Negative experience: This Gym is all about taking your money. Do not recommend

Negative experience: The gym demands a minimum weekly payment of $19, but disappointingly, they show no commitment to upgrading or repairing their outdated and damaged equipment and facilities. What's even more absurd is their insistence on charging a non-refundable fee of $50 for a key - a key that they casually suggest throwing in the trash, essentially discarding $50 without any value or purpose.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. There is plenty of equipment, and you don't feel like you are sitting on top of each other. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so welcoming and kind, im new to the gym and was so anxious but i really enjoyed attending this gym, I believe it was jade who signed me up and she even showed me around, she was lovely !

Negative experience: So this started January when I showed them that I carnt used the gym they said they would put my account on hold well they only did 4 it for 4 weeks when they stated they would do it and for 8 weeks they then started charging me.. after 4. Cause I have a work cover injury am .not allowed at the gym they still care now cause I refuse to pay anything they passed my account over to a det collector asking for 1000 I will be taking this matter to fair trading stay away from this gym

Negative experience: Putrid gym takes advantage of person with disability. Spoke on the phone with a Jade today about the Membership of a person with a disability that they put on hold for a month as he had paid $3000+ over the last 3yrs and been to the gym a hand full of times and no longer wished to go. They were told a month ago if he wanted to continue his membership we would let them know otherwise cancel. Receive a call today from Jade stating they were going to continue taking advantage of this person even though a conversation about membership cancelation was had a month ago. Will be taking this to fair trading if they continue to take advantage of this vulnerable person. I’m sorry but this would have to be the most unethical business I have ever known. This guy has paid about $500 each visit to the gym and you want more money from him.

Positive experience: Nice gym with lot of good equipment. Some equipments are worn out but others are good. They have good mix of group fitness classes though.

Fantastic experience: Great gym nice staff good place to get into some exercise

Negative experience: The gym manager is quite helpful, however her off sider, a young lady working behind the counter, wasn’t. In fact she was quite rude. A lesson in customer service and good manners and a little less bumptious please.

Fantastic experience: I have just returned to the gym after having almost a year off due to an injury and pregnancy. Jade has made me feel welcome and confident. I have brought both my 3.5 yr and 7 month old in with me and Jade is so accommodating and friendly. I can't recommend this gym enough, especially for mums.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest staff and trainers at any gym I've come across. Good equipment and very sanitary with bathrooms and Covid related issues. Fun Classes and the best atmosphere, I feel welcome and at home here. Very affordable, couldn't ask for a better gym. They inspired me to study fitness and achieve my goals.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!! Kept on charging for membership 18 months after it was cancelled after their incompetent staff lost the paperwork. IGym even looked at my records that showed I had not used the gym for the 18 months since the membership was cancelled. 2 weeks after the initial call I chased them up again to be told because they can’t find the original paperwork there would be no refund. This was after I was told the staff member from 18 months ago had been sacked because of her incompetence. WORST BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT EVER DO NOT SIGN UP!!.

Negative experience: Worst Gym I have ever been with. Broken machines, no customer service to the point they can not return and email or a phone call to save there life. In order to end my membership after no reply for months I had to get the finance provider to step in and cancel on my behalf to which took weeks. They should be out of business. Your just a number and a membership fee. Join anytime fitness instead, Or any other gym for that matter as these clowns have no idea how to run a business.

Fantastic experience: Spacious, plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Larger and more machines vs the nearby competition - Jetts and Anytime fitness. Lots of custom membership options/prices.

Negative experience: Staff are rude so rude i had to tell her not to speak to me like it. Would not recommend them to anyone. And check contract and maybe record your conversation before signing because they will say something different when you want out.

Negative experience: This is the worst gym i have ever experienced. Once something breaks it doesn’t get fixed for over 3 months , the toilets are putrid no one seems to know how to flush in the women’s and they never replace the toilet rolls & the toilets are always out of order. It’s always so hot in that gym because they never put the air condition on and always turn the fans off so the gym smells like bad B/O and very rarely gets cleaned. The staff are hopeless and rude the new manager is hopeless and pointless being there because she doesn’t know what she’s doing or never wants to do her job. The staff that Work out at that gym never put their weights away from machines. The only staff members that were helpful and nice was jade & Chole. I would not recommend this gym for anyone.

Negative experience: Biggest nightmare, I cancelled a long time ago, found out they were still taking money from me for 2 months. Had to go in and tell them, someone hadn’t taken me off the system, they then tell me that I can get it refunded which I was pleased about. Only to find that they’ve “forgotten” again, and haven’t done it. Unorganised business. Will never recommend this gym nor will I ever go back. Horrible.

Positive experience: Good points: The staff are great and it's a friendly place to train. Decent membership price (not the cheapest but still fair/reasonable). Lots of variety in machines and plenty of dumbells, weight plates and Olympic bars. Almost all the leg-day equipment you can think of: they've got it. I love the gym turf with weight sled. It's got a modern look and feel with machines that count your reps or rest, though that leads us to the bad points: Bad points: Most of the rep counting or rest counting functions no longer work on the equipment. Even though this place has decent equipment, it gets a little bit cramped towards the back, especially where the benches and dumbbells are. The Smith machine has an ear piercing squeak. Sometimes it smells like there's some real issues with the plumbing In the toilets. The weight plates can sometimes be all over the place, but that's mostly the customers and partially management. Only one flat bench press. They need more standing cable machines. At least half of their fixed weight barbells seem to be missing all the time (or they just don't exist).
