Fantastic experience: Great gym - better staff particularly louay and Samir they need a raise for sure.

Negative experience: I am a member of Plus Fitness but due to moving house, I wanted to join a gym closest to me so I went to check the gym out. -The staff was not very friendly. -Did not even let me in the gym to check it out. -He said I need to pay even to go and have a look inside. -It was not even 24/7 gym. -Parking was not available much. I never had these issues with Plus Fitness. The staff are super friendly, parking available, they let us check the gym out before asking for money and its 24/7. So even if it is a bit far, I will choose Plus Fitness over this gym every time.

Positive experience: New equipment was nice. Membership is cheap. Open hours are ok. Friendly staff. Occasionally, jogging machines would not work.

Fantastic experience: It’s the Gym I go to. Recently they have added bunch of new equipment and is amazing. By far the best gym in Sydney! Never ever liked any gym after Golds Gym but this is my 2nd best for sure. The management is amazing. Simply love it!

Fantastic experience: I take some of my patients here to do post operative rehabilitation. The gym floor is huge and the variety and quality of machines available are abundant. Staff are friendly. Well kept bathrooms and showers. Islamic friendly male gym environment. Ridiculously cheap at $365 for an annual membership. Highly recommended gym. 5/5 can’t fault this place
