Negative experience: Was looking for a Gym in Baldivis. Spoke with Jodi on the phone yesterday, who was lovely and suggested a 7xday trial. Went in for my 1st session today, and met Nick, who was not at all helpful. He was really helpful though in 'doing me a favour by allowing me to train.' Really awful, considering there's 3x other gyms a stones throw away, and whatever happened to plain and simple good customer service, or at the least having some common decency and courtesy when someone is in ur home Nick! Baldivis is growing! The economy is tough on us all. Better we spend our hard earned cash where it's deserved...and earned!

Negative experience: The gym is pretty average. Good enough to get a workout In. Downfall would be staff hours. No one is ever in for you to sign up your family or friends. No point having staff hours when there is no staff.

Negative experience: I had high hopes for Plus fitness, but my experience has been quite disappointing. Here are a few issues I encountered: 1. Cleanliness: The equipment and facilities are not maintained well. 2. Staff Behavior: The staff seemed unhelpful and uninterested in addressing members’ concerns. On multiple occasions, I felt ignored when I asked for assistance. 3. Crowding: The gym is often overcrowded, and there’s not enough equipment to accommodate the number of members. Waiting for machines during peak hours is frustrating. 4. Hidden Fees: I also faced unexpected charges that were not explained when I signed up, which felt misleading. Overall, the lack of professionalism and care for members’ needs has made my experience unpleasant. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the quality of their services.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for a while and it is a good local gym. Nick, the manager is always helpful and easy to approach.

Negative experience: Staff is amazing and kind, the thing is that the management is to slow and not interested in fixing or renewing broken equipment, one of the two benches is broken for more than 5 weeks and people are frustrated and irritated when the gym is a bit crowded, we need to wait in line so we can use the one bench that’s not broken. Hope they will replace or fix fast, otherwise me and few boys are definitely leaving this gym.

Negative experience: I love the gym community at Plus Fitness Baldivis, however the gym is not cared for at all by the owners. Basic maintenance tasks such as repairing holes in walls or fixing a toilet seat do not seem to be a priority. The main door was not closing for about 4 weeks leaving the gym open to opportunists. It's a shame there is no money invested in repairing or replacing machines, the same machines break over and over again. The gym is a far cry from the photos in the marketing materials used to entice new members.

Positive experience: Love my workouts. Gym is just very dirty for the 3rd week in a row. The classes on demand in Private room is not working!

Negative experience: If you aren't looking for a flashy gym, not worried about only having one bench press in the joint and personal space isn't a priority then this place will do. I think the price for what you get isn't worth it personally. Been to many 24 hour gyms and this just feels like it's lacking in something I can't quite put my finger on.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Never in store to actually sort out banking issues regarding them taking money without having a membership and being told to “wait” because no one could sort it out.

Negative experience: Failed to inform members of changes to access resulting in over 7 days of unable to utalise facilities/membership whilst till paying (breach of contract). Extreamly difficult cancellation methods requiring phisical attendance to branch during a very restricted staffing period. still getting charged at time of writing this with issues getting membership cancelled. This by no means a reflection of the staff themselves just the structure and processes for retention within this franchise. Unfortunate. Edits in reply to owners statments; This is part of the issue. my membership was moved without my concent or request making it harder to cancel.

Positive experience: Been a member since 2017, had a few interactions with the staff like being asked to move to a different machine because the trainer wanted to use it for a 1on1 training session, but it was the lack of common sense and power tripping staff member that i decided to cancel my membership and my partners.

Positive experience: Good for beginners or people needing a 24/7 membership and don’t want to be locked into a minimum term. If you’re a serious lifter, I wouldn’t recommend as the range of equipment is limited especially during peak hours. The staff also kick up a stink over trivial things, for instance the use of lifting chalk. The final phone call I received from them was regarding chalk use and that they “prohibited” the use as they don’t like it left on the floor, which also indicates to me that their cleaning regime isn’t as stringent as they say it is, which is also evident if you were to take a wipe to a barbell bar and give it a thorough wipe.

Fantastic experience: Good gym,plenty of equipment. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly nobody is intimidating and everybody is a good person.

Negative experience: The gym has decent equipment, but it's very small and lacks after hours classes for those who work. BE WARNED! They may also add your emergency contact as a "referral" contact if you don't provide them any referrals to contact, which they will then avoid responsibility for doing so... shame they provide you with a copy of your contract. You're better off going elsewhere with more equipment, cheaper prices, and more available.
