Positive experience: Decent space & set up with all the equipment you would need. Cardio, weight training machines, cables, pull-up bar, sled push /pull area, dumbbell area, x2 squat racks, kettlebells, separate bench press & powerlifting room & strongman stones. Pay extra for the back area used by CrossFit class users. 24/7 access. Black no frills atmosphere which I liked. Repetitive genre on fixed volume (slightly too loud in mho). The thing that lets this gym down is not the function of the equipment, but rather the lack of attention to cleaning the gym floor areas ever (fingernails by the squat racks have been there since I joined over 5 weeks ago), and they haven't bothered to install a decent changing room, nor attempt to finish the shower area (no available shower - which when you live outside of Devonport is a pain in the arse).

Fantastic experience: I love the energy and enthusiasm of the CrossFit team. Love to be part of that! The gym has an amazing space and great equipment.

Positive experience: Maybe more food vans and drink facilities. Food van was very unprepared. But good venue for the competition

Great amount of space to do your own thing if you want and plenty of equipment so you're never waiting around. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to start on their fitness journey or an experienced lifter!

Fantastic experience: One of the best equipped gyms in the state! If you’re serious about powerlifting, CrossFit or bodybuilding then this place is where you want to train. Amazing staff, Best atmosphere, Best quality equipment money can buy and not to mention a supplement shop attached. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
