Big ups to the staff who make it such a wonderful place to workout. Adam always makes sure to say hello when you walk in and bye when you leave, great service 10/10

Fantastic experience: My experience at growth gym is and has been incredible, the staff are warm, welcoming, helpful and hilarious and the machine quality and variety is second to none. Bathrooms are kept very clean and feel comfortable and safe to use. The gym being smaller is however not an issue at all as it enables you to interact with the other members and unlock the friends. You would be crazy to not want to go I highly recommend this gym as the best gym in Bundy!!!

The owner and fonder of growth gym is a very nice guy, his goals for the gym are amazing and he want to help the community for their mantel and physical health. I love how everyone there is Mental health accredited and really acknowledge how crucial mental health is to fitness and vice versa! Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: This has to be the friendliest gym I’ve been to! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! I feel comfortable and encouraged every time I walk through the door! The gym is always clean and well maintained with a wide range of machines. I’ve begun training with PT Adam and I have no words for his dedication and enthusiasm. He goes above and beyond to make me feel confident and comfortable every session! He’s knowledgeable and his sessions are well thought out and tailored to my fitness journey! Fantastic experience: Growth Gyms Avoca is an excellent gym with an excellent service. Everyone that I have meet there is very friendly and supportive. The gym has a very comfortable and safe environment, I can work out and not feel judge or self-conscious and If anyone is look for PT sessions I would definitively recommend Adam H. He is very good at what he does, and he will push you to until you achieve your goals. He also is very kind and has an excellent sense of humour.

Fantastic experience: My son and I absolutely love walking into this gym and hearing the beats, feeling the awesome vibe and being greeted by name. Zak is so good with the clients and has such a social personality. Iv had a PT with Benny who is very energetic and bubbly and had knowledgeable chats with Adam regarding the nutrition. I was always intimidated by Gyms but have felt so comfortable and welcomed from day one! Keep up the great work team, we are loving everything you guys are putting into running the best gym in Bundy

Always welcoming and make everyone training feel comfortable, you walk in there and Zak and the team always greet you with the biggest smile and always ask how your day has been, definitely by far the best gym in Bundaberg they treat everyone like family. Have to give a lot of credit to my PT Adam, he has helped me come a long way and he is always encouraging and positive during our sessions

The emotional support that comes and happiness the guys show from the moment you step in the door is beyond any expectation!! Offering mind and body transformations, classes and beauty service's and massage already and continue to improve services on a daily basis, this is like no other gym you will experience!! My own personal experience has been life changing thanks to these guys, saving me from a life threatening health condition and helping me to totally change my mindset and now pursue my own career in fitness to help others as they have for me. All of them are so welcoming whenever you walk into the gym even if their with a client they will always say hello and ask how you are. They make you feel like family. There’s never a dull day there. Fantastic experience: This gym is the absolute best. Always so clean and tidy. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is unmatched. I am always greeted by name with a huge smile. I am always asked how my day was and how I am. Zak is so much fun and so encouraging. I have had PT sessions with Adam who I have found to be extremely supportive and motivating. He has created workouts specifically for me and I now feel confident in going to the gym alone. Thank you guys for the best customer service ever!!
