Fantastic experience: Best thing I ever did was walk through the door of Destiny Health!!!!!!!!!!.Right from the beginning Evan has been supportive. He takes into consideration any limitations and adjusts exercises accordingly.He understands everyone has different capabilities but will encourage you to go outside of your comfort zone to achieve results. With Evans encouragement and guidance I can feel myself losing weight along with feeling fitter and stronger than I have in many years. I now look forward to Monday and Wednesday afternoons and walk out of each session feeling better in myself.

Fantastic experience: Destiny Health PT sessions have really given me the push that I needed to get my strength and health back. Evan is very knowledgeable and makes sure that you get the best out of each session you attend. Each session that I have done has pushed me that little bit more. But Evan always makes sure that your technique is correct so that you benifit from your training. Glad I started my fitness journey with Destiny Health .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with my weight for a few years now. I would start a program and would only last a few weeks and then I’d give up and try something else. This went on for way too long. I googled dietitian’s in Raymond Terrace and Destiny Health came up with an offer for a free consult, so I filled out the online request and set up an appointment to meet with Evan. I’m so glad a did. At long last I’m losing weight, getting stronger and having so much fun at the same time. The training sessions are amazing. Tahlia is fantastic and is genuinely proud of our efforts. I really like that she is taking the time to show us the correct way to use the equipment and technique. Highly recommend Destiny Health.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes you need a bit extra. Destiny Health was my bit extra. I found the team to be approachable and adaptable to my goals. My goal? To be confident that my mind and body worked in sync. My story may be different to yours. However, at the end of the day, if you seek change, you'll sometimes need a helping hand. So, there I was, dejected by a significant set back. I had some time away from being active and I forgot how to be ok to start from a place that was such a step back from where I left off (my normal). I needed help to get through the door. Destiny Health listened and offered a space where I was comfortable to explain my circumstances. To me personally, sport and 'doing' is more than about losing weight and building muscle and Destiny Health understand this. Moving and health is about being 'able', being confident in my body's ability that I have more options to enjoy life. Destiny Health took this into account and tailored the sessions to suit. I feel they have the belief that 'nothing about your health goals is off limits'. They have resources and skills to provide a more holistic approach to health, more than most standard personal trainer providers. Their collective knowledge of physiology, physiotherapy and joy of moving is evident. I'll always be greatful for Destiny Health helping foster a sound foundation for my new movement journey to build on. The team seems to have the ethos that when everyone has the same vision, positive things can happen. Destiny Health is a one stop I'd recommend.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Evan a few months ago and I was 97kgs and carrying about 26% body fat. After spending some time with Evan discussing my diet, training and lifestyle he tailored a diet specific for me and it worked a treat. He works to not only resolve the injury but also assists with what steps to take to prevent re-injury. By implementing Evan’s rehab exercises along with a couple of lifestyle adjustments, it’s helped relieve the pain significantly.
