Fantastic experience: One of the better gyms around North Sydney. Sasha is super attentive and managed to spot errors in my technique that I didn’t even know was wrong. The gym has a good balance of having the competitive nature of a group fitness class while still retaining the attention you get from booking a personal training session. Lastly, their gym dog is a great motivator.
Fantastic experience: Trained with Sash and Ravi for 18 months before moving out of the area. Started post covid and after a few years of not much gym. Finished up stronger, fitter more flexible and with better technique. The guys do a great job and it’s a really great atmosphere where everyone can get what they’re looking for.

Fantastic experience: I initially did a free trial with Sasha before signing up. I found the training programs were appropriate and tailored for each individual to meet their own goals. Fantastic experience: I have been training at Aspire almost a year now. I have found the gym is perfect for me. My trainer Sasha is very knowledgeable and knows just how hard to work me. He’s also a fun guy to train with and I really look forward to the sessions. The other trainer Ravi is a great guy too and the place has a very friendly vibe. I have been going to different gyms for decades and i would say this is the best one I’ve been to. I can highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Aspire Strength & Conditioning since March 2021. I have been receiving personal training from Ravi and it got me through the 2022 lockdowns when we had to adapt and train outdoors. Joining Aspire was the best decision I made, not just to continue to build my strength and have a manageable program every week but also because it is a welcoming environment. I’ve managed to hit personals bests for deadlifts, squats, bench press and also managed to do non-assisted chin ups for the first time ever in my adult life! Both Sasha and Ravi know their stuff and have a no-BS, no-nonsense approach to training. Plus, it's always a bag of laughs when I'm there. I also love that I get to use the gym outside of PT sessions to follow my program which gives me the opportunity to engage with some of the other members of the gym. If you're looking for a friendly and personalised approach to building your strength and fitness, this is the gym for you!
Fantastic experience: Outstanding Gym in such a convenient location. I train 5 times per week and dropped in as I recently moved to the area. The team were very accommodating and assisted me into the gym with ease and the training sessions we’re right on target with my goals. Highly recommend anyone wanting to get in shape and obtain the best strength and conditioning at any level of fitness.

Fantastic experience: I’ve known the trainers at this gym since 2018. I love the small team and the small gym size, and have always preferred this space over a large commercial gym. The premises is clean and the trainers (Ravi and Sash) are all really helpful, considerate, and push you to do your best. Love the Aspire team and community.
Fantastic experience: I have been trained with Sasha for 3-4 months before I moved down to London. Sasha is full of knowledge and always no hesitate to acknowledge me the logic or theory behind the right postures to make them easier to remember. I do enjoyed my every session with Sasha and highly recommend the PT classes to everyone. I have also met Ravi in gym often even I was not train with him. Ravi is a humorous nice gentleman always makes me laughing. Aspire Strength and conditioning also offers small group training. The classes are with really good vibes to workout with a team. The equipments in the gym are well maintained and can satisfy all parts body training. Overall, I will give my 5 out of 5 to this gym and highly recommend it to everyone who needs motivation to stay strong and wants to learn some life long knowledge for the strength training.
Fantastic experience: Great gym with awesome trainers As the gym is boutique, my experience feels really personal with extensive one-on-one time. When I started at this gym I was nervous that I wouldn't know what to do as I hadn't really trained at a gym before. Sasha and Ravi explain every activity very clearly and keep a close eye on every participant to make sure they are feeling confident. My PT classes with Sasha contributed to my confidence. I have a minor skeletal deformity that makes it difficult to fully straighten one of my arms - the trainers have always kept this in mind and have happily adjusted things for me! I quickly became part of the Aspire family and began to look forward to my classes and PT sessions as an essential part of my weekly routine. You won't have any issues sticking to your gym regimen at Aspire. Both coaches (Sasha and Ravi) are highly experienced and this shows in their class plans (available daily on the website's blog). The classes are perfectly balanced so that you never tire of one activity. There is plenty of room for traditional weight-lifting as well as circuit training.
Fantastic experience: I've tried my hand at countless other gyms and exercise programs, but have never been more confident in my fitness journey than I have since starting with Aspire. I joined Aspire at the beginning of Sydney's lockdown in 2021, and I've never looked back. While zoom classes were a completely new concept, they were always interesting and dynamic. I anticipated the transition from an online to in-class setting to be quite nerve-racking, but instead, I felt welcomed from day one. A strong focus on technique really helped me to build confidence early on. Class sizes are small, which has given me the perfect balance of personalised technique coaching and building social and community morale. Rotating workout blocks keep classes fresh and interesting too. I highly recommend the Saturday conditioning classes - they'll kick you in the butt, but make your butt look good at the same time ;) Sash and Ravi have done so well to build a really wonderful gym community, and their investment in their clients (and me!) is a huge motivator. I could not recommended them more highly!
Fantastic experience: I have been training with the boys at Aspire since 2014, and I've never looked back. With equal weight to strength and conditioning, I've always felt like Aspire has delivered on helping me build well-rounded fitness and I could not recommended their business more highly. Training programs are consistently rotating, which keeps classes engaging and interesting. Sash and Ravi also always take great care teaching technique, which has really helped me build confidence in the gym. Classes are always fun and engaging, and everyone that I have watched walk through the door has been welcomed in - regardless of their fitness level or experience in the gym. Plus, being greeted by gym mascot Jelly Bean the Spoodle every once in a while is an added bonus too ;)
Fantastic experience: I trained with the lads at Aspire strength and conditioning for around 9 months and honestly loved every moment of it. From day one I was made to feel part of their community which was an incredibly welcoming experience. The gym itself is very well situated in the heart of North Sydney and the training sessions on offer provide a compressive and strength and conditioning program suitable for all abilities. The lads strike a perfect balance between pushing you to achieve some serious results in the gym while having a good laugh at the same time. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Sasha for over 3 years now (regular strength PT sessions and exercise programming). Having been a nonstarter at a few of the usual commercial gyms, I was drawn to the more personalised approach of Aspire where the trainers get to know you, cater your workouts and show interest in your progress. A very friendly and experienced team—highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I've trained here for a few months after trialling quite a number of places. These guys are great! Well programmed strength training with some cardio (but not cardio just to smash you). I've definitely got stronger since joining and did my first chin up! They're super flexible and accommodating i.e. there's sessions for each day but if you want to do something from a previous day that's OK too. They're very welcoming and non judgemental, just a nice play to be. Classes are small so you get a lot of attention. Sessions are well run also (start and finish on time and instructions always clear.) Definitely recommend - thanks guys :-)
Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at Aspire for nearly three years now. Three years ago, I was recovering from an autoimmune disease that had left my body extremely weak and unfit. Because of my weakened state, I was interested in strength training. I was after personal training because I was new to strength training and I wanted to learn and rebuild strength at my own pace, and have a program tailored to my condition. I trained with Sasha Kljaic for over two years. He was very patient and understanding of my condition and never pushed me beyond what was good for me. He was very flexible as well: if I turned up tired, he would adjust the exercises accordingly. When COVID-19 lockdown hit, he adapted by training me outdoors at the local park, while adhering to restrictions. (If you prefer a bit more privacy when training, depending on the timing of your session, sometimes it’s just you and the trainer in the gym.) During that time, I have gone from struggling walking up a flight of stairs and barely able to push a prowler to deadlifting 100kg. I have also learnt the basics of strength-training and feel confident walking into a gym to deadlift, squat, press, row and other strength-building exercises. Recently, I have transitioned to their small group classes. I like that classes are small (often less than 8 people), so you still get the attention from the trainer to help with your technique. I like the setup of the training because it gives you variety and progression. Conditioning is not my favourite thing, but I appreciate they make it as interesting as possible! Finally, the people in the classes are great! If you have any fears or self-consciousness about going to the gym, you don’t have to worry about someone coming up to you saying something nasty, mean or inappropriate, because everyone is really respectful. I recommend Aspire for people who are interested in strength training, who want to go to a smaller gym where you get more attention from the trainers and where it feels like a community, rather than another face at a big, commercial gym. Even though I’ve now moved away from the local area, I will still travel to go to Aspire because of great trainers, great programs and great people!

Fantastic experience: Sasha is an excellent trainer and teacher. I took classes here for three weeks and got a lot out of them. Really well planned, varied sessions. I hope to return any time I'm back in Sydney.

Negative experience: Credit card scam. A thief made over $9,000 in fraudulent charges on my credit card and Aspire Srenght Crossfit processed these charges. It appears someone working at this gym is involved in a credit card scam. I only hope authorities catch up with the thief and put them away. Don't spend your money at this gym.
Fantastic experience: I've lived in several cities in the past decade (therefore had lots of trainers) and Tian is the best trainer I've ever had. Tian is incredibly knowledgeable, creates awesome and varied workouts every session, watches your form like a hawk and knows just how far to push you. No surprise to me that every review so far is 5 stars - they are very well deserved.

Fantastic experience: The best strength and conditioning gym around. I've been training here for 18months now and cant rate it highly enough. The classes are varied and small so you get 1:1 advice from the high quality coaches who have found the right balance between pushing you and focusing on form/safety. Great atmosphere with a good level of friendly competition. I've seen huge progression on my strength and cardio/conditioning. They also have Olympic lifting classes which are very interesting and a good way of building fulll body strength whilst learning a new skill. Great value compared to other gyms around and no lock in contracts.
Fantastic experience: Best gym in North Sydney! A mix of fantastic staff, great members and good equipment. The classes are a perfect ratio of students to instructor. The instructors are supportive and not the intimidating and hardcore type that you would find at other x-fit gyms. Trainers remember your name and the other members make you feel part of the team instantly. It's a great team to train with! It's easy from the get go with a free trial, no 12 months contracts and no joining fees. I whole heartedly recommend this place :)
Fantastic experience: This is the best gym that I've ever joined. Classes are varied, always challenging and always safe. The trainers are very educated in their specialties and are always assisting you improve on your form. The atmosphere is very community oriented, constructive, supportive and fun - not at all intimidating or stressful like you might find in other gyms. I've learned and improved so much in the 11 months I've been going to Aspire and I'm seeing the results in my body shape, my form, my fitness and my general well being. Best money I spend!! I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: I have tried a number of gyms over the years and this is by far the best and the only one I have kept going to regularly for more than a few weeks. The small group classes are challenging but fun and for the first time I am actually getting stronger. The small team of coaches take the time to make sure everyone gets their technique right, which makes a huge difference. Plus everyone I have met in the classes has been really friendly and supportive.
Fantastic experience: Best gym in Sydney! Whether you're an athlete or simply trying to get in shape, the world class training system caters for all. The system combines elements of Olympic lifts, Crossfit, gymnastics, endurance and strength training. Best of all, training in a group environment with like-minded people allows for optimal performance and it's FUN!
