Negative experience: Can't even supply toilet paper. Good luck if you want equipment fixed / replaced.

Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely unprofessional, never answer their phone, never reply to emails, when I went to join I couldn't, one of the gym members told me the girl working there had gone home early, when I lost my tag their replaced it and never linked it to my account so when I went to go late at night I couldn't get in and when I went to cancel my membership due to moving house I got told on the phone it was all sorted and I still had money coming out for a month until I realised, when I had to go out of my way to Byford to sort it out they didn't take any responsibility for it and wouldn't give me my money back and on top of that I had to pay an extra month before it's finished, Complete Joke of standards here, they don't take any responsibility for the standards upheld here

Negative experience: Staff sometimes quite late in the afternoon (past the time they have written on the doors). The staffed hours on website aren’t fully correct, they usually have a sign on the doors that have different opening time (4pm instead of 3:30pm) which should be updated. Never seen the gym’s only personal trainer do any personal training while she’s there, even though I was told she’s very busy. I emailed the pt at the beginning of the year, never got an email back.

Negative experience: Everytime I go to try and pick up my membership tag, for the last 3 months, there have been no staff available.

Fantastic experience: I think the aircon is not working again it was boiling

Positive experience: Genesis is the best gym, best atmosphere and best members plus staff are numero uno!

Negative experience: Terrible gym. Thought I'd go here instead of Kelmscott as it's closer to home and I regret it. Stinking hot! No dress code - people working out in stinky socks and thongs. Weights everywhere - no one racks up. Old equipment. The chick who was meant to be at the counter was down the end talking to a friend. Showers pretty gross, no bench or room. No one wipes after use. If you want a staph infection, come here!

Fantastic experience: I went in to see about joining the gym the staff were fabulous I was allocated Nikita as my PT really quickly had an appointment set up she was terrific tailored my program to suit my needs and abilities I can access the gym 24/7 which is great as I do shift work The whole place is well set out it has everything I need and help on hand if I require it’s been great I’m very much enjoying using the facilities and have begun to feel the benefits already

Fantastic experience: Only a small gym, but being 24/7 I can workout when it suits me, and I try to avoid "peak" times so I don't have to wait too long for equipment, currently doing PT with Jeff twice a week as well. Sessions are varied and challenging and tailored to my current fitness level and goals, and Jeff gives me that extra push I need to workout.

Positive experience: The gym is quite small in size, and you have to know what times to go otherwise you can be waiting to get on the equipment which will turn a 30 min workout into a hours workout just due to the amount of people in there. Other than that the equipment is top notch and always in a working condition. i have been at the gym for 12 months now and i have not seen an " out of service " sign on any of the equipment which is a huge plus. For the money you pay and what you get out of it is pretty good, and the team is really friendly and polite with no issues in the last 12 months.

Fantastic experience: I have joined the Genesis fitness 24/7 Gym about a year and a half ago. Since that time i have gained so much knowledge and experience...i wish i would have started sooner. The Gym is small in size,but packs a punch sort of speak. It has everything that you would expect from a professional gym. What makes it great is the convenience of it being close to where i live, and the 24/7 is awesome because you can basically train whenever your heart desires. The best part is the people that are involved in running the Gym. They will make you feel welcome and show you all you need to know. Simon, who runs the Gym is a fantastic guy and is always there to help. Of course what would a gym be without personal trainers. Matt, Jeff and Tara are there to help you. They are some of the nicest people you could ever meet and i'm sure that they will guide in the right direction to whatever your fitness goal may be. I have made a lot of new friends since joining the gym and proud to call it my second home. So please come down and see for yourself what a great place it is.
