Positive experience: The space is beautiful, and the staff were absolutely lovely. I see the psychologist there, and I felt welcomed right away. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that the entryway could use a bit more colour or something to make it feel cozier and more inviting.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities with amazing staff and a nice coffee shop on the front. I received great care from Matin and am very happy. They also have a great recovery room with ice bath and sauna which is great.

Fantastic experience: Mark is a very capable and knowledgeable physio therapist who always finds the right spots that cause problems. I was having severe headaches at one stage, which had the doctors puzzled after they did an MRI and found nothing wrong. Mark narrowed it down to the muscles in my neck and back. After correcting these problems the headaches disappeared.

Positive experience: •It's an interesting concept, mixing childhood trauma with palates and a functional cafe. •$220 per hour is more than I can manage unfortunately, justified by the amount I've burned while in active addiction. •Fantastic vibe but maybe there's a reason ice-baths and psychology don't mix.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to try Peak Performance by friends. I am dialysis and wanted to tone up within the weight limits my fistula imposes (5kg max lift on left arm). Henry has helped with this and improved my balance. I also do exercises designed to help me when I get a kidney transplant. Superb, tailored support. I am fitter, stronger with far better balance. I can see they help sports players but offer much more.
