Fantastic experience: Sean was incredible and helped me lose 10 Kilos in 4 months. I gained 23 kilos during pregnancy and Sean started training me 2 months postpartum. I cannot believe how strong and healthy I feel. Sean was great at keeping me on track with my diet and weight loss goals. I highly recommend Sean.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a trainer who will guide and support you to achieve the results you’ve always wanted, train with Sean.  When I started PT with Sean in 2021, I wanted to lose weight and get toned.  Not only did Sean help me achieve those goals, I got the fittest and strongest I have ever been, and he completely transformed my overall thinking towards health and fitness.  I had always held some rigid beliefs around eating, weight loss and training which unsurprisingly never produced lasting results.  My training with Sean totally adjusted my beliefs and expectations because he explained everything in a simple way that really made sense, and taught me habits and exercises that work.  Sean is reliable, practical and really does ‘walk the talk’ as a personal trainer.  He is as down-to-earth as he is dedicated to helping his clients, and this makes him one of the best PTs Sydney has to offer.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience with Livelong Performance, my trainer is fantastic and I have found they take a holistic approach to PT, covering off nutrition, stress management and other elements that contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Everyone I have dealt with at Livelong Performance is knowledgeable, and my trainer took a staggered approach to my training to accommodate for existing injuries. They are incredibly response and the app they use is also very helpful for tracking holistic health.

Fantastic experience: Sean is an amazing trainer. The first time I have had someone really tailor everything to focus on fixing my individual limitations, especially those from my previous and persistent injuries. Over the year and a half I trained with Sean I saw not only the changes I wanted to see in my weight and general fitness but also remedied issues I didn't think possible. Couldn't recommend more highly, would still be training with Sean if I was still in Sydney.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommended the Men’s 12 week transformation program enough. I have always been active with playing sports and going to gym but I never had structure in my gym sessions and felt like I stagnant in my development. Sean provided me with good structure and concise hard gym sessions. I haven’t looked back and will continue to use Sean’s program to progress even further. All workouts are easy to follow and i would highly recommend others to join.

Fantastic experience: Sean is easily one of the best PTs out there, he’s so friendly and so kind while being extremely professional and encouraging. Having had no idea how to lift weights or do any kind of weight training I opted to sign up with a trainer and I’m so glad I did! I’ve seen really good progress in the short few months we’ve been training and Sean’s very attentive and supportive! I don’t think I could ever train with anyone else in Sydney, even if he moves gyms I’ll have to go with him - 5 stars doesn’t even seem like enough I suffered from years of a knee problem and injured my ankle playing sport while he was training me and he always made sure to take that into account and make sure the last thing I did was injure myself further It’s been so nice to be supported and even seeing him train other people it is very clear his programmes are very well tailored to suit each client - just goes to show how extensive his knowledge is

Fantastic experience: Livelong Performance has been such a great discovery for me. I trained for many years without proper guidance and when I finally joined this program I managed to achieve many of the fitness goals I never reached before. Sean has been very professional along all the way, with a weekly follow up on my condition and shaping the trainings at 360 degrees around my needs. Also the app used for the trainings is very easy to follow, with description, videos and stats, very useful to train by yourself when needed. Would definitely recommend subscribing to this training program.

Fantastic experience: I have been with livelong just under 2 years now. Honestly say it is the best move I have made in year's and should of done it years ago. I had told myself I was past the point were weights could be of benefit to me but after a consultation with sean I couldn't of been further from the truth. I had full trust in sean and his specific program for me and seen the benefits physically and mentally. His accessibility even though we were in different times zones really was spot on. Fantastic experience: I signed up with Sean in July 2020. I had watched his Instagram for a while and he seemed so dedicated to clients and sound . When I joined up it was exactly the same. I had messages daily nearly, if I wasn't posting he would check in, he gives you his number so you can what's app him too, he gave me so many tips on nutrition and really motivated me.i understand protein now. Other things got in the way but I'd probably be still signed up otherwise. Thanks Sean. Easiest 10 kg I ever lost while eating and just getting walking. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I have always trained but I have never seen real results until I started with Sean. Livelong performance has completely changed the way I see training by building my awareness around nutrition and how it is a vital part of successful body recomposition. Actual training and gym work is only really effective if you are supporting your workouts with the right types of food so your body can keep working hard and recovering well. Sean really helped me realise this and supported me all the way from cutting down my body weight to then helping me build muscle mass and creating healthy habits. Fantastic experience: Sean is a highly professional PT and life coach in the fitness and health industry. I haven't came across anyone any better in the industry. I suffer a chronic hip injury, his altered programs to suit my needs and his depth of knowledge of when and how to train is second to none. When I have been training with Sean I feel the best I ever have felt mentally and physically in my life. I have reached mobility and strength levels I didn’t ever expect to reach again. Fantastic experience: Sean created a training plan for me that was easy to follow by myself in the gym and changed it up within the app so I would stay motivated, and in turn I could see changes to my fitness and shape. I was able to build a lot of strength in areas that had previously been causing pain and injury. Sean also suggested diet tweaks that were necessary to compliment the training schedule. The app made it easy to keep track of my goals and achievements. I highly recommend Livelong Performance.

Fantastic experience: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1….DO it! Sign up for Sean’s program!! You won’t regret it!! He does such a great job in coaching you to build the healthy habits you always wanted to make. It’s not new year new me. It’s new year and new invigoration to meet your goals. Jan 1st is a great day to sign up!! Easy way to keep track when tracking your progress over the next coming months. I have never been able to be consistent with working out in my LIFE until doing this program. Do something your future self can look back on and be proud about. Fantastic experience: Sean is by far one of the most seasoned and well rounded PT I have trained with, he not only has extensive knowledge of on fat loss and nutrition but applies his knowledge of behavioural science to understand and identify individual client needs and tailors program accordingly, he has helped lose post baby weight and continues to advise on training, nutrition as and when needed. Fantastic experience: I had been following Sean for a while online, and I was sick of not getting anywhere. I booked in a consult with him, and went through what I needed from him. I had the training side of things covered, but Sean had me covered for nutrition and accountability. Whenever I needed something, he was there, pushing me every step of the way. Sean knew me better than I knew myself some days and he has the ability to know when to push harder or ease off a little for some breathing space. Fantastic experience: I started working with Sean the year I turned 40. I was sick of not being happy with my body. Sean listened to me and tailored a plan which was perfect, even to the point of listening to me when I told him I wasn’t interested in talking about dietary changes right away, he focussed on getting results from our workouts and then very gradually eased me into improving my diet one step at a time. I saw changes in my body that I’ve never seen before, and I’d been using gyms for 20 years at that stage!! If you’re thinking about getting a coach, stop thinking and just do! Fantastic experience: Sean is an incredible coach, super easy to talk to and extremely understanding when it comes to ones psychology. As a coach myself, I wanted to invest in a coach that will teach me as well as coach me. I learnt so much about coaching which I have used and still do with my own clients and he has been a huge role model for me and many other. Sean also created a programme specifically for my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu performance, which worked absolute wonders. The programme was fun, challenging and well planned out, all while achieving strength and conditioning for my sport. Highly recommend Sean at Livelong Performance.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky to have Seán as my online pt for 8 months. During this time I found him to be completely connected with me as his client in every sense. Physically with great plans to suit where I was at with my fitness levels and goals in weight training. The sessions were never dull and changed up regularly to keep the body shifting in strength and tone. Extremely professional and in tune with each of his clients situations at any given moment I found this a great support. Fantastic experience: I started working with Sean to focus on technique and injury prevention with strength training. Sean provided a complete program, with different phases over a period of 3 years to build strength and technique while also reducing body fat. Always supportive, he kept me accountable and provided additional support across nutrition, sleep and stress management. Sean is very knowledgeable and able to communicate this knowledge in the right way to help people achieve good outcomes - I would highly recommend Sean to help in any of the areas I have mentioned above.

Fantastic experience: So many trainers in Sydney to choose from . But I found one in George st Fitness First Sydney. Sean McGuinness from Livelong Performance is very professional and great in what he does. Sean help me with my fitness Goals food choices and my life issues.
