Negative experience: Not good as compared to other clubs around the place. Giving the deals first and then charging overdue amounts for few weeks t cancellation which is very expensive. Explore other clubs before coming here.

Fantastic experience: After exploring a few gyms around the area. Snap fitness wins! The environment is so bright and clean. The people there a kool, relaxed, fit and friendly. Machines are all new and they have an infered sauna! Definitely recommend

Negative experience: Not recommended!!! Absolute rip-off!! They never provide their terms and conditions upfront, not even the basic ones. You have to read the fine print on their app, which you’ll get only after several days of follow-up. My Snap account was finally activated, and I was presented with the terms and conditions that I had to accept in order to proceed. This lack of transparency and communication from the start made the process unnecessarily frustrating. The registration process should have been handled with much more clarity. That said, there’s no doubt the staff is experienced. I would give more than 5 stars for their knowledge, helpfulness, and calm demeanor when advising on workouts.

Fantastic experience: they have all the equipment I need and lots of space.

Negative experience: Rip off. Very expensive, minimal equipment, bad bathrooms and no changing rooms. I put my account on hold for 3 months and they assured me they’ll notify me before the end of the 3 months, yet they started charging me without any heads up. Obviously, because it’s the 80s still, they won’t allow you to cancel membership unless you put it in an email 2 weeks prior to the final payment. I emailed them questioning what happened and asking for my money back, they said they’ll notify called me but no answer. First, they did not call me. Checked my phone on the day they claimed they did but not a single unknown number called me that day. I emailed them back asking for someone to talk to and they didn’t even respond. Stay away and find a better gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been at Snap Fitness -Modbury for about 12 months. The staff are friendly and helpful. Cat and now Cooper have been first contacts and keep an eye on the facility making sure the equipment is used safely for the benefit of users and others who could be impacted; returning weights to racks and cleaning equipment frequently. The clientele is friendly and happy to spot you or give advice (if asked). A great overall experience for novices or experienced gym users, but probably not suited to powerlifters. There is a large range of equipment from cardio, machines, a squat rack and free weights, meaning you can target any muscles, even if specific exercise is catered for.

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank the worker there Cooper for helping and and given me a run down on my first day at the gym.

Negative experience: Tried to reach the branch more than 5 times physically to sign up for membership. Every time, there is a sorry sign on the gym door. Even after taking appointments twice, i found Gym unstaffed at appointment time. This is ridiculous and frustrating. If their service is like this before signing up, idk how they will be treating customers after signing up.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym or starting out for the first time and are quite nervous about joining a gym. The staff are super friendly, the equipment is well maintained and the gym is very clean. Not once do any of the staff (or members for that matter) make you feel uncomfortable while you're in there. I'm so sad I'm moving an hour away and this place will no longer be my local. Will absolutely miss it!

Fantastic experience: Go there in the mornings normally, love the friendly people who are helpful and willing to give tips and advice. Staff are excellent and friendly and so helpful. As a senior person whose not been use to gyms I feel very comfortable here. Would recommend it to seniors.

Fantastic experience: So first of all the manager Cat is just amazing and so honest, so caring, such a vibe and has amazing points to continue my gym journey. Snap has amazing equipment and the environment is a vibe and wholesome :). There are so many reasons why its a good gym.

Positive experience: Very welcoming staff and great facilities, do mind the entrance can be difficult to find. Small and approachable, a safe environment. LGBTQ friendly, staff uses correct names and pronouns, rare in a fitness environment. Equipment has great tech, screens on cardio machines, apps to link for records, ergonomic weight machines.

Fantastic experience: From the first time I enter this gym I was treat with respect and friendliness . And when it came to be shown how to used the equipment instructor took time so that you could completely understand there uses, plus there is not such a thing as a silly question ,, And the gym it a very clean with excellent and modern equipment. And the best part it is like a good happy family, its like we are altogether just out to improve our selves, The owner is always look for ways to improve the Gym, I have been there less than twelve months and seen a lot of changes all for the good . So what has this gym got Modern clean equipment, Showers, Nice cold water, T v's Very friendly people, Music, Friendly staff I am 81 Have had a heart attack , suffered with depression and anxiety And a kneecap remove. And since I start at Snap Fitness 24/7 Modbury I have started to enjoy life

Negative experience: Appalling! Emailed to get prices, refused to provide them, so I called them. The guy said they are trained to not provide prices. He attempted to sell me a membership by providing a deal that wasn't a deal by insalting me by using the old adage... I'll provide you an extra free week because I like you... how insulting to think I'm stupid enough to fall for such nonsense. The long and the short of it is, there IS a $99 sign up fee no matter what they say, or how they 'package' it.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for 9ish months now and I can honestly say I haven't met one bad person here, great little community of like minded people! The club manager Nadine is fantastic, always friendly and always willing to lend a hand or share her vast knowledge if asked. Takes the time to get to know you and even notices your progress before you do! If you're looking for a big gym maybe this place isn't for you, but if you're looking for a small, motivating community with a good range of equipment sign up!

Negative experience: Stay away! This smelly gym does not make you feel safe, especially after dark. Despite under-staffed, under-equipped and very hard to deal with, The smell... it stings your nose and never go away, for a small gym like this, a few people in you will be prepared to be packed like sardines if you want to do any lifting. Very limited shower, 2 exactly, which means you need to wait for it forever. Also you need to "enjoy" the loud death metal musics. Will have more photos uploaded soon.

Negative experience: Went to sign up at working hours but the door was locked and no one opened it, the staff girl looked very busy and couldn't hear me knocking. How do you get in without the key? Signed up for another gym, that opens to theirs customers..
