You can feel the sense of community that has been established and it makes all the difference. The trainers make sure you work hard but also have fun. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: F45 Nedlands is an amazing community. The coaches are the perfect amount of fun and support, and the atmosphere of every session is energetic! There are fist-bumps all 'round at the end of every work-out because the 'high' is that good! Continue to be amazed by the F45 Nedlands community and studio! Thanks to the wonderful Laura who keeps putting inspiration and goals at our doorstep and keeping us strong with her support, as well as all the coaches. My daughter and I are both members and it's a wonderful centre for all ages and stages. Love it!

Fantastic experience: My mom and I joined F45 Nedlands in March 2023, after our gym had closed down. F45 Nedlands welcomed us with open arms and immediately made us feel a part of the family. The community at the gym is very inclusive, warm, and energetic. The coaches’ motivational skills push you to work harder and achieve new goals that you would not believe you could achieve. Their enthusiasm, kindness, determination, persistence and support inspires you to come to F45 gym every day, even for the early morning sessions. My mom and I are currently participating in the 45-day challenge and the coaches have taken a team-based approach to the challenge (Pink and Blue teams), to keep us engaged, motivated and determined to complete and fulfil the challenge both independently and collaboratively. We are both really enjoying partaking in this challenge and really love the different and fun weekly challenges they throw at us, especially this “BINGO Week” challenge. - Kerry & Cassidy

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, it has a really good vibe about it (not intimidating) - all the staff are very friendly and the owner is even one of the trainers which is lovely to see! It is so nice just turning up at the gym and not having to think about what I am going to do. I get pushed a lot harder than if I was at the gym on my own. There is a good variety of classes to improve your fitness in all areas!

BUT luckily for us, a few people told us about the Nedlands F45 and it’s welcoming and friendly vibe. Fantastic experience: Hark! Three years hath passed since I first set foot in F45 Nedlands, and what a wondrous experience it hath been! The trainers, par excellence, possess great knowledge and are approachable, forever guiding me on proper form and technique, that I may derive the utmost benefit from each workout. The community, too, is a marvel - familiar faces abound, and we support each other through the most arduous of exercises. The gym is always immaculate, and the equipment, well-maintained.
