Negative experience: Bloody awful Not clean, toilet blocked. Wipe dispenser was empty. No staff on hand. Not happy

Negative experience: Amazing Gym, but trash payment method. One failed payment, called them less than an hour wanting to pay. Told me I can't they'll call me later for payment. No call back, and they deactivated my key card, so I can't enter the gym, and I can't make a payment . So pumped to hit the gym, just to find my card doesn't work. Absolutely worst feeling

Negative experience: Last time came to this branch maybe in 2019 or around, still same equipment and same useless machine, please upgrade.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for 18 months or more. It’s a gym which has everything I need. When the staff are there I have always found them to be approachable and friendly. This gym is clean and obviously open 24hrs. Being accessible makes it a ‘no excuse’ gym for me not to attend. I sometimes ride my bike and can park it inside the gym. It seems to have a good cross section of ages of people who attend. For me, it’s a great location. Not pretentious and pretty relaxed environment.

My gratitude to the PLUS FITTNESS company for your amazing facility and fabulous support. I COULDN'T be where I am, without you. I've met the proprietor of Baysie and Sui Plus fittness. Also, a casual staff member - All who show great attitude to Diet, lifestyle and....excersize. Baysie has front reserved free & Easy parking. 24X7 Access. The shower, etc are hygienic and spacious. Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! I have been going to Bayswater Plus Fitness gym for about 3 years. The gym is spacious, comfortable with well-maintained equipment. The bathroom and showers facilities are always clean. Rita and John are very friendly and helpful. They always have time for a chat. The membership cost is good value too.

Negative experience: The last time I tried this location it was about 8am in summer and the gym was very hot, no air conditioning on and no switches anywhere for members to activate the aircon. After 20 minutes I couldn't take the heat anymore and left, disappointed at having wasted my precious time. I don't know if the situation has changed, I haven't had the time to go there and check. I now drive 20 minutes away to a gym I know has effective air conditioning and don't mind letting members switch it on.

Fantastic experience: Signed up last week and I already love the Amazing atmosphere and the equipment is great quality, I absolutely love the fact we can choose what ever music we want on there touchscreen, that is accessible for everyone. Everyone who comes here is really friendly also when we signed up the owner was really nice and understanding. She helped me and my partner organise a pay plan which has been a life saver. Thank you very much I’m so glad I joined with use would rate a 100 if I could

Music controls and break out rooms are a fantastic additions that I don't think I could live without now Little touches like having a bowel of fruit to grab something on your way out after a workout makes a massive difference

Fantastic experience: Doing my gym at this plus fitness club for about a year and it is great. Place is clean and the machines work perfectly. Bathrooms and showers are clean every single time I use them which is absolutely necessary for me as I use the gym between my two shifts.
