Fantastic experience: I’m loving being back at F45!!!! I’ve been getting nowhere at my local gym and now I’m doing the F45 classes I’m feeling so much fitter after the first month. The Glenroy trainers are incredible!

Fantastic experience: I look forward to my workout every time at F45 Glenroy! The instructors are so professional and always keep me motivated to push just that little bit higher. The gym is always clean and tidy, they have excellent equipment and the lessons are always new. It's a great way to stay accountable to your fitness goals and the training has a perfect balance of 1-on-1 instructor training (the instructors come around and check on everyone) and group based exercise. My progress has been gradual, but already noticing improvements in strength in all areas thanks to the variations of the exercises. would recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: I started at F45 Glenroy as I wanted to improve my fitness, whilst on football off season. I have only been going for 7 weeks and have enjoyed every class so far. Team is very friendly and helpful guiding you through every exercise, no matter of experience!

Fantastic experience: F45 Glenroy is my go to exercise haven. From the first time I walked through the door back in August 2021 after not doing exercise for around 2 years, due to pregnancy as an older mum, and then a year of lockdowns in 2020, I felt welcomed and motivated by the coaches to push myself gradually and steadily. From doing no exercise for 2 years to today, F45 has helped me come a long way. It is my stress relief and my way to keep fit and healthy. Thank you to all the coaches and F45 Glenroy for all of the fun and fitness you give to me.

Fantastic experience: It’s been exactly 1 year and every day is different, with different functional cardio and strength workouts to keep people very motivated and challenged. Workouts are very different every day!! F45 glenroy is a worthwhile place you have to be, and if you’ve never tried anything give it a go and come. You have more to gain than lose... The coaches at Glenroy couldn’t be more welcoming, they are really lovely. Some push you to work harder but will also slow down if you need to work on your own way. L O V E I T ! ! !

Fantastic experience: F45 Glenroy is a great option for anyone wanting to get healthy and form a lifelong habit of exercise. They are inclusive of all fitness levels and very welcoming. Lots of class time options to fit in with busy work schedules. Wasn’t sure how I would go as someone who doesn’t love exercise, but I’m still going at least 4 times a week 18 mths later. Feel so much healthier and stronger, and can see visible results!

Fantastic experience: Great F45 studio! All the instructors - Tess, Nim, Jack, Gemma, Kash, Fran - are amazing. They push one to their limit (but no more) and are prompt to correct one's form. Always a pleasure coming to the classes and smashing out a nice workout. I've been to other F45 studios before but this one beats them all in cleanliness, space, and working equipment.

Fantastic experience: Joining the F45 Glenroy family over a year ago was one of the best decisions I've made for my health. The team are super friendly and patient They seem to have good relationships with their members as I always see the team saying hi to each member by name The place is easy to access and has plenty of street parking I wish f45 had some more day classes however I understand it’s placed around corporate hrs Overall great place to exercise I know f45 is a chain however the staff are awesome and I’m keen to continue

Fantastic experience: The moment you walk in everything is ready. You’ll be taken care of by the great coaches. You can talk through your fitness objectives right before starting and the coaches will be super helpful to see what works personally for you and your journey! The facility is great and clean. Fantastic experience: Just started back up at f45, yesterday was my first day and I'd like to say the trainers there (especially pippa) are exceptional to say the least. Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best places I have ever stepped foot in. Their team is amazing, always happy and cheerful. I have never seen results in my body this fast in a normal gym, the exercises are simple yet it gets the job done. Fantastic experience: F45 Glenroy has been awesome - from the great workouts, friendships formed, good vibes and rad trainers. There’s a sense of community at the gym - always respectful and good energy. Without the gym being close, I wouldn’t be able to go 4-5 times a week consistently. I’ve got no excuses but to show up and enjoy a solid workout. Shoutout to the rad trainers - Mich, Tess, and Pip. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love F45 Glenroy! My partner and I have been to several F45 studios before, but none of them compared to F45 Glenroy. The coaches are all personable, patient, knowledgeable, but will very much also push you to work your absolute hardest. You definitely see results at F45 and especially with the Glenroy Team. The studio is large with ample space to train and the atmosphere is always electric no matter if it's the 5am class or the evening classes. The coaches' energy at 5am is incredible! Can't recommend F45 Glenroy and the team of coaching staff enough!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend f45 Glenroy enough! The coaches are so caring, knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. They are always assisting the members on their fitness journey to ensure we get the most out of our workout but they always create a fun environment, which in turn creates such a great vibe so you actually look forward to working out. There are always regressions or progressions for every station so you will never feel like you are out of your depth, and something I find exceptional about our trainers is that they are always ensuring your form is correct to minimize the chance of injury. This place is different to any other gym I’ve attended in the past, I am so motivated to train and I really enjoy every session. I have seen my body transform and I have never been so fit in my life. In the past I was never consistent with my training but the fact I have been attending for 1.5 years is a testament to the coaches and members of this club.

Fantastic experience: I love them! Exercising was never my thing until i joined f45 glenroy branch! The coaches are amazing! They allow you to train at my own pace until u master the technique
