Fantastic experience: Love Stepz Thornleigh. This is where I built up 20kgs of muscle. Love the team and their support and their Muscle Gaining supplement range.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with a great variety of classes at different times of the day. Yvonne and team are so welcoming, knowledgeable and encouraging. It’s also a super clean gym which makes for a very enjoyable environment to train in.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving the atmosphere and the culture of the gym! Yvonne is absolutely helpful, encouraging and professional in providing guidance and support!

Fantastic experience: I was the member of the Stepz Thornleigh Gym for almost a year and a half and had to terminate my membership due to relocation. If not the best, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had, not just because of equipment or cleanliness, but because of management, personnel, and positive vibe and atmosphere. One of key advantages of this gym over other local gyms is its great manager, Yvonne, which I was very much impressed of the passion and energy she put into her job. On the other hand, I truly enjoyed working with other trainers, Michelle, Dylan, and Alison. If you are looking for a positive gym atmosphere to have good time while doing exercises, I highly recommend this place. Besides, I suggest trying group classes to have fun while sweating.

Fantastic experience: I was a yoga teacher here and Yvonne and Michael were 2 wonderful ladies who organised everything so well. They were supportive and great leaders. The students in my classes were great and very motivated and conscious of their heath and well-being which shows the personal care taken by the instructors and leaders. It is a welcoming and supportive environment. It has many great classes to try out. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: This is such a lovely gym. Very friendly, both staff and other gym goers. It's never overly packed and gets quiet if you go after 7pm. As a female feel comfortable in the environment. They have plenty of equipment and machines, all in good working condition. They also have bathroom facilities if you want to shower/change. It's also kept very clean. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I wish they had more evening classes, including the weekends, because I finish work at 5pm and by the time I make it to the gym at 7pm, no more classes and I pay monthly premiums for the classes. Otherwise a great gym that I'm proud to be a member of

Fantastic experience: Stepz Fitness is a great gym, great facilities, very clean and well kept, fellow gym goers are friendly and considerate of each other and you can tell Yvonne and Michelle and the team go out of their way to run a great workout space.

Fantastic experience: Its the best gym in the area. Lot of classes to choose from mornings and evenings. Very friendly staff and a very positive vibe. I love the challenge programs that happens quite frequently and if not for weight loss you will still love to visit this place few times a week just for fun.. absolutely love this place.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly trainers, all of them know my name and look out for me. Love the small group training sessions, its like having a personal trainer without the price tag! The gym is clean and as mum of two small kids the classes work in with my day and it's such a great gym for getting back into fitness after babies and feeling good about yourself. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am a new member, since January 2020, but I am so thankful I became a member before this covid thing... I was kinda shattered when they had to close, I thought my momentum would lapse. Well it didn't. During downtime I worked with Megan weekly in a park. These are good people, everyone I worked with. Fantastic experience: Stepz Thornleigh is the best gym I've ever attended, having been to fitness first, any time fitness & many others over the past 40+ years. It's clean, variety of equipment is well maintained, very friendly atmosphere & staff are very professional. Glad to be back after lock down.

Fantastic experience: Stepz Thornleigh is conveniently located with ample parking. When you walk in, it’s clean and very inviting.Signing up was quick and easy and options of memberships were well explained. Yvonne is passionate about keeping fit and for me personally, the variety of classes is amazing. They have early morning, midday and evening sessions and the trainers are very professional in their approach. The gym is accessible 24/7 and the shower facilities are pretty good! Glad I signed up and have been truly enjoying the classes!

Fantastic experience: Yvonne, Michelle and personal trainer Joe are sincere folk who made me feel genuinely welcome. As a senior that needed gym work for my rehab, I was a bit nervous at how I would be received. About 15 years ago I had a most unhappy experience with “gym rats” at a Penrith gym. Since then I have trained at a special geriatric gym under the supervision of a geriatric professor, so I understand what make a highly professional gym. Glad to report that Stepz Thornleigh is of the highest standard, both with their staff and facilities. Stepz Thornleigh is definitely welcoming to all comers, and I was reassured that they had regular classes for some special needs youngsters. I am a special needs senior The entire gym was spotless, especially the showers and toilet areas. All the other members I observed had their own towels, and followed the comprehensive hygiene protocols. They were all a friendly bunch, and made me welcome. Very nice atmosphere with nice staff and members. Their machines are of high quality brand names, with a wide range available. Joe gave me an excellent induction on all the machines, and explained how the fitness classes worked. There were classes that suited me, more on the relaxed and gentle style. Classes were available for all standards. There were lots of very fit youngsters who exercised fiercely, and who were polite and friendly to the old Codger - me. No gym rats ever sighted. Stepz member plans gave a variety of options, and seemed very competitive and good value. They have sensible options for suspension of fees while on holidays, or away due to illness. I strongly recommend Stepz Thornleigh. I have no association with this gym, I have not been requested to make this review, and believe this gym is so special that I would like to share my opinion.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Stepz Thornleigh was amazing. Trainers were excellent so supportive of my goals. Learnt so much through there dietician. Such a friendly team. Learnt how to work the many machines working muscle I didn't think I had. Really enjoyed .morning group sessions where every one had different goals. They made getting fit fun with a variety of circuits. Highly recommend Stepz Fitness Thornleigh.

Fantastic experience: I was a member of Fitness First for over 15 years and I quit to join Stepz Thornleigh. Yvonne the manager, is very friendly and always greets her clients. The gym is so clean, in terms of equipment everything you need is there, showers very clean. Parking so convenient and so close to home. My PT Meghan is amazing, qualified in training, boxing and nutrition. I highly recommend this gym and Meghan. Great job Yvonne and team. Keep it up.❤️

Fantastic experience: I quit Fitness First for Stepz Thornleigh and it was the best move - the gym is modern, clean, spacious & fully decked out. Yvonne and the staff are stellar - so warm and friendly and a big shout out to Meghan my boxing PT - she's fantastic! Totally recommend this gym over any others - I sincerely and truly mean this - good job guys!

Negative experience: Disgusting customer service from the manager Yvonne. She acts super friendly before you join and as soon as you sign up and pay the money, she barely even says hi to you. No wonder its a ghost town most of the time compared to the other 3 gyms down the road. I was going to get my friends to join this gym too but after the managers attitude I've told them to look elsewhere! Yvonne, greet and treat ALL of your customers with RESPECT. It's your DUTY as manager. To those thinking of joining DON'T! The customer service is horrible and the no. of equipment is laughable due to the size.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, clean equipment & love the circuit workouts on the white board. Great team, Ive had the chance to learn a lot from both Yvonne and Amanda to improve my fitness program as well as nutrition. Always a smile on everyones face :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Stepz Thornleigh for now over 10 months and have enjoyed every moment of it. The machines are very modern and easy to use and the gym is always super clean compared to others within the local area. The staff here are simply awesome, and the trainers are fantastic! I’ve been going to gyms for a long time and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stepz Thornleigh to anyone. I love the fact I can go in to do some weight training and also compliment it with some awesome functional training as well with the new timetable. Keep up the great works guys!!!

Fantastic experience: Great friendly gym. Plenty of everything you want at reasonable rates. Nice people on staff and as clientele. The PTs are all friendly and happy to help and the location makes parking easy, with the rooftop access to the gym. Variety of classes through the day and 24/7 access. What more could a poor ball need?

Fantastic experience: I love Stepz at Thornleigh. It's always clean, the machines are in great shape and always work. But what I like the most is that it welcomes people from all walks of life, in all sizes and fitness levels. I'm at the beginning of my fitness journey, and unlike many gyms that look like they only have the very fit people, I feel welcome and COMFORTABLE at Thornleigh, which makes me exercise many times a week because I'm not mortified or embarrassed to step through their door. Many thanks to Yvonne and Lyndall for being genuinely excited about my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: great little gym... with new equipment, clean amenities. . plenty of room... classes on offer, a friendly member base and fantastic staff. doesn't get overcrowded like many other gyms and always a good vibe. the functional room has better equipment and more space than most much bigger clubs. all in all a great gym .
