Negative experience: Just visited this gym to sort out my son’s access card issue and talked to Sarah, gym manager. My boy is using this gym for 2 years now, once a week and I personally drive him there. Last 2 weeks he could not get in due to access card issue. Kissed the door and came back home on both occasions. On Friday 23rd of Feb at 4pm it happened second time. Card did not work so we rang those 2 numbers displayed on the door. Both numbers - no answer. We left a voicemail message and came back home. Today I went to gym to sort out the problem and to ask what’s going on with access card. Lame excuses about internet being down but I can accept that. What I can’t accept is Sarah response when I asked what about those 2 weeks of membership that my son has lost due to this problem? Her response was: ‘I can give you 1 week extension’. Seriously? I did not want to argue and I had no time to waste so I just declined and left. This is an example how you should not run your business. EDITED: Hi Kaitlyn, thanks for your reply. Since I can’t reply to your message I have edited my post to do it here. This is not about compensation, It’s more about common sense and customer support. Any sensible person would compensate 2 weeks for 2 lost weeks but Sarah somehow came up with 1 week extension with this funny look like I am asking for some free ride or something. Fantastic experience: The equipments and facilities were clean. The environment is well fitted for a gym, not too busy and have enough equipments for everyone. Staffs are friendly and keen to help if needed. Snap fitness in general is a great gym franchise. Invest in a membership and you will be investing in your health.

Fantastic experience: Overall good. Parking can be problematic sometimes if you are visiting between 9 am - 5pm still you can use 1 Hr free on street parking or just find on doveton street it has lot of free 3-4 Hr free on street parking
