Negative experience: Stay away from this company , save your money and go else where, pretty dodgy , Zac is only good and responds to messages when your buying , once he got your money and had a problem with your order, he no longer responds to calls and messages, I ordered a whole set of gym equipment , and it arrived without the olympic barbell that's included in the order, been trying to contact Zac and emailing there site but they are no longer reachable. Check other reviews lots of complains and undelivered items. Probably good reviews are fake

Negative experience: Would steer clear of this crap... product and service!!! Bought a M1 Multi Functional Training Smith Machine Home Gym Power rack several months ago. Quality was cheap Chinese, paint peeling off and lots of weld splatter. Could deal with that. Biggest problem is, we can't use the equipment as the cable keeps twisting. Have removed all cables several times and still keeps twisting. Reached out to Zac, he answered to initial enquiry, then no response once I have done what he said and it didn't work. Have sent several text messages and Facebook messages and no response. About time to take it to the scrap metal place.

Negative experience: Went to visit the address stated on here last Saturday. Wasn't open like it says it is but also there was no name or advertisement on the building to confirm if it was actually there. Wondering if it actually exists

Negative experience: Do not buy from this guy equipment is not as advertised cheap crap from china parts missing damaged no instructions and he’s customer service is shocking will not respond or fix any issues

Negative experience: Feedback is for everyone's SAFETY so have to review this. Visited showroom early this yr. Exercise where you lie on bench and push with legs on metal plates. Be very careful it drops @ a certain angle. Thank GOD didn't break bones. Maybe, machine wasn't setup right, I wasn't using correctly or its just dangerous. Like I say, posting for your safety sake.

Negative experience: Has been a stressful experience throughout my journey with this company. Very unreliable. Despite my efforts in contacting them, they don't answer. My order has taken a prolonged duration to arrive. I have contacted my depot to get an update on the order and they have advised me that they are still waiting on one order that is still stuck in Melbourne. They also mentioned the condition of the boxes for my order is poor. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: I purchased a 3-in-1 training bench. The product came but not as described. 3-in-1 basically 2 functions cannot be used, and left with just a bench. I contacted for it to be returned and refunded within 1 week, it took the business owner 1 week to collect the parcel (which he was supposed to organise a courier to pick up but ended coming to pick up himself), then took 1 week to refund the money (which he said don't worry it will be processed), 1 week has passed, I am yet to receive the refund. Very poor communication with this business and very dissappointing. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Negative experience: Google showed free delivery on all product. I called and confirmed and when I tried to place the order the following day they did not honour the quote saying "google hadn't updated the add, there is no free delivery" They refused to accept any responsibility and where very dismissive. Fantastic experience: I purchased a water rowing machine June 2023. It arrived to Tassie within 1 week, easy to complete assembly & I am overwhelmed with the value it represents. Easily the best price of anything I have seen & the quality looks to be equal to ones x3 times the price. By far beats anything second-hand. Exceptional & I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit sceptical when I bought this Rack as weight training equipment has to be good quality for safety reason. The price was good and it looked good and so I decided to give it a try. It came 3 days after I ordered which was a bit surprised as it was bulky item which generally takes longer delivery. When I opened the parcel, I was relieved as I could feel the quality. Assembly was easy and clear. It was solid built and craftmanship was good. The rank does not rattle as all parts fit perfectly. My only doubt about the rank is how they can make it at such a good price?

Fantastic experience: This is a great shop to deal with, the stuff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. And - unlike a lot of other stores I contacted about purchasing equipment for my home gym - he actually called me back and discussed my requirements! I ended up purchasing a M1 Max Multi Gym that not only fits into my garage (it was very difficult to find one that did), but it is a superb looking bit of equipment. I live in Canberra and ordered the equipment from his Melbourne shop. What a team! Then someone rang a few days later to see that everything was OK. Top flight service along with top flight equipment (that fits in my garage - did I say that before?). It was so good to experience this combination. I have had a few bad experiences lately with suppliers - so this has restored my faith. No excuses now for not getting fit in 2023!

Negative experience: Do not buy equipment from these guys. Strongly reconsider. They have been nothing but unhelpful. I have finally received the equipment after spending more than $2000. No instructions on installation provided. I was told they have sent me a video on installation and I have not received anything at all. I’ve called numerous times, used Facebook messenger, texted, emailed and haven’t heard anything for weeks. It’s disgraceful. Do not trust Zac or this company. As soon as they take your money the buck stops there. Not happy one single bit. I can’t even use the machine.

Negative experience: I recently placed an order for a smith machine with this company. At the point of sale, I asked some questions via their facebook widget on their website. Quick, helpful responses. Found out they were local which was great for pick up - sounded great. Equipment was due to arrive in on 6/10 and collect shortly thereafter. When this date rolled around - no update. Contact attempts via phone, facebook and email all unanswered and not replied to. An update came via an email at 15/10 saying processing was under way, order ready to collect mid the following week. This date arrives, no contact. No response to my contacts. Continued to attempt contact to no success. Finally returned contact on 23/10 to say he was sorry, no real reason given. Would have to continue waiting. Demanded refund, which thankfully has taken place. I would advise against dealing with this company - product seems cheap but this is clearly for a reason. Perhaps if the communication was delivered in a professional manner I would have maintained patience with them, but this behaviour is beyond anything I would recommend persisting with.

Fantastic experience: Bought an M1 Smith Machine, just finishing putting it together yesterday and was very happy with the end result. Zac was very helpful throughout the process and was always happy to help with any queries. The prices were very fair compared to other websites. It took me awhile to find an affordable smith machine that does everything I need.

Negative experience: DO-NOT-BUY. Purchased power rack. Very disappointed after looking at the quality of the product. Very cheap, faulty and defective parts comes with instructions in Chinese. Tried contacting the supplier, after 2 days got through and spoke to Zac who tried giving instructions on the phone, then told to look at the pictures to assemble it. Now due to defective part unable to assemble the rack and the supplier is not responding to my calls.

Negative experience: Purchased the water rower and in 2 months it is falling apart, bungee cord snapped then the assist wheels under the seat vaporized, have ordered a set of original water rower brand wheels, hopefully they will last longer than 2 months of daily 20 min use, I do not recommend this off brand rowing machine $850 and an original brand name water rower is $ 1500 for the s1 version, everytime I use it im anxious that something else will break

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I bought equipment back in March but when it arrived in April, it was damaged, faulty and had missing parts. SFE never offered a replacement and will only refund after I return the damaged/faulty goods to him at my expense. This makes zero sense! I provided the dimensions for it's return back in May but Smart Fitness ignored my email. You might think you're getting a good deal but it's not worth the headache. This faulty equipment is now collecting dust in my garage, unable to be assembled and unable to get the refund I am entitled to. I suggest you spend the money with a reputable company and buy some quality equipment.

Positive experience: Ordered the M1 SmartFit on April when lock down started. Packages were sent out in mid May but Toll lost 3 packages which were taped together and sent as 1 consignment (not recommended ). Zac promised replacements when next shipment comes at end of June. Had to do a couple of follow-ups with Zac when July rolled around but he pulled through and sent the replacement packages to finally enable me to complete building the M1. Still, some small tidbits were missing and Zac happily obliged and sent replacements for those too. So service is good and I'm happy that Zac made sure everything was in order in the end (albeit I had to do some chasing up ngl). Equipment is good quality and sturdy. We'll see how it holds up over the next couple years. Barbell, weights and bench are fine too (though I'll be good if the bench has wheels for easy movement). Set up instructions are in Chinese but the images were enough to set up the entire machine. Doesn't take a lot of brains to figure out how to assemble from just the pictures (although it didn't help to have packages and tidbits missing throughout the assembly process). Overall, 4/5 because Zac pulled through in the end and I got a good quality gym set up for a cheap price. The missing 5th is for the missing packages which could've been avoided if packages were not taped together and shipped as one consignment. Thanks man! Time to get them gainz

Fantastic experience: High quality products at great price. Zac is very helpful, responsive and considerate. The courier lost the bench when delivering my order, I was so disappointed but then contacted SFE and got a replacement in the same week. Highly recommend and will definitely come back when I need more weights or equipment.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to recommend these guys on their equipment and after sales service. I purchased the power rack with the 7ft Olympic Barbell and 100kg of Olympic weights. I've been weight training for 20 years and Zacs products do exactly what I need them to do. Keep up the great work! My only downer is the "lat pulldown bar" is way to short,more like a tricep push down bar.

I was initially frustrated as I tried to purchase the smith machine at the cheaper advertised price but was unable and couldn’t contact anyone. I bit the bullet and paid the extra $300. Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE! I ordered $3,500 worth of gym equipment ahead of the COVID-19 rush. Checked with Zac beforehand that delivery would occur within an agreed timeframe. There was a reasonable delay, but I was happy to wait. My goods arrive in country and a note gets added to my order that delivery cannot be organised for half of my order so they will just refund that component and send the rest. I emailed and said, no I want all of the goods, can you look around at transport companies. They didn't and asked me to organise my own delivery (???). I thought this was ridiculous, but did it anyway, as I wanted the goods. I asked when the delivery company could pick the goods up and who to contact, Zac said they couldn't pick the goods up and he instead processed a (partial) refund without talking to me. Smart Fitness Equipment have kept the Delivery Charge ($145) and are refusing to refund it for some reason - I cannot get a hold of anyone to tell me why. They cancelled the order on me, refused to provide delivery and then still refuse to refund delivery fee??? Now I am up sh*t creek as all other gym equipment companies have 6 month backlogs. Thanks Smart Fitness Equipment! Will likely have to raise with the ACCC to get my money back. I strongly suggest you don't order through these guys. You have no guarantee of anything actually showing up. You can NEVER get in touch with anyone - phone rings out, no return calls/texts, occasional broken-English email responses a week later. Complete SCAM

Fantastic experience: Very easy transaction. Water rowing machine is comparable to the more expensive brands. Easy to assemble with quality parts. The wooden frame is solid timber, not veneer chipboard so very impressed. Zac is very easy to approach and willing to help

I have purchased something online almost 2 moths ago and I still haven't received, as supposedly they messed up the order.. I suggest you work on your communication guys and don't take more orders if you are on full capacity. Overall disappointed experiencing and hopefully I will still received what I have paid for!!
