F45 Training Hastings VIC

Negative experience: Initially I found this gym fantastic when the new owners began a few years ago however for the past year I have found a decline and concerns with one of the owners presenting as unprofessional to members and his behaviour inappropriate. The F45 program is great and the members are lovely as are most of the trainers but the politics bought into the gym by one of the owners is disgraceful. I no longer attend this gym for this reason.

Fantastic experience: Love training at f45 Hastings, the trainers, owners and everyone else are always friendly and make the hard workout a little more enjoyable. The style of training is perfect for a busy lifestyle, and the trainers are always happy to cater for injuries.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! From my first session, I knew I was going to love Hastings F45. Trav, Shelly and the team of trainers have the best vibe, so upbeat, knowledgeable and fun and every session is always pumping! The community of members are all so friendly and supportive and the studio has an all round good vibe to it! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an inclusive and challenging space to work out in!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of F45 Hastings for 4 months. Apart from losing 11 Kg I have gained strength and mobility far beyond my expectations. I am confidently performing exercises I never thought I could after years dealing with a problematic ankle. This has not only increased my confidence but has made everyday life as a tradie and a Dad of a young daughter so much easier and more enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: F45 hasting is truely amazing. The trainers are helping me achieve all my goals whether it’s pushing myself at training or meal prepping food for the week. The culture of the members and trainers is very inclusive and have made one big family as of that. Fantastic experience: After having a baby 2 years ago I put off getting back into the gym due to lack of motivation and time. I decided to join F45 Hastings earlier this year and am now fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been at 36! The team are so supportive and the vibe is always high! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Hastings F45 more! I’ve been going since March and have lost heaps of weight, built my muscle up and improved my overall health. The trainers have been incredibly supportive with encouragement, adapting exercises due to injures, checking in and making sure all the members know they are around if needed at any time. I definitely prefer this style of training heaps more than the normal gym. You can just walk in, not think about what you’re gonna do and just smash out the session because it’s all set up for you. I’m very grateful that I found this gym and these trainers, because they have provided an environment with a community that is motivating and comfortable to all.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym for those that are time poor with something different everyday day. These amazing trainers go above & beyond to ensure you feel welcome with and also offering activities outside the gym which makes it feel more like a family than a gym.

Fantastic experience: Trav, Shelly and the team at Hastings F45 are incredible! I’ve been training with them for around 4 months, and my fitness has come along in leaps and bounds! Always friendly and welcoming, each session is fun, even when they’re wringing every last drop of sweat out of you!

Fantastic experience: I had previously trained at f45 a few years back with the old owners and left due to lack of involvement with the old owners. I have return to the new owners since May this year and James, Travis and Shelley had been amazing.They have managed to help me get fitter, mentally stronger and keep on track on eating all of the right foods. I now have a new me that is healthier, happier, lighter in weight (18ks to be extact ) mentally strong snd I owe this to f45 Hastings !!!! I could not recommend a gym more highly. From the convenience of being able to choose from various times of the day and book in via the app, to the friendly and supportive team, this place ticks all boxes. It doesn’t matter what age or fitness level you are, the classes cater for all- plus you get your cardio days and strength days so everything is covered. Well worth spending your money on a membership and joining the F45 Hastings community.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in town by far. All the trainers are great, go above and beyond to help out. Awesome vibe and everyone becomes friends... They even have extra activities outside of the gym to have fun and bond with everyone.

Fantastic experience: Just love this place it’s my absolute happy place The trainers are true superstars and really do care about the members. You don’t only get classes in your membership you get so much more with many opportunities to attend extra activities happening outside of the gym, you get great dietary advice and meal plans, and loads of support mentally and physically. If you don’t show up they will call you to check in they really do care. Lastly It doesn’t matter how strong, how fit, how overweight, how underweight you are at F45 Hastings everyone is made to feel welcome.
