Negative experience: Overall, a great gym. You get what you pay for, decent equipment that is working most of the time, plenty of space and 24/7 access. Sadly the only thing I will remember about this gym is the absolute mess it has been to try and cancel my membership. First I emailed, they replied saying I have to come in person. Then I called asking them to put it on hold until I can come in which they did. (3 months is the maximum hold) When I did get a chance to come in, which was during staffed hours, the worker said I would have to return when the owner is back. So I asked to pause my membership again which they unfortunately didn’t do. I have tried twice again to go in person to cancel, yet each time I am told to come back for the owner. It is such a shame to have such a bad experience with a gym that was otherwise pleasant to go to. Currently still paying for a membership and I do not live in the area anymore. But on the upside, if you like squat racks this is the place for you.

Negative experience: Toilets/shower was dirty and the gym had a general bad odour. There is no ventilation in the restrooms so smell travels directly into the weights area.

Fantastic experience: This gym has amazing value for money, great price for access to a big gym space, on demand reformer pilates, and the recover studio complete with a sauna. The base membership includes all access, unlike other gyms where there are different prices for access to different services. Could not recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: great gym in Richmond with super friendly staff - and it’s never too busy. it’s pretty big too with about 4 or 5 sections across two floors for whatever type of training & fitness you’re into - plus they’ve got a recovery room included in the price - and the price is only $13 a week. wicked spot really, i’ll always recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Great value for money. Even at peak times I didn’t feel the gym was overcrowded or I had to compromise my workout. Showers, sauna, 24/7 - perfect. Relocating to the UK (via bike) but if I came back to Melbourne it would be the first gym I signed up to.

And the cheapest, but doesn't compromise on quality - has everything a workout needs (including two of almost every machine), huge amounts of space, friendly staff, open 24/7 and a high-end recovery studio with a massage chair and infrared sauna. Negative experience: Gym advertised a free trial. We decided not to proceed with a membership during the trial and notified the gym. They started charging us (before the authorisation date as well I note), and refused to refund us. They said that we signed up for an ongoing membership, and said it’s only free if we stayed for the ongoing membership. They were very rude about it as well. How is that a free trial?? That is not how free trials work. That’s misleading and false advertisement. The unapologetic attitude makes it way worse. Another note is that they say you must cancel the membership in person, that emails and phone calls don’t count. To anyone who’s reading this, please don’t believe that, that’s not true and is actually against consumer law. Consumer Affairs needs to investigate this shady place and keep them accountable.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Gym 24/7 Richmond has been my regular gym for a while now, and it’s a fantastic place. It’s full of a huge array of differnt types of equipment and I’ve never found myself saying “I wish they had this”. It really has the full range of equipment for everyone. I haven’t used the recovery room more than once as I personally am not someone to use that type of stuff. I do wish the sauna was a real sauna but I understand the constraints of that. The showers are great and always leave you feeling refreshed afterwards. Feels just like your shower at home. The music is perhaps something to improve on but everyone that goes has headphones anyway. So it’s not an issue and at least creates a vibe rather than having an awkward silence. The price is really great and I really hope it continues to stay where it is. If they follow the trends of other gyms it might not be worth it, but this low price is great value especially for having full anytime access. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a new place to work out, as it ticks pretty much ticks every box you could want. I will continue to be a loyal customer here, happily.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for 2 years with my partner and we still love it. The gym itself is extremely clean. The staff and personal trainers are friendly, and the owner Nick always has a hand on approach, maintaining the gym and it's equipment daily. Great place to train and also recover after those sluggish weeks. Highly recommend .

Fantastic experience: Best value gym I have been too, no sign up fee. Only $40 for a fob and that’s it. No lock in contract either. Super friendly staff and they have a recovery room all included in the price. Also every piece of gym equipment you could need.

Negative experience: Originally left a 3 start review of this place but was so shocked and appalled by the response to it that it was necessary to revise. Within hours of leaving the review (see below) the owner Nick had searched me up in the system and called and texted me asking me point blank to remove the review, saying that it was unfair and damaging to his business. I was so shocked at this approach to try and intimidate me into removing my comment that I decided not to engage with him and didn't respond to his text or call. He did say he was going to respond to my feedback though so the next day I went to the gym to see if anything had changed. It was then I discovered that he had blocked my token so it no longer opened the doors without telling me. I explained all this to one of the other staff members who was there (and who was very respectful and very apologetic on behalf of his manager). I was so upset that I said it was probably best if I just cancel, but the staff member actually had some training in customer service and talked to me very respectfully, promising to raise the situation with his manager on my behalf so I didn't have to engage with him and convinced me to stay. Cut to 10 minutes later, I receive another text from Nick saying he's cancelled my membership effective immediately! I really don't understand how he thought anything he did here would make me remove my review, really quite an unhinged approach to feedback that actively made everything worse for both me and him. Can't advise anyone to enter into any business contracts with this gym, the owner is such a bully who thinks just because he charges $13 a week he deserves the world. Gyms are a dime a dozen, take your money elsewhere and be treated with respect. Original review: Really happy with almost everything in this gym but my god it has gotten filthy lately. Especially in the pilates room and sauna. Piles of dust and hair everywhere.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined the gym over a month ago transferring from a competitor gym. 24/7 is perfect it offers great equipment, large premises. The gym also offers infrared sauna and massage chair along with recovery boots perfect after a workout. The cost of the gym is unbeatable. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Tried a few gyms in the area and this one definitely the best. Has plenty of squat racks, benches etc + unique equipment other gyms don't have (e.g. hack squat machine). Plenty of room, staff are always friendly and ultra cheap.

Fantastic experience: I was surprised at how big the gym is. It's way bigger than the photos online. It has all the lifting equipment you need + saunas, pilates reformers, classes & a really nice vibe. Everything is included in the membership and it's super cheap. Amazing value for the price. Negative experience: I don’t usually give feedbacks but I have had enough of this gym facility. Firstly, the owner, NICK, doesn’t have the decency to notify the members he increased the payment per fortnight. Second concern, I have cancelled my membership as I sustained an injury via call, email, and at their facility last August 2023 but the owner, NICK, just told me enjoy the Pilates for now while I wait for one month policy. But guess what he kept charging me for next seven months now!!!! Great money making scheme nick job well done

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve ever signed up to! My work schedule is erratic, but this gym is open so I can squeeze in any time I have down time or before I head home after work. The place is clean, with a great community of people. You know you’re in a good gym when there’s a lot of people training alongside you which makes my experience pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Really glad I joined this gym. The owner (Nick) runs it independently and the level of care he puts into the place is evident. He always seems to be looking for ways to add value for the members, and I don't think I've found a membership before that includes so much. Even when it's really busy there's enough equipment, having the mobility area as well as the Pilates studio is great, particularly given each Reformer has its own screen with on-demand classes. Can't recommend the place highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best gyms in metro Melbourne. The huge facility has a strong breadth of equipment. Additionally, the competitive weekly price and favourable contract terms makes this gym a no brainer for me.

Fantastic experience: I have a 4 month old baby and get nearly no sleep each night. I have been taking her with me to do workouts at 24/7. The environment feels safe enough, the staff are so encouraging and multiple times people have come up to talk with us, ask if they can help and offer words of encouragement. It’s made postpartum much easier. I really appreciate the gym, the atmosphere and the multiple different spaces which allows space for everyone to feel safe to lift

Positive experience: I joined this gym recently. It got all the facilities , but best part is that all the classes and recovery lab is also part of monthly membership. So no need to pay extra , another best part is that they have five or six Pilate machines with preloaded programmes. Thank gym247.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this gym for over a year and I am extremely happy with my experience so far! It has a recovery room including sauna, massage chair and recovery equipment. It’s a private space and it is great! They also have introduced a Pilates reformer machines which is an added bonus. I train with one of the PT’s and my son with another and we are really happy. The gym is clean and tidy and staff are always friendly. It is one of the biggest gyms with a range of equipment. Mixed age groups and people are always friendly. The owner is lovely and always available if not in person, by phone or email.

Negative experience: Absolute lock in contracts, keep charging you for months after canceling and don’t take any responsibility, worst customer support I’ve ever had

Fantastic experience: Such a good experience with this gym, for $12.99 a week you certainly get a lot. They have a range of classes, reformer pilates and a recovery centre with saunas, compression boots and a massage chair. The owner is constantly providing new equipment and makes sure everything is in good order. It’s also very clean, there’s always someone walking around vacuuming or cleaning the bathrooms when I’m there. Cannot recommend this gym enough!!

Negative experience: Been training for years at many different gyms because I like to move around a lot, and this has been the worst in terms of how it’s ran and it’s customer service. Signed up after moving to Richmond but had a sudden change of living plans so had to move to the other side of the city, tried to cancel via email and also by calling multiple times a day without response (I don’t know why they have a phone because they didn’t appear to even use it) eventually gave up and made the journey to the gym to cancel which apparently the only way you are able to cancel which is unheard of for me. Then spoke to an older member of his staff I didn’t get his name, was very rude and patronising about me cancelling almost as if he was mocking me and even said “well you’re officially our shortest term member” felt as though he was suggesting I had given up on going to the gym when In reality I just needed to move to another gym closer to me. Was actually the same member of staff who was rude when I first signed up and didn’t want to give me a free trial even though it was advertised on the website, I should’ve known not to sign up really.

Negative experience: Really disappointing experience. Signed up Wednesday morning and went to cancel today in the 3-day cooling off period and they have refused to refund a month of membership and a fob I was never issued with. I had a legitimate reason for cancelling as I cannot get parking close enough to the gym, which is useless in weather like this. If the gym is that desperate for money then you probably need it more than me. This is why there are good gyms and then ones like this.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible gym. Caters my group of friends perfectly who like to train together with the range of equipment and space. Nick has also been super accomodating and helpful, very appreciative of the service and quality of the facilities! Big fan of the infrared saunas too ☺️

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership, despite saying no lock in contract you are forced to pay for another 30 days after you cancel your membership. Has been two months and am still getting charged, tried calling through with no reply or answer, but when gym payments fail they are quick to call and reply. Theft.

Fantastic experience: soo much room in this gym! Heaps of squat racks and weights available. The sauna is awesome and the other amenities are great too. The staff are so friendly and Nick is a star! Highly recommend, especially for the price you pay too!!!

The recovery studio is fantastic and the reformer machines are a bonus. I happily travel 15 mins to use the gym as it is the best run gym that has the members best interests at heart. Fantastic experience: The new reformer Pilates studio is amazing! The setup is means you don’t have to worry about making it to set classes if you’ve got a busy schedule but still want to do reformer. Plus it still gives the calming/peaceful vibes of any other Pilates studio.
