Fantastic experience: Came to Warwick for work and was so pleasantly surprised to find this gym. Equipment is state of the art without being annoyingly technical, staff are awesome. Ironside is a real vibe! I’ve been to hundreds of gyms around Aus. and this one will always be on of my favourites. Miss it already!

Negative experience: Great gym, but very disappointing in hearing and seeing a female staff member belittling a male staff member infront of everyone for no reason.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome experience and something I can do with my mini! Showing him self-care at such a young age is so beneficial! Halo therapy is gentle, non invasive, and child friendly! Cannot wait to continue our halo journey with ironside! Thanks for being amazing guys! X

Fantastic experience: Love the feel of Ironside. It is a gym and a community at the same time. It makes me feel welcome and good about myself even though I am currently out of shape. Everyone is friendly, supportive and welcoming. Add to that the stunning design of the gym and the great quality of machines and I just fell in love with a gym for the first time. My absolute favourite combination of things to do right now: 1. Pilates (hellishly amazing: makes all my muscles burn and makes me feel amazing) 2. Float to relax all my muscles afterward 3. Power tea give me the energy for the rest of the energy

Fantastic experience: The experience of the halo therapy has been beneficial with only 2 rounds over 2 weeks so far. Having asthma it has been extremely worthwhile with climbing mountains the day after and no ventolin use Would highly recommend not only for asthmatics but relaxation and help with sleep

The cold fire recovery rooms are a one of a kind for Warwick, and I like my weekly sauna session for recovery and to feel re-juvinated and refreshed. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to join. You will not regret the decision

Fantastic experience: Always a fantastic experience, great people and great equipment! Also offers other experiences like saunas, an ice bath and a float tank. Have had many saunas and a few ice baths now which helps my body feel much more rejuvenated!! Definitely always a pleasure coming here.
