Positive experience: I’ve been going to Plus Fitness Rosebery for a few years now, and overall, I’m quite happy with the experience. The gym is well-equipped, offering a good range of machines and free weights, and there’s adequate space for free-hand exercises. The crowd is friendly, which adds to the positive vibe. However, it can get a bit crowded during peak hours in the evenings, and the cleanliness of the toilets could be improved. Despite these minor downsides, it’s still a great gym. I’d rate it 8.5/10!

Negative experience: The Gym’s equipment is good, but I train at 5 a.m. and the extremely loud sound with an extremely bad song is the negative point that makes me think about looking for another gym, and I realise that all users have their own headphones so for sure no one wants to listen to this bad playlist and much less at such a high volume Another negative point is that I’ve already found a giant spider walking around the gym

Negative experience: The gym actually has a lot of potential of being really good because it has a whole variety of equipment and it’s a big area. The downsides are that you’ll rarely find any equipment in its right place. There will be the heaviest plates on the highest racks, if even stacked back up because most times you’ll just find them still on the machines. I go almost everyday and every time I have to look around the find clips, equipment or weights because they weren’t in the same place as the day before, even if there is a specific place they should be in. I’ve emailed the staff twice about this problem and they replied to my first email saying that they have “policies set in place for non-staffed hours.” To me that honestly just sounds like they don’t care and I’m not surprised I’d get an email like that either considering that the receptionists clearly don’t want to be there. The second email they just completely ignored and it was to point out this re-occurring problem again because it’s gotten to the point where it’s unnecessarily frustrating. I’ve been to others Plus Fitness gyms and they aren’t perfect either but they are bigger gyms than this one but they’re kept a lot tidier than this one.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym , the community is very friendly , you make friends very easily and everyone helps you to achieve your fitness goals , if you sign up it will be the best decision of your life .

Negative experience: I've enjoyed this gym for many years. I miss the friendly reception. Since Jemma left nobody says hello anymore. Good gym, but I'm leaving, yet may return.

Negative experience: I am so disappointed with their staff behavior, I tried to cancel my membership the front desk's girl was awfully rude to me. They never explained me if there is any charge of the cancellation fee or I needed to pay how much amount of the fee. I know I had to read the t&c. But at least when I go there and requests the cancellation, they must mention about how much they gonna charge, after I canceled my membership they still charged another 2 weeks. Please don't try this gym. Also they need to train staffs how to behave with your customers. Never gonna recommend, the worst gym ever, also so dirty and cold af.

Negative experience: Disgraceful business. My 14 year old son stopped going to the gym 3 months ago, yet they decided to keep accumulating outstanding membership details. We were on a week to week plan, not a lock in contract, yet they hounded me for payment and eventually sent my details to a debt collector and I had to pay the funds. You should be ashamed

Fantastic experience: The staff were very attentive in explaining everything about the gym to me; of course, training is ultimately up to oneself. Since I am from Taiwan, my English is not particularly fluent. I was welcomed by Elane and Cyprus, who patiently explained things to me despite the language barrier. There is also a coach, Jacky, who speaks Chinese and has been incredibly helpful. I am very grateful for his assistance. The space is a bit crowded, and the music isn't particularly suitable for working out, but these minor issues don't deter me from choosing this 24-hour gym with relatively affordable fees.

Positive experience: Ugly music playing all the time. It really bothers me. Every one has their own ear buds. No need for it.

Negative experience: Never apply for a membership card here. Because when you try to cancel your membership, it turns out you can't. After you've done all the cancellations and they verbally promise you to cancel, they keep charging you, and they don't stop. Very obvious fraud.

Negative experience: I was about to sign up. But, I found the receptionist who work only Wednesday was rude. So, I signed with virgin gym at zetland. The gym at plus fitness roseberry is small. But, it will be good if they have good customer service.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a workout, fantastic gym with everything you could possibly need. Gym has clear rules posted on the walls which creates for a nice and safe environment to workout in. The space is also very clean and tidy. Beyond all this, the staff are absolutely amazing and super helpful. I dealt with Emily who greeted me with a smile and took the time to explain everything about the gym to me. 5 stars without a doubt.

Equipments are almost complete and brand new, just the music could be better which most of people have headphones. Lol But I have to reduce my stars to 3 only because of workout matts. They're so old and stink but no one is going to renew them apparently.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a lot better than the Kingsford one. I just moved to this area and my old plus fitness had lots of equipment, I was very disappointed with Kingsford so decided to drive here instead. Much happier at this one, I will keep coming back

Fantastic experience: Beware: Not Your Average Plus Fitness... This gym is one of a kind. Can't ever see myself at another gym now. Where do I start??? Staff: The staff are all amazing, every single one of them. They are so welcoming and helpful they feel like family now!!! The owners are also wonderful, they listen to their members and they've put in new equipment that we've wanted. Equipment: plentiful and the best thing about it is that compared to other gyms, I'm not waiting years for machines, benches or racks. Also clean, tidy and modern!!! Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've signed up to: firstly, there is an intimate feeling to the space without being suffocating - it's well equipped, and other members are public-spirited about machines!; secondly, membership is flexible and affordable - I love the feature of putting the membership on pause!; and thirdly, the staff are lovely. Also: there is plenty of free street parking, which helps!

Fantastic experience: Have got most of the equipment that you’d need for most workout routines and mostly didn’t have any wait time to use the machines. Generally clean and well maintained. Been gymming here for about a year or so, would have stayed at this gym if not for moving away. Thanks Plus Fitness Rosebery team, for the great experience of being with you guys

Positive experience: The gym equipment is well maintained and that have quite a variety of equipment. The price is quite cheap for a gym. Unfortunately some of the staff can be difficult to deal with and they really get on your case about the smallest of things. Would recommend if you're looking for a cheap place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Rosebery Plus Fitness is one of the nicest gyms i have trained at. Malcolm Barry is by far the best PT i have ever had. Not only has my lean mass gone up and fat mass gone down but my confidence has grown. Malcolm has been a dream to train with, we have good fun while training and I have never felt so comfortable in a gym environment. Hats off to Malcolm and the staff at Plus Fitness Rosebery.

Fantastic experience: Had been a fat dude all my life before, 173 cm with over 100 kg. Started training here 5 months ago and now I’m 74 kg. Good environment, good staffs and members. Now I’m leaving Australia soon but I will always remember this place where I achieved my transformation.

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but positive experiences since I started training here. The gym is always clean, it has a good layout with good equipment. The staff are all nice people who make an effort to say hello and goodbye to you. The biggest plus is the gym rarely gets too busy, you should never have to wait long (if at all) to use the equipment you want to use.

Fantastic experience: Friendly stuffs, new equipment and not too crowded. No lock in contracts and the possibility to make a 2 weeks contractbreak if you go travelling:) Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This local gym has been opened very recently and has the latest cardio, weights and machines to keep you on track for your fitness goals. I like that it is not crowded and all the equipment is kept tidy all the time. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit if you like a quiet and nice environment that won't break the bank.
