym where you'll make some great new mates, find well maintained equipment and facilities, and feel supported and encouraged irrespective of age gender or abilities - this is the place to be. I'm so glad I ditched the 24hr gym I was at for 10yrs to start here - this is what a gym community should be.

What stood out for me is the support, the assistance by the coaches ensuring you’re doing the movements correctly, the energy , the family/community hustle, well I’ll be here all day if I list them all. Ryan and Tay celebrate my wins with me and remind me how far I've come when I get frustrated with myself. It doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey they will adapt to your needs and make you part of the team. I have been coming here for a month at this point and have been hooked ever since session one. The first day I went into the gym I was so anxious and timid, but I was only welcomed with a happy and awesome community that was built on hard work, support and not to mention their dogs. They didn't care what walk of life you come from or age or even ability, just the fact that we all had a common goal of being the best versions of ourselves through training and fun. The trainers there are amazing and have been great with me especially because I joined with a hamstring injury. They've been able to tailor each workout to an achievable level for me but still challenging me, making me feel included and equally as worked out as everyone else. I could keep writing all day about how this little world class gym in Rockingham is great but I think it would be better for you to check it out for yourself. So go get dat and stop procrastinating!

If you're tired of regular gyms treating you sweetly and softly, Ryan is here to give you that much needed reality check- with a side dose of coach Tay to give you the encouragement and kind pep talk to get you through. The coaches at Injustice have the skill of making you question all your life choices while you do squats. They also have mastered the art of surprise. There’s nothing quite like the endorphin high you get from leaving it all out on the floor with a fantastic crowd of genuinely great people. It’s welcoming to everyone (including fur babies). Anita and braden (gym owners) provide everything you need and are always looking to help out in anyway they can. I love this place Joining gyms can be scary but I vouch that joining PUMPT will be one of the best things you ever do.
