Positive experience: Nice small place but lacks machine like hip thrust n all

Positive experience: The gym itself is still ok, the new ownership (zap fitness) not as good as before it changed from Jetts sadly. Immediately put prices up for nothing in return, wanted to charge me to put membership on hold etc.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely staff. Elliott, who helped me and my partner sign up was super kind and helpful. Overall Great equipment and is always clean and tidy :) highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have left messages for someone to return my call regarding a injury I have suffered at Zap fitness Greensborough. As far as I get is speaking to head office, telling me that the club manager will contact me. The worst customer service ever. Not to mention the equipment needs to be serviced. At this stage, I am currently looking at taking my workout session elsewhere, and speaking to other members about my experience, they feel the same. Ben, would have return my call. Bring Ben back, what a shame Zap fitness.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this gym for about 3 weeks now . From day 1 Ben has been my motivation to come in day after day, he has definitely and significantly changed my life. Fantastic experience: I just joined, and even though I've had trouble with getting there, the few times I have been, everyone has been so friendly. Ben, who helped me sign up, was amazing and so kind and supportive. If I ever feel like I'm embarrassing myself I know that I can always ask for help. AMAZING PLACE

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Jetts greensborough 5 days a week for several years, equipment is great and well maintained, the members are very social and respectful ( no ego lifters). Benny is a great manager, approachable, motivational and always willing to give advice on lifting. technique and goal setting. Amenities are clean. So If you are looking to join a gym where you can push yourself or workout at a leisurely pace in a friendly atmosphere which has a wide range of age groups check out jetts greensborough. Mal.

Fantastic experience: It's great, super friendly staff. Lots of good high tech equipment. I can't say enough about the beautiful cool water fountain. If I could summarise my experience in one sentence I'd say: I go for the delicious cold water, I stay because of the amazing staff.
