Fantastic experience: Best gym around

Fantastic experience: Good equipment, always feels clean, not overcrowded. The Manager, Kerry, goes out of her way to help if any issues. While a member I have been able to utilise other plus fitness locations interstate. I have now resigned my membership, only because I have moved, and there is no plus fitness close to my new location. Very good value for money.

Fantastic experience: My closest gym, it's a long shot but I think I'll ask if they can put in a boxing bag

Positive experience: I have been going here almost daily for the last few years. It's just not the same anymore. Will the door Gods shine upon you and give the click of approval? Will you be refreshing the buggy app over and over, hoping for a different outcome (the definition of irrational). Will the A/C be down and out today - chances are good, especially when it's a hot humid day and the Gym doubles as the surface of the sun. It's not you, It's not me, it's just time to move on. It was great while it lasted. Peace

Negative experience: a clean and relatively quiet gym, I just wish the aircon worked! It’s so hot in there I have had to leave workouts because the 2 small fans just don’t do enough! Apparently it’s been broken for a while, so fingers crossed something gets done about it soon

Positive experience: Closed shoes ONLY. A boy, whom I later learned had the name "Mitchell", needs to be kicked out and banned promptly. I witnessed him conducting buffoonery within the gym and its surrounds, as well as causing a ruckus, engaging in shenanigans, and being an overall no-good rapscallion. I would encourage management to reprimand this uncouth boy. Also machine quantity, variety and selection is bad.

Fantastic experience: I've been here since day dot. I left because of having a baby. I love being back the staff are always friendly. Georgia at the front desk is always happy and helpful to assist and help out gym users. The equipment is top of the range and always looked after and maintained.

Fantastic experience: Great gym ,lots off choice for weights and cardio equipment, friendly staff,don't have to wait to long to go equipment, not to over crowded .

Fantastic experience: What an adventure the last 3 months have been at Plus Fitness Banksia Grove! I have lost weight, feel stronger, and am more confident than I have ever been before. The classes are motivating, encouraging and Amy the PT makes everyone feel welcome! I love coming in and seeing Amy, Renee & Stacy greeting us with smiles and making us feel as though we are one big fitness family. Thank you for making my first gym experience one to never forget!

Positive experience: The gym set up is pretty good. Value for money, can't complain. I can't say the music there is my thing, so bring my own as I'm not a young pup. Very clean and plenty of parking across the road.

Positive experience: Nice clean gym...good equipment, cool staff. Is it normal practice for your staff to recommend looking up 'google' for using some equipment that do not display instructions instead of making an effort and taking the time to show you? There is also not much space for classes. When i was signed up last year i was told 2 friends would get a week of free sessions to see how they'd like the gym. I provided contact details for both of them. It's now May and neither friends have been emailed or called yet. Lastly ive only just found out 2 days ago that regardless of whether the doors are open or not, every member must swipe their card outside the door before entering the gym. No1 told me or my partner this when we joined. Apart from a couple of oversights which may need addressing, the gym is fine.
