Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Tom Frost and the team at Ace Performance to anyone! As a health professional myself, coming back from an ACL injury and subsequent S&C training with Tom, the journey has been nothing but exemplary. I really value Tom's ability to adapt under pressure and tailor the program as required, whether it be in person or virtually like during covid times. Not only has the training been fantastic but it has also been invaluable for my own career, helping bridge the knowledge gap between typical early stage rehab with physio to mid/late stage rehab and return to sport via S&C/exercise science. Would recommend every health professional in the injury rehab industry to experience training with guys like Tom so they can take their knowledge and care for their patients to the next level!

Fantastic experience: With my dream as a professional football player, I have found that there are a lot of other components needed other the just skill on the ball. ACE performance has not just helped me gain those skills but help me believe that if I put the work in I could achieve my dream. Within the first session my performance coach Tom, helped me run and achieve speed and technique that I have never achieved before. Rolling through a couple weeks of ACE I went from running at speeds I never thought I could get to lifting nearly triple the weight I previously lifted in the gym. ACE is more than just an athletic performance facility, everyone associated with ACE helps drive you to becoming the best version of yourself with some laughs and memorable times along the way. Without ACE I would not be the athlete I am today having done it for a couple of months now. I would highly recommend the professionalism that Tom and his trainers give to Ace performance because I sure as hell know that I have accomplished much more than I ever thought I could ever achieve.
