Fantastic experience: I am first and foremost a runner so weightlifting is completely out of my wheelhouse—but I recently compete in the 3-Lift Novice Comp at Complete Strength Performance Gym as a new challenge to myself. Complete Strength ran an fantastic competition. The crew were welcoming, super friendly, and very helpful. They would give you any feedback or assistance you could need or want. The day ran without a hitch, and as everyone competing was new to weightlifting, the Complete Strength crew made sure everyone was feeling comfortable and helped to calm the nerves. The community spirit, encouragement and positivity amongst the competitors and the crew was really the highlight of the event for me. They've really built a very welcoming and encouraging atmosphere there and I would certainly recommend to anyone thinking about getting involved or entering a comp for the first time, to give it a crack!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to 4 different gyms in Traralgon and complete strength is by far the best. High quality equipment, plenty of room for everyone and when people say “great community, everyone’s super friendly” they aren’t lying. People approach you to introduce themselves and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome in the gym. On the other hand, if you like to put your headphones in and just workout, people respect your space as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I only joined about a month ago but love it so far. Hardly anyone around when I go during the day, great equipment, good music, clean and organised. Haven't really met anyone yet apart from owner Matt but he has been extremely welcoming and helpful thus far. I'm only a newbie to lifting but I feel safe and comfortable coming in for a session. Highly recommend if you are looking to move away from regular commercial gyms.

Fantastic Equipment, the community is tight-knit, and although there are varying levels of experience and disciplines of those who go there, there is a palpable sense of fellowship and respect between everyone. They have facilities for Strongman, Powerlifting, CrossFit, Weightlifting, or anything really that you want to do. For those who may be a bit nervous coming from a large commercial gym like I did, I highly recommend you give it a go, you won't regret it :)

Fantastic experience: Killer powerlifting gym (strongman too), that's an absolute asset to the area. Top quality equipment, all comp standard which is fab. Super welcoming environment, with friendly staff and even friendlier members. The type of place that hypes you up, and helps you get the best out of your training. Never a wait for benches, deadlift platforms or squat racks There's enough equipment that the "average" gym goer, that is those used to commercial gyms, would benefit training here as well. There's something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: The new location has been thought out and planned so it is very user friendly. The gym is super tidy and clean, weights put away, and equipment organised. The second you walk through the door you are welcomed by friendly staff. Matt took his time to show us around and explain how to use any equipment we weren't sure about. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to move away from the commercial gym setting and into a gym where you are more than a number - you are part of a community. Big shout out to Matt for welcoming us in - looking forward to more gym sessions in the future.

Fantastic experience: It can definitely be intimidating starting out at a new gym but honestly, Complete Strength is not your average gym! I’m no power lifter but the community this gym has created had me obsessed from the first day!

Fantastic experience: Had my first comp here over the weekend at their second novice comp. They ran everything very smoothly and gave consistent updates over the 12 weeks leading up to comp! No problems for the competitors for the day. Enough space for everyone to warm up and store their bags etc, had a blast!

Fantastic experience: Great facility and great staff. I competed there for my 2nd powerlifting competition in august 22 and the organisation was fantastic. The comp run on schedule, fantastic vibe/croud. The staff were very helpful from the weight in all the way down to end to the podium celebration. Strongly recommend to check them out if you are in Traralgon area
