Negative experience: I’m a snap member but this gym just missing the mark - air con is never on - equipment is just scattered and then bunched it’s weird

Our air conditioners are definitely on, being in Darwin this is a necessity :) However if you could please get in touch with us to provide a date and time we will definitely investigate this!

Made it feel like I was just chatting with a friend rather than awkwardly signing up to something. Very much appreciated. Good equipment, and tidy well maintained small gym.

Negative experience: One of 3 gyms that I went to today .. I was looking to speak to someone in person about different equipment, strategies, services offered amongst other things including fees and added charges .. drove 40 minutes there to meet a sign posted on the door that snap fitness was unmanned today .. very disappointing and disheartening
Fantastic experience: such a GREAT gym! so welcoming from the staff and other members! i love that it’s just a gym - it’s got what you need to get in smash it out and go home and it’s at such a convenient location. It may not be the biggest gym in darwin but if you love community based easy going gyms with top of the line equipment i couldn’t recommend this gym more!! also the bathrooms are air conditioned.... so GOOD!!!

Hi Natalie, we have NO LOCK-IN memberships here at Snap Fitness. Depending on the sale at the time sometimes we do run a cheaper rate for locked in memberships of, for example, a 6 month period. However we pride ourselves on not being like every other gym and ensuring our members are comfortable with both their membership agreements and inside the gym facilities. We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience in the past and we would love to rectify this for you. Please give one of our lovely staff a call or swing by the club during our staffed hours and we will be more than happy to assist you, chat to you or offer you a membership suited to you and your goals. We hope you can give us another shot Natalie as we would hate for you to have left feeling disheartened. We will do all we can to improve your experience and ensure you get the most out of our gyms!
