Fantastic experience: Love this place... so motivating!

Fantastic experience: As a first time mam with 3 month old it's nice too ba able too workout for an hour without worrying, staff are super nice and always feel like my son is taking care off also if there is any issues they come get you straight away.

Fantastic experience: Was so fun to use my mates Viking power and lift some weight. I was sore for a week. Also I wrote in the book for the staff to call me so I could sign up but they didn’t so I haven’t gone back.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted by the crèche services and the ignorance of staff after I raised my concerns. I booked my 3 month old son into the crèche this morning. I walked in to a small room of chaos from around 10-15 toddlers - 5yo children playing around with only 2 staff present. I was informed that my son would be left by himself sitting in a bouncer chair in a playpen crammed with toys and equipment in the corner of the room. This immediately raised red flags for me as he was the only infant in the crèche and yet neither of the staff intended on being with him - as the only baby in the room unable to walk, speak or keep himself safe in any sense. To make matters worse a big plastic transformer toy was then thrown into said playpen by some kids playing nearby, if my son had been in there he very likely would’ve been hit in the head by this toy - unbeknownst to the staff who were going to ‘take care of him.’ I left immediately and went to the front desk only to have my genuine concerns belittled. I was treated as though I was overreacting to the complete lack of safety for a child of his size. Management told me there had never been an incident at crèche, however I’m unwilling to even take that risk given the state of care. He then told me that kids go to “kindy and stuff so will be exposed to those situations.” What he failed to take into consideration is that infants are not left to sit alone and unsupervised in a corner, they are not mixed with much bigger kids and there is a ratio of adult to children (1 adult to 4 children under 1, and 1 adult to 5 children over 1), which their crèche was not meeting. I asked to have the situation escalated as I did not feel he was respecting my concerns as a mother and customer, but he refused to let me speak to anyone else. The crèche facilities at this gym are not suitable for infants and it’s unsurprising that I will not be returning.

Positive experience: Have just joined Trend after being at another gym/studio. Although not alot of evening classes, I have thoroughly enjoyed the morning classes. Friendly and helpful trainers, staff happy to assist you with any questions, never too busy and it is clean and tidy. A nice community vibe and made the transition to a new gym a good one. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: So happy with the gym! All the staff are so friendly, approachable and helpful. The girls in the crèche are amazing, I have no hesitations leaving my little ones for an hour! It has a warm and welcoming vibe. Huge variety of equipment, choice of classes! Clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: Great fitness club with lovely staff readily available to help. Spaces are clean and well arranged to move around. There are supportive group fitness class. The best part is that there is a lovely crèche with supporting staffs. I have been able to go work on my wellbeing mentally and physically without having to worry about where to leave the kids.

Fantastic experience: Timing is the secret. I came one day about 5pm. Busy, another time came at 8am, great, not busy. Nice gym. Has all you need. I'm fussy and it is OK with me.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, i had to use an alternative gym for 3 days and couldn't wait to get back into trend fitness the staff are great pts show you what you need to be doing and help you out when needed might not have stuck to going every day if everyone wasn't so helpful. highly recommend my son also loves spending time with the other children for an hour or two win win

Positive experience: Great friendly staff happy to help, guide and encourage if/when you need it or smile/nod and leave you be if you're in the zone too. Not a large space compared to others ice been a member of but it's got everything you need and it's never been so busy I couldn't use what I wanted. Only if I go with my gym buddy there is sometimes a wait for 2 together... no biggy. They have a few classes a week, enough, but not alot..also only have 2 bathrooms/shosers/change areas... again alot less than what I've previously had but again it seems to work. No loud music pumping and no tv's in sight. 24/7 So train when you like with a safe and secure access.

Fantastic experience: Its my gym, i love it. I work out in the wee small hours of the morning, no one is around and it is good. This place is run by very well educated and dedicated people, upon signing up i was made to feel welcome and i know if i needed anything i could ask. Clean and for what i need well set up.

Fantastic experience: I remember going to Trend at least three times and sitting out the front full of fear and shame, weighing over 130kgs and being too embarrassed to walk in, so drove away. Finally in Feb 2016 I walked in and was met with the nicest, friendliest most wonderful people who have helped me change my life for ever!! I have worked really hard and had support and advice the whole way; I am doing things now I never would have dreamed I would be capable of! I have managed to lose over 80kgs and gained a healthy, active life I absolutely LOVE. Steve and Holly go above and beyond for us as members and the staff, trainers and members make this without a doubt the best gym in Adelaide. Cannot recommend them enough - 5 stars just isn't enough!

Fantastic experience: Love the family vibe you get from this gym. Owners Steve and Holly go way and beyond and make you feel welcome and willing to help where ever they can. Personal trainers are readily available also if you need any advise. Gym also has a creche which is also an added bonus. You can't beat the atmosphere of this gym.
