Snap Fitness 24/7 Mascot

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Snap Fitness in Mascot for over 3 years. It’s a very clean and warm gym. Edson the manager, is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and resolves concerns and suggestions. I am happy to belong to this gym.

Fantastic experience: The manager is very professional and diligent.

Negative experience: The equipment selection is limited, and many of the machines are outdated and in poor condition. Cleanliness is another concern – it’s often dusty, and I’ve noticed spiders around the facility. It doesn’t seem like regular cleaning is a priority. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this gym.

Negative experience: Worst snap I ever been. Small and tinny place that you feel like you can’t turn around while it’s busy. Bad customer service and rude.

Fantastic experience: Good place, Good machines.

Positive experience: Smaller in size than other Snap Fitness gyms I've been to, but still has the full range of equipment. Reasonably busy so you may not always be able to use the equipment that you want to use.

The gym was very clean. 3. Had a great range of equipment. 4. Cool tempreture on a got day. Overall, the next time I am in Sydney, I will be back for sure.

Negative experience: After register the gym membership, me and my boyfriend receive the harassing email everyday. The data privacy is not protected. Also, they said have one free personal training section when signing up the membership. No PT contacted. Even ask the front desk and they just got my email and did not check the system to note anything. The gym itself is small, price is high compared to others, no lockers, the only good thing is 24 hours, with only few parking spaces.

Positive experience: Parking can be a pain here. Otherwise the gym is pretty good

Positive experience: Decent equipment and very hygienic, however the WiFi often doesn’t work and that is a big deal when the gym is situated in a spot with no cellular reception. Please invest in a better router/ WiFi plan so members can actually use the internet!

Fantastic experience: honestly one of the best gyms I have been to purely because of the management there, the gym itself is good enough, facilities are well maintained and clean. I did a trial session there and was made to feel extremely welcome by Damian, I ended up joining up and forfeiting my one year contract with anytime fitness and that was the best decision. In my time at Snap, I can feel and see that Damian has created an amazing community for all the members, he is not only professional but really puts the effort in looking after the members and making sure every member has an amazing gym experience

Positive experience: Great gym. Clean, friendly staff, very well considered equipment selection with a proper number of squat racks. Not a huge space so beware of peak hours. Only thing preventing this being 5/5 is the lack of some specialty bars. I would love a safety squat bar or/and hex bar.

Fantastic experience: Coming from Melbourne, this Gym was one of the few in the area which was otherwise compared to other competition. However, what won me over was a multitude of things. Being a former bodybuilder, I was inspired to get back into the gym after losing all my weight. The inspiration? Seeing how my beautiful girlfriend eyed Jason Momoa. Ain't happening. Time to gain. Now, the staff at Snap Fitness deserve a shout-out. With attentive staff, constantly clean facilities and a customer-centric focus (This means they won't be in your face asking you to get a PT, or trying to sling you other marketing, they are honest, warm, gentle, and here to serve), it was lovely to notice they didn't push a PT once I told them I didn't require one since I knew what I was doing. I have watched the PT's here, and they are not like Melbourne making you do stupid moves and hustles that won't help you. They target what they want you to do (Sorry for eavesdropping on you, but needed to make sure you weren't like others), and align it with your goals. One guy wanted to get strength training and was asked if he wanted muscles or just pure strength. That to me, as a bodybuilder, was a huge green light. Too many PT's try to push the idea that pure power and building a good body is one in the same. (Aesthetics is cool, which is what I go for, but power is more focused on your personal raw strength which some people can't see. Bruce Lee, for example.) Now, for the equipment. We're talking a small area which, by all means, should not be capable of hosting a full-equipped gym, which would be mostly over-crowded and full of gorilla-like builders grunting and slamming weights. No. The atmosphere, and the equipment is elegant, well-aligned, full of space to weave between machines and people. While maintaining a small space, they have aligned the equipment and weights so that you have maximum privacy and the professional manners of the staff ensure a positive, friendly environment for all. The quality of gear they use here is fantastic, we're talking grade-A+, and that is no stretch. Clean, well-maintained, and above all, they have sanitation spray at each corner of the gym. I signed up as a foundation member, and I can tell you, for a small price for each month, it's a great journey towards your fitness goals. Cheap, effective, close to the station, warm, attentive staff, and great class equipment. If you're thinking of either starting gym, or getting back into it or looking for a new one, I seriously ask you to consider this gym. Thanks to the gym my girlfriend already isn't looking at Mr. Aquaman too much, and after another 18-24 weeks, I am sure she will forget his name. Bahahaha. P.S. Seriously, legit mad gym. Glad my girlfriend oggled Jason Momoa and got me into this.
