Fantastic experience: Friendly ladies on the desk when you arrive, always happy to help with making a booking. Laura has been so supportive during my recovery. She is always positive, helpful and encourages me to not give up. The facility is clean, bright and airy and has a good variety of equipment to maximise your recovery. Thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone recovering physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, polite and efficient. Laura, the EP I see is outstanding. I have been seeing her for 10 months with great personal results. I also see Drew, the Podiatrist, for orthotics which has also given me great results. I have recommended them to anybody I know or come across for consultation and tell them about my results and progress.

Fantastic experience: If you are seeing this review then look no further for a physiotherapist. HPP will treat you with respect and will listen carefully to your problem. Then they will set a plan in place and will deliver exceptional service. Ryan, Tim and the rest of the team are all extremely professional, kind, caring and they also have female physiotherapists if you prefer. I have been seeing them for 6 years now and would never go anywhere else and would highly recommend them. PS: the reception staff are also lovely.

Positive experience: My wife has therapy here. Modern computerised/ tablet assisted exercise programs that are monitored by the therapist. You record your assigned activities and exercises and adjustments can be made for you by your therapist.

Fantastic experience: What a find! After 8 days of lower back pain that wasn’t responding to prescribed anti inflammatory medication and was getting worse, I made an appointment here. Chris spent an hour listening to my woes and working on my back. I left in much higher spirits. I followed the simple daily exercise regime and within 24 hours was feeling markedly better and have continued to improve. From lovely Trish at the front desk to Chris and Mel - THANK YOU! I wholeheartedly recommend Terrace Physio!

Fantastic experience: My mum visited the clinic this morning for an urgent appointment for an acute ankle. She received a very thorough assessment and diagnosis from Jacob. He took the time and care with mum, and provided recommendations, strapping, and showed us 3D modeling of the foot. He was even able to make recommendations for follow up treatment in Sydney. I can highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Terrace Physio Plus, this is my first experience , I had a very sore neck, on my first contact on the phone I was able to get in very quickly and right from reception to treatment I was treated with respect & concern for my issues , Jas was awesome with not only my consult & treatment , but with follow up exercises via email to do at home prior to my follow up treatment the following week , all care and responsible protocols were in place for the current Covid issues , I couldn't be any happier with how I was treated at Terrace Physio Plus - Raymond Terrace As a follow up , my second visit with Jas was as good as the first , not only the treatment within the clinic BUT the exercises not only shown to me and then again followed up on email for me to do at home , the service is the best I have ever had :-) Everything is explained so that I can understand exactly what I need to do moving forward & feeling better. Fantastic experience: Great team, accessible location with parking, and effective pain-management strategies! I slipped a disc in my back last year and immediately booked an appointment a Terrace Physio Plus. The team were friendly, helpful, and were able to provide a range of pain management treatments to help assist my recovery. Their support & recommendations have been invaluable and a year later I have not had any subsequent back pain and I am feeling stronger than ever!

Fantastic experience: After 7 months of physiotherapy which didn’t solve my issue (a meniscus tear), I’ve been handed over to terrace physio team and it’s been the best physio treatment I’ve ever received. Cody Burke is my physio and within a month I’m almost pain free and back to lifting. Highly recommend. 5⭐️

Fantastic experience: Each year around July/August I get Benign Positional Vertigo. It lasts for a month or two, and I just put up with it, even though it is debilitating. This past year it lasted 6 months and showed no sign of going away. I was surprised and encouraged when my Physio at Terrace Physio said he could cure it. So I gave it a shot. He did a special manoeuvre and gave me strict aftercare guidelines to follow for the next 48 hours. It worked! My vertigo disappeared and I’m one happy camper. I will never suffer for days/weeks or months again. Next time it will be a fast trip to Terrace Physio where I know I will be treated with professional care.

Fantastic experience: Tricia at Terrace physio was sincere and caring from the first phone call. They went above and beyond to help me when I was injured and in pain and not sure what I had done. They did not leave me suffering and unsure but fit an appointment in for me when their books were full for the day. Jacob was professional, he educated me and gave me some achievable goals. The team came across as down to earth and in touch with clients needs.

Fantastic experience: After purchasing my Archie’s Thongs from Terrace Physio Plus it has hands down the best thongs investment of my life! Like any sensible graphic designer who has a stand up desk to work, arch support is a big deal... Prior to purchasing these little lower lumbar savers, my legs and lower back would get sore from standing all day, but now with my Archie’s Thongs from TPP I can last the entire day.

Fantastic experience: The remedial massages at Terrace Physio are really good. When I was an uber driver and had a desk job sitting down for over 60 hours a week these guys helped my back a lot!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to have a Telehealth session with Jack in regards to some lower back pain. He quickly scheduled some time in and was able to help me out with some exercises via an online Video call which has been helpful already, who knew physio could be done via video call more than 3 hrs away. Definitely recommend Terrace Physio Plus for some help with your body!
