Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly staff. Clean and lots of equipment- never too busy. Their small group training sessions are varied and fun!

Negative experience: Cliquey, staff muck around a lot in unprofessional ways, and shame you when you try to cancel your membership. Not cool at all.

Fantastic experience: Snap charnie is an absolutely wonderful gym. The staff are incredibly kind and fun-loving, actively creating a welcoming environment for all who come in! The gym itself is very clean, has a good variety of both machines as well as free weight equipment, and has a wonderful position over charnwood shops making grocery shopping afterward and parking incredibly convenient! I absolutely love going here :)

Fantastic experience: I was in the sports development program at Hawker College, that Snap sponsored I really enjoyed the community and the staffing so now that I’ve finished school, I came back and joined.

Negative experience: Please do not go here!! They only like free money. They gave us a entrance card that didn’t work for months and when called or asked said it does, when they found out it doesn’t work after several contacts, they rudely said they cannot refund!! Rude staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym since 2017, Joey and the team manage to make the gym a happy and welcoming place all while pushing everyone to be/do their best. The gym can be a scare place for those just starting out but the snap fitness charny community is welcoming and happy to show/help new comers with anything they need.

Positive experience: They've handled the Covid Situation well and continued majority of the safety rules they followed during the Covid Pandemic, Nice little Gym they have with a good range of Workouts for you. Price could be a lot better..

Negative experience: Joey- Manager at Charnwood Snap Fitness keeps charging me while I am in medical advice not to go to gym. HE Claims that I am under contract which I have never signed- HE is not ready to share copy of contract They set up a direct diner without my signature. FRAUD## FRAUD## FRAUD## What else do I call them.???

Fantastic experience: Friendly and no show ponies only people who are serious abt health and fitness.

Negative experience: Do not join unless you want to be contacted by debt collectors 2 years after paying out your contract with no further communication to be told you owe them money. Worst company ever. Edit: And as it turns out, they overcharged us, and sent us to debt collectors. Still waiting for an apology from this company, and for my money to be returned. Edit 2: got money back, no apology issued. This was SINGULARLY my worst experience with a company, ever.

Fantastic experience: The staff are fabulous! They take the time to make you feel welcome and remember your name. There is a friendly, fun atmosphere which makes exercise more enjoyable! I've made a number of good friends there, which is an added bonus! It's popular but never feels over-crowded, and there is plenty of equipment. It's small but has everything I need, and I much prefer it to other large, anonymous gyms where you feel like a number rather than a member.

Fantastic experience: Great relaxed atmosphere and jovial staff. Pocket rocket Joey (the Manager) is always encouraging without being in your face or plastic. It really is a great place to get or keep in shape without all the “Gym” cliches. I know, I’ve been coming 3/4 time a week for nearly 5years!
