Fantastic experience: This gym is an excellent establishment operated by a dedicated family. The primary owner, a world champion, is readily available to offer advice to patrons. The facility is spacious, equipped with modern equipment, and well-maintained. It is consistently kept clean, maintained at an appropriate temperature, and organized effectively. Notably, the gym excels in providing exemplary customer service, which enhances the overall experience for its members.

Fantastic experience: Over the break I stayed in Dromana, I sent an email to empire in the lead up to coming down to find out if they did casual visits and what the price was (for reference $15 which I thought was very reasonable). Paul got back to me immediately with a response and welcomed me to come down and train. As soon as a walked in I was greeted by paul, he remembered our email conversation and was very welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed training there, everyone was well mannered, the gym was clean, tidy and had a fantastic and diverse offering of equipment. Thankyou, Paul. I will most certainly be back when I’m on the peninsula.

Fantastic experience: Staying in Melbourne for a few weeks (for the uk) so thought I would try out empire fitness I was welcomed immediately by the owner, the gym I the most well equipped gym I’ve ever seen. Everyone was very friendly I highly recommend empire fitness, cheers Sam

Fantastic experience: this is such a great gym. they have a large range of equipment, for strength training, cardio and yoga. the equipment is perfect quality, the staff are very friendly, and will help you with anything. the bathrooms are in great condition and are very clean, this gym overall has a great atmosphere and I would highly recommend it!

Positive experience: $15 casual as anytime is closed. Pretty well equipped gym. Seems rebranded techno gym stuff, they have hack squat and lieing leg press which never seen before. Good guy running the joint too. Good for a local punt.

Fantastic experience: I'd spent years changing gyms in the past. After a while I'd lose focus, get disinterested and stop going. The lack of expertise and guidance in many gyms left me feeling as if i was just a number. When I first joined Empire Fitness 24/7, I was 135kg. I was welcomed straight away by Paul and Klades and made to feel like part of a community that gave you inspirations and goals. Paul's knowledge in the field of body building and fitness gave me hope that I could change. He helped me with an exercise routine and a meal plan and gave me the determination to succeed. In just over a year he helped me lose 46 kg and 4 years later I'm still training and maintaining my weight. I couldn't have achieved this without Paul and Klades at Empire Fitness 24/7.

Fantastic experience: I was a member a while back but just remembered the place and wanted to leave a review. This place was by far my favourite gym I had ever been a member at, not only did they have everything I needed equipment wise, and equipment in great, clean condition, but the community was also great. The owner Paul was a very friendly man with much experience and awards, and helped set up my account. I knew one of his kids from high school, and I can say that from the few family members I met in my time, they are just great, very friendly and very helpful if you need. There was one time I left my wrist straps overnight (gym straps that were actually given to me as a gift from another gym member I had never even met before but got to talking to!) and they were handed in! Honest community, great equipment, and a great management. I have relocated, but yet to find a gym as great. All the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Refreshing to see a gym with all the proper equipment for bodybuilding training and more, this gym owner clearly cares about the sport and it reflects on the facility.

Positive experience: Went in to give this gym a try as I have recently moved to the area. It was okay but I think there are better options out there. The gym felt hot and cramped, and several machines I had been using at my other gym were not present. There were no women present when I was there and the atmosphere was very male dominated. I didn’t feel particularly comfortable. Not to mention that the gymgoers don’t rerack their weights, which is something I haven’t seen before ??? It makes it hard to know what machines people are/aren’t using. It would be okay for a casual visit ($10 casual pass is decent) but for something more permanent I think there’s better alternatives, especially if you are a female.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been to. Paul is a great mentor & a great personality to be around. He ensures you’re working hard on your goals and pushes you with the right amount of weight & advice. He’s a wonderful coach !!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Don't be put off by what looks to be a small gym. It has everything and more you'd see in a big warehouse gym. There is cardio upstairs and power racks next door and all the machines and free weights you'd need in the main section - the owners must be true masters because it has so many pieces fit in but you can still move around easily. Friendly staff and members . $10 only casual visit. We'll be back when we come down to the in-laws again and will join when we retire here.. Back again. Twice this weekend. Owner obviously takes pride in gym as it's still awesome

Was back home from work and paid for a one month membership and wish I was here for longer to use this gym more frequently.

You dont go to a gym for a social gathering you go to train do what you want for your results outcome . 24 hrs is the absolute best thing. Im returning to bodybuilding after yrs of time away the owner obv knows his stuff need i say more but for a beginner or returnig gym person the equipment is perfect for both or any type of outcome you desire.

Fantastic experience: Has everything you need, 24/7. The staff and people here are lovely. More than willing to help lend a hand. Perfect for first timers and the experienced. Banging tunes that get played all day and night. It's not one big open area but separated into 3 areas. Has a mix of free weights, machines and cardio.

Upon signing up you're given a free training plan, which has been created by the owner Paul, who is a world champion body builder. As someone who is more into running and cardio, being able to utilise his knowledge has helped immensely with my own strength and conditioning. It has a friendly vibe to the place, and everyone there is committed to working hard. So affordable and well worth it, really, consider no place other than Empire Fitness.
