Negative experience: Been a member for about a year now, besides the investment that they had done to renovate their gym which looks nice and some what decent equipment I wouldn't call the gym state of the art. Even though they may have lots of equipment in the gym considering the size it is cramped, not allowing for space for when the gym gets busy. Then comes the user access, I train in the early hours of the morning when most people are still asleep and trying to access the gym is a head ache, where you'll login to your app on a regular basis requested to verify who you are and quite often also not having access, they should stay with fobs or cards. Also being such a small gym with the limited equipment you'd expect a lesser fee, yet your paying a premium price of that a much larger (real state of the art gym), you are actually paying at least $1 more then a larger gym.

Fantastic experience: Was welcomed by Nicole and was made to feel I was apart of the gym even before signing up. Great service and very informative of what I need to know before signing up. Love the vibe at Plus Fitness Byford and looking forward to chasing them gains at the gym thanks to Nocole.

Negative experience: Dear Owner, Today I wanted to sign up to become a valued member but my experience with your sales team was very unpleasant and very unprofessional at the end of the day we are the potential members that make your business successful. I felt my minor request to take advantage of the 2 weeks free sign up was dismissed and basically felt like my valued membership was not wanted. If I was the owner and found out potential members are walking out the door I would be asking serious questions especially in times like now.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, perfect way to end the day

Positive experience: I have just cancelled my membership at this gym. There is a sign on the door which states all members must wear a mask when entering and leaving the gym, masks must be worn when moving around the gym and my only be removed when exercising.... This is not happening! this morning I was the only one ( apart from a staff member) wearing a mask, I complained, nothing was done so I cancelled my membership on the spot, as I was signing the form another gym member walked in not wearing a mask, he was asked by the staff member to put his mask on as "Some" people complain. Oh and I was also accused of throwing my membership card at the staff member..... This did not happen I simply put it on the table next to her. I want to train in a safe environment and clearly Plus fitness is not that place.

Negative experience: It not it 27/7 open??

Positive experience: Typical PF gym, average size facility, can get busy and full at peak times.

Fantastic experience: Clean, my pass from another location worked fine, good condition equipment

Positive experience: + Friendly/Approachable and knowledgeable staff + Gym layout is nice with a good selection of modern machines and free weights. + Clean well looked after machines - Some machines don't list a preset weight from factory making it hard to determine total weight I.e Incline leg press

Positive experience: Good customer service has everything you need but not much duplicate equipment

Fantastic experience: Cleaned regularly by staff and a good range of equipment for non professional athletes

Fantastic experience: Great staff and great facilities. Well kept and affordable!

Positive experience: Good for a small gym, I go at 4am so there's never too many people which is nice, just wish they'd have an air con switch available to members as I run hot, and it can get very warm, even at that time of the morning.

Positive experience: Needs more personal trainers and a better variety of equipment. But still love going to the gym:)
