Fantastic experience: Regular and consistent early morning (from 5:30) cardio and weights class based exercise gym. That time slot and the location suit me really well

Negative experience: Impossible to cancel my membership or get a call back from the gym. Like others have written here. Extremely disappointed

Negative experience: Enjoyed my time at the gym. However after cancellation the direct debits kept continuing now I cannot get a call back, an email back, I cannot get a refund. The phone is never answered. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Negative experience: Great if you never plan on ending your gym membership... Similar to one of the reviews here - I badly injured my back in Feb, gave plenty of notice of my cancellation and even received confirmation via sms that they had cancelled my membership. Only to find that they continued to deduct money from my account weekly and are still attempting to. I've had to cancel my card and launch an investigation with the bank and am STILL getting automated emails from them saying my payments aren't going through. Apparently the owner is in Spain so can't be reached to provide any refunds or to even cancel my membership?? A joke of a business that should not be allowed to operate.

Negative experience: Would be good if they refunded what they overcharged me.... Left the gym with plenty of notice, but the direct debits continued. Now it is impossible to obtain a refund. The gym's onsite managers hands are apparently tied and there is no way of contacting the owner or whoever is in charge of processing the refund. What kind of business is this??

Fantastic experience: I've tried at least 10 different F45 studios across Melbourne over the years and none of them compare to Fitzroy North. Adrian and the team create such an easy-going atmosphere, they're flexible and accommodating and genuine. They're also encouraging and motivating, but not OTT. This 45 minute kick in the bum is a fantastic way to start my weekdays. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Sad to say Good Bye :( From the get go when Pat first helped out with all of my questions and the free trial, to Sarah & Mardi helping me when I first arrived! The team has been amazing over the last 8 months to me. They are very accommodating with my injuries and my tired mood all the time. I love how they make you feel so welcome all the time and always push you to reach your goals. I haven't yet reached my goal as yet, but they have kick started my passion for exercising again and passion to reach my goals! They Facilities are nice, clean and tidy - and unlike some other F45's I contacted, have shower facilities so I was able to sweat it out and go straight to work after. A massive thank you to Ros, who was able to answer all my questions and helped me sign me up for a 8 week challenge while I was overseas flying back the day before it started! I will miss you all dearly, however I wont be a stranger! Once again massive thank you to the F45 Team at Fitzroy North! Keep kicking goals and good luck to everyone
