Fantastic experience: Welcoming environment and everyone has been super friendly and supportive, with gym equipment being available every time I’ve visited. Jada was super helpful and really inspired me to do my best after our exercise programming session. Would highly recommend for anyone new or experienced at the gym.

Positive experience: Great place for the family to cool off. Indoor pools with kids smaller pool to play and Paddle and a larger pool for the big kids. Check the board for upcoming activities and also a 24hr gym. I would double check for Saturday and Sunday as pool hours are only short unfortunately.

Positive experience: Airconditioned gym, relatively small but not usually busy. Sometimes a lot of weight is left on machines and not put away. New machines being installed and updated, comfortable gym to work out in for anyone nervous about starting.

Fantastic experience: Working here to clean up the basket ball court for the Camaroon team for the Commonwealth games. Staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Facilities are extensive and well maintained. Defiantly there to help everyone reach their goals

Fantastic experience: So much to do here. We often the the kids after work as it's open late..8pm i think. Rock climbing and holiday program for kids. I play netball here and its always clean etc.
