Since bringing the first CrossFit class to the region in 2010, founder Tyson has cultivated a world-class facility that prioritizes safety, strength, and community. Located at 6/44 Princess St, Bundaberg East, our gym is designed for busy people and loved by families, offering a supportive environment where beginners and advanced athletes alike can thrive.

Our coaching team consists of qualified personal trainers and CrossFit coaches who deliver engaging, high-intensity training tailored to individual needs. We offer both RX (prescribed) and scaled options, ensuring every workout is accessible regardless of fitness level. Whether you are looking to build muscle, improve endurance, or master barbell techniques, our diverse program includes signature sessions like PERFORM (high-energy functional fitness), BUILD (structured resistance training), LIFT (barbell technique), PARTNER (social weekend workouts), and RUN (community run club).

As Bundaberg’s only official HYROX Training Facility, we provide specialized coaching to help you prepare for the global fitness race. With dedicated HYROX classes, race simulations, and exclusive benefits like early access to event registrations, we are your partner in achieving competitive goals. Additionally, our Kids & Teens program fosters confidence and healthy habits in young people, making BundyFIT a complete family fitness hub.

We believe fitness should fit your life, which is why we offer flexible, no-lock-in membership options. Choose from Unlimited or All-Access plans, both of which include free child-minding services Monday through Saturday. Our facilities feature male and female change rooms, showers, and infrared sauna sessions for recovery. Fantastic experience: Tyson makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Immediately you feel like part of the community - not all CrossFit gyms are like this! If you can't do a movement, there are always options to switch it up or change the weight. You always leave satisfied and happier than when you arrive. Definitely the only place I'd train at in Bundy.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous group of people and a great gym experience for all fitness levels. Tyson takes the time to coach new members so that they get the most out of their hard work and achieve their goals. Friends of mine can't believe I signed up, but I've loved the experience and have noticed huge improvements in my energy levels since I started. Huge thanks to Tyson and Nat - I recommend your gym to people all the time. :)

Fantastic experience: I love Bundy Fit! Everyone is so encouraging, supportive and friendly. I love that you can go at your own pace and do what you feel comfortable doing and there's zero judgment. Joining Bundy Fit has been the best thing I've done for myself!
