Fantastic experience: I recently joined Muscle Garden Wavell Heights and I couldn't be happier with the facility, the co-owner (Adam) and the atmosphere! Relaxed, low key, all the equipment you need and not crowded. I'm a senior and a bit out of shape, and Adam worked with me to create a well rounded plan for me to follow over the next few months. He even paid attention to a knee problem I have and worked around it. Highly recommend you check this gym out! You won't be disappointed.

Positive experience: I went to this gym for almost a year and always managed to find a quiet time in the evenings. Equipment is good, staff are friendly, making it a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of many gyms over the years. This is my favourite. They have a really good balance of relaxed and professional. There is heaps of space, up to date equipment, variety of classes . Best of all, you can tell the staff actually want to be there. I find them to be genuinely enthusiastic and helpful.

Fantastic experience: As we have moved away from the area I had to remind my membership. However, as a small 24/7 operation I truly could not fault it. No pounding music, no waiting to use equipment and any query I lodged was always answered within 24 hours. Thank you for your service and attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: Super awesome gym full of amazing team members who are all friendly, caring and passionate. The members are also super friendly and helpful, we look out for each other. This gym has created a real family feel, I have made some fantastic friends, that I enjoy spending time with away from the gym also.I have the best Pt who has helped me to achieve some amazing results.

Fantastic experience: 24Fit 24/7 Wavell Heights is by far the only gym I have ever felt so incredibly comfortable working out in. We have the most lovely and welcoming staff who are always happy to help out. The gym overall is pretty great with a variety of different equipment and a very spacious and clean atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I have always felt lazy and demotivated going to the gym but this gym brings a whole new experience. There are so many facilities here and it feels good just doing exercises on your own or with your friends. Definitely a gym to feel good!!

Fantastic experience: Has everything I need to get my workouts done. I go during quiet times and I never have to wait to use equipment. The open plan layout of this gym makes for a great environment and it's great as a girl because I don't feel intimidated to use the weights because of how open the place is.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love 24fit at Wavell Heights! The trainers are so energetic and effectively tailor the intensity to push you hard but not absolutely push you over the edge. The trainers regularly check in with you individually to see how you are going. Such a fun environment to be in, would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had been consistently charged duplicate payments by this gym and when I asked to be refunded, I was told that they could only give me an extra month membership for my duplicate payment. This happened three times and I always got the same excuse, "computer errorr!". Now I can understand it happening once, but three times! I got so frustrated that I asked for my membership to be cancelled and then got the run around for weeks, then eventually told I needed to email my cancellation request and give a months notice! A year later at my new gym, I find out from 2 other members that this had happened to them too! Very shady gym and I would not recommend this place to others. I wonder how many other people have been ripped off by this place!

Fantastic experience: A great range of new equipment and very well maintained. Very friendly staff. As it's a 24 hr gym, I love the early morning visits as it's never crowded and you're not waiting to use the gear.

Negative experience: They have charged me twice in one week on two separate occasions. Had to go into the Gym to complain twice to get my money back. Tried cancelling my membership while in the gym but got told to email instead. Emailed a couple had no reply. Tried calling on many occasions but no one ever answers. In the end had to cancel my card to stop the transaction. Was a member of the gym for 2 years very disappointed!
