Plus Fitness 24/7 Minchinbury

Negative experience: Over priced, old equipment. I signed up when I was going to another location and they jacked my membership up because I started coming to minchinbury. Don't advertise a dollar amount to sign up and use any of the gyms/locations if they're going to up my membership fees for it

Fantastic experience: Front desk is always super friendly and welcoming! The floor plan is great and doesn’t feel cramped. Spacious and Clean.

Negative experience: One of the Staff is rude, racial and on a power trip, others are ok though. But not something I am willing to put up with going to a gym every day.

Negative experience: I would give this gym zero stars if I could. The receptionist is consistently rude and has no manners whatsoever. Every time I walk in, she greets me with an attitude and acts like I'm bothering her just by being there. It's incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. The gym itself might be fine, but dealing with her is enough to make me consider going somewhere else. Definitely needs to work on customer service.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars is based on the excellent service provided by the brown and islander girls that work there. Always makes you feel welcome. Always cleaning the gym, putting equipment. Walking around mingling with all the customer's ( this is good trait for managers). Even on days you are down their Always find a way to put a smile on your face

Positive experience: Good staff members. I went to st.marys and Ashfield before and Ashfield was a nightmare .

Positive experience: Came for a Saturday sesh. Was nice & quiet, quite open floor plan which was nice as well. Smaller section of pin loaded machines, more space around the plate loaded & racks, bench’s which makes the place quite functional overall. Plenty of parking downstairs.

Negative experience: Not a good exit experience. I was trying to move gyms and I was asked to physically go in to sign the forms. When I was unable to sign the forms they email it to me. I asked earlier to stop direct debits and they kept charging me and ignored my email.

Positive experience: Love this gym! It's always so quiet when I go and there's so many machines to use and it's spacious. The only thing that I dislike is the tredmils are all covered in dust, not where the screen is and where you hold on but all on the front of the machine down the bottom so when you look down it's all you see. Just tells me the equipments don't get cleaned often.

Fantastic experience: Large, clean, well ventilated. Of the different Plus Fitness gyms I've visited, Minchinbury is easily the best. It's an extra 15 minutes' drive away from my nearest gym, but it's worth it. Multiple spray bottles and paper towels makes it easy to wipe equipment down as I go, and there are enough paper towel dispensers for one to always be nearby. Way better than dried out wipes or a single large spray bottle to share. Lockers in the bathrooms are a nice convenience. Equipment is spaced out and well maintained. Plenty of car parking available. With COVID still around in the community, I feel safer here than other gyms I've visited.

Positive experience: The best thing I like about this gym is the neatness which is ensured all the times. It gets crowded at peak hours so better to go during non peak hours. No complaints. Overall very good.

Fantastic experience: Been my gym for years. Unfortunately, it's being overrun by (kids) ego lifting machine hogs and makes it almost unbearable to train. Such a shame.

Negative experience: Not professional at all, I came in today and the staff was so rude and she had such an attitude. Literally had no respect. Embarrassing.

Fantastic experience: My go to gym!!! Open and spacious gym with lots of machines and equipment, easily the best in the area... the staff are always so friendly and helpful too!

Fantastic experience: Recently joined, great gym, good new equipment, friendly staff. Enjoying it even though I have not exercised in 15 years. Only thing I can fault is not the Gym but the people on their phones taking up the machines rather than exercising and the ones that don't clean the machines after they use them. But in saying that the Gym supplies all the cleaning equipment and the lovely lady does go around cleaning the equipment often.

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean, friendly staff. Would be great if they can get another squat rack and more bumper plates.

Positive experience: Great gym, spacious and a large selection of equipment. If you can, go during non busy hours. Other gym users may lack etiquette during un-staffed hours and peak time. There are 2 locations that are closer to my home, but this is still the Plus Fitness of choice.

Positive experience: Decent gym, decent prices, 24/7. Has wifi and chilled water. Try and avoid peak times as it's just idiots hogging machines for upwards of 30 mins like the bench or squat rack checking their phone and talking. Overall a great gym if you just want a place to get in a solid session anytime of the week.
