Fantastic experience: Great Gym, has all the facilities you need. Gym: Heaps of plates, clean, lots of room and never too crowded. Recovery: Sauna, Ice Bath, Compression recovery Basketball: Great court, 3 nets and a basketball machine on one of the nets to save you rebounding your shots. Also has all basics like showers, water etc.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using this gym for multiple years, and it’s by far the best i’ve ever been too. It really accommodates to the needs of young athletes like myself. Whether that’s lifting weights, working on my bball skills and then when i need to rest and recover. The team at UAC is always friendly and great to chat to about life, sport and anything in between. I have and would highly recommend UAC.

Fantastic experience: One of the best 24/7 gyms in the southeast of Victoria. Wonderful customer service, they help you feel very welcoming. They've got a wonderful facility for all your performance needs. They've got great fitness instructors with a very high graduate education level. Fantastic experience: We love UAC - my daughter & I have a generational membership. Went in for the wet recovery area with ice/hot bath/sauna got so much more with the bball shooting machine 3 bball courts / gym area as well as the recovery boots & massage. It's your one stop shop for your athlete. We opted for bball training & conditioning for my daughter it's definitely fantastic value for money with great knowledgeable staff. There's an app to book your sessions -- definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing .. i have a family membership for myself and my daughters who play representative basketball .. the facility is perfect for all training and recovery needs .. really friendly staff and a really professional energy and feel to the place .. 24 hour access means my daughters can access recovery sessions at anytime that suits them .. and also get shots up on the shooting machines available.. also so many different athletes around who are happy to share knowledge and advice ..great vibes and highly recommend checking UAC out ..

Fantastic experience: Personally I think UAC (Universal Athlete Centre) is one of the best options for self improvement. UAC also has 3 basketball courts balancing out the amount of people on each court giving each person enough space to hoop at their liking. An instant 5 star from me!

Great staff and members are always friendly and welcoming, not just a typical gym as there is recovery and basketball included. I am a huge fan of the ice baths and spa baths!! So much great value and different equipment under one roof, they cater to all ages and abilities, honestly feels like home.
