Fantastic experience: I love Fitstop Coorparoo! The sense of community here is incredible. My gym gang is fantastic; we always motivate and hold each other accountable to get along to 5am sessions. Shoutout to trainers Liam, Josh and Tom - they're top-notch! Being a member for over 4 years, I go several times a week, working hard and having lots of laughs doing it. As a mum of 2, I appreciate the early morning sessions for some "me time," although a crèche would have been a bonus in those early kid years. Highly recommend this gym to everyone in the area!

Fantastic experience: Moved here from a "regular gym" after constant frustration with waiting for equipment and losing motivation and so glad I did! Easy to use booking app, range of sessions plus great comps/challenges to keep me going at least 3 sessions a week for well over a year. Price is more than a standard gym but with great trainers, fantastic workout systems and a community you can genuinely feel a part of, it's more than worth it! 100% recommend giving it a trial!

Negative experience: Recently gave this gym a go after being at f45 for 4 years. Whilst I will say the session was fun, the trainer who also introduced himself as the manager was more focused on chatting and filming the young good looking girls, rather than helping. Also felt quite out of place being an older guy. Probably more suited to 20 year olds.

Fantastic experience: The first time I ever tried a Fitstop Coops session was in the height of Covid with my mum. With lockdown in place, it was a great way to get a well-structured workout in without breaking the rules. Since returning to in person classes, I’ve had the opportunity to not only work on my strength and fitness but make some amazing friendships along the way. If you’re ever unsure where to start, PERFORM sessions are definitely my favourite! They’re a nice mix of both conditioning and weights in a fast paced format. We have some really amazing trainers too and the newest addition Tom is super friendly and very knowledgable!

I had never done group training prior, but after stepping in for my first session over 2 years ago i quickly knew it was the best decision I made. The community is amazing and the trainers are so welcoming, Liam is great for technique work in lift sessions! Best session - Perform or Saturday Sweat, get around them for your first session!

It’s an awesome community to be part of and have made many mates, a motivating training environment to push yourself in, a great mixture of session formats to keep things interesting and a great bunch of people to be around - the trainers and members.

I moved to Qld from Melbourne at the start of the year and joined knowing no one, and I have never felt so welcome somewhere before!!! Not only are the people you meet great people but the trainers are so encouraging and supportive of all your goals! I couldn’t recommend a place more highly!!

VERY friendly team who make people want to go train there, with the confidence they'll give you that extra push you need to improve and see your true potential. The workouts are always fun, with huge variety to keep it interesting and fresh. I've personally gotten some of my best training advice & results from here. I love this place and recommend it to all. Fantastic experience: Fitstop Coorparoo has got to be hands down one of the best things I've ever signed up to! The vibe here is honestly so amazing, from the professional and motivating, yet very down to earth and super friendly trainers: Nikki, Jess, Mel and Lauren - to the whole community in general where everyone is easy going, its easy to feel at home here at Coorparoo. The workouts are also great, they are the perfect mix of really challenging yourself and make you work hard, but also allow everyone of any physical ability to give it a go! Have defintely seen plenty of positive changes in myself since joining in October 2020. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Feels like family entering this gym! Where everyone knows your name, it feels like a decent team effort every time you go. Since you need to book into classes in advance, it keeps you accountable. Within two weeks of going, I felt fitter and stronger and so sore, every day (the good type of sore that reminds you you are doing something good for yourself!). I get excited going every morn so thanks for Nikki, Jess & Tom for doing such a stellar job!

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Coorparoo is a fantastic gym. I’ve had a history of being inconsistent with exercising until I joined Fitstop Coorparoo. I had limited experience in functional training and never lifted heavy. Nikki, Tom and Jess have been great in not only educating me but motivating me to do better. I never feel intimidated, the members are all so lovely and make it easy to team up throughout a session. Fitstop is part of my weekly routine as a non negotiable.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Fitstop Coorparoo since the 2018 opening & can’t imagine training anywhere else! Nikki has built a really welcoming community for members of all fitness levels & ages. Nikki, Jess & Tom are a super supportive encouraging team of trainers & there are always options for alternative exercises for those with restrictions due to injuries. As hard as some days feel being surrounded by a great group of people makes it less of a punish!

Fantastic experience: To all the hard working Mums, this is the place to be! If you are feeling run down and you are struggling with your weight and not feeling comfortable wearing your clothes, I will highly recommend you to join Fitstop Coorparoo. The workouts are suitable for all levels, there is genuine support from all the trainers and the owners are just wonderful human beings. Trainers and Owners do look after you to ensure you are achieving your goals and you are feeling healthier and confident. Bring your kids along! There is a Kids Corner and you can keep an eye on them while working out !

Fantastic experience: Having never trained in a group fitness environment before Fitstop Coorparoo, I now could not dream of leaving this place! No matter your fitness or strength level, Nikki has made sure everyone feels welcome and can progress in their training and enjoy it at the same time. The community that Nikki has built and cultivated here is second to none, you are guaranteed a tough but feel-good session every time, alongside all the friendly and motivating members and trainers. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have asked for a better gym to join when I moved back to Brisbane. Nikki is one of the most genuine and friendly people I have ever met and she has built such a great community of both trainers and members! As soon as I walked in, I wasn't intimidated as everyone was so friendly and helpful if I needed direction in the class. With a background in sport I like to lift heavy, be challenged and also feel comfortable to change movements depending if my body is struggling with old injuries, and Fitstop Coorparoo literally ticks off all my boxes. I definitely recommend coming down and training with us :)

Fantastic experience: My partner and I initially joined this gym as an 8 week challenge, however we have loved the workouts, atmosphere and people so much that 4 months later, we are still a part of Fitstop Coorparoo and have no intention of leaving. ALL the trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging and inspiring. The variety of workouts are great, something different every time, which makes me excited to go to every class. My confidence has significantly increased since joining this gym, especially with my weight training as I hadn’t done a lot of weights prior Fitstop, but the constant encouragement from the trainers has really allowed me to reach some fitness goals. Nikki and Christian are always so interactive, at the gym and also outside the gym, it’s been great going to some of the social events they have organised. Everyone is so friendly, I couldn’t rate this gym more highly. Thank you Fitstop Coorparoo!

Fantastic experience: This review may be a little long, but it’s worth the read if you want a member’s honest opinion :) I’ve never reviewed a gym/fitness centre/trainer before (and I’ve had a vast experience of many) but my experience at Fitstop Coorparoo has made me want to share this publicly. I can honestly say that Nikki is the most genuine, caring, friendly, fun and accommodating trainer I’ve come across - and runs her facility the same. She has created a vibe unlike any other place I’ve been to, and it sounds cliché but it really makes you feel part of a “family”. I’ve always been a go-in-get-the-workout-done-and-leave, type of gym-goer, but the community Nikki is creating makes you want to join in and be part of it all. Most of all, the workouts have been transformational. Nikki (and Tom and Jess) are very knowledgeable and really take the time to ensure everyone is performing to their best (with correct form). The workouts are not only challenging but fun. The structure of the classes leaves you feeling that good-type of sore and a real endorphin high! I could go on... but honestly, I would suggest experiencing it for yourself :)
