Negative experience: Im ashamed at how money hungry this company is. I decided to sign up to PascoVale on a FLEXI membership i clearly stated many times i will only be here for a couple weeks and want only a flexi option. Upon signing the contract it was not gone through with me so i assumed they would understand that i dont want to be in a contract and signed the membership. When i went to cancel in 4 weeks i was told that i was on a 12 month contract and had to pay $245 in cancellation fees. I explained the situation to the person on the phone and was told they would look into it. I called again in a couple weeks to follow up and was told that there was no note on file to follow up on such request, they kept charging me. I agreed to pay for cancellation and was quoted a full cancellation of $245 instead of the $195 reduced rate after 6 month period as i had late payments (which i have paid) and it extended the contract time. They are making me pay for a mistake their employee has made and not even putting in the effort or take into consideration what i have been telling them about the flexi membership. Iv paid the cancellation fee just to cut all ties with them. But very appalling customer service from these people. I ended up paying 1000+ for all their late fees and cancellation etc as i was not even aware i was on a contract until following up with it.

Negative experience: Save your money. No compassion for people who find themselves unable to afford the gym anymore - no fee waiver or even lowering it! Pascoe Vale needs a serious makeover too - pretty grotty in there … did someone say black mould??

Fantastic experience: The manager greeted us kindly. Very easy to talk to and very helpful. The gym is clean. Bathrooms have been clean during the day but at night, some people just don't know how to clean after themselves. However, that's not the manager's fault. I really feel comfortable at the gym and the environment somehow motivates me. The music in the background is good. Fresh cold water is supplied. Antibac spray and tissue paper is also available, located at multiple places around the club. There is plenty of parking outside the gym. It doesn't smell bad at the gym. People don't smell bad. I appreciate the gym and would like to have like-minded people working out there.

Positive experience: Small room, only one equipment for glutes! Women want to train their legs and glutes a lot and this is not a gym for that. The only equipment that can be used for it has to be adjusted with devices, but it is always busy with people training arms and shoulders when they could use dumbbells for that. It is painted on black colour so it is not a place with a good vibe. I didn't feel like going and canceled my subscription.

Fantastic experience: This review is in regards to the call centre team that take the calls on the 1300 number. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with calling a company. I spoke with Niki, and she was not only super friendly, but genuinely did everything she could to help! The phones were busy so it was a little bit of a wait, but I got updated regularly on my position in the cue. Once on the phone with an operator, my queries were resolved quickly and 100% to my satisfaction. Absolutely 10/10 service, I was so impressed!

Fantastic experience: It is a well-maintained, clean and supportive environment. I highly rate this gym and for the price, it is a steal.

Negative experience: I tried to contact no one answer calls and online enquires. Its been 3 weeks to reach them, no one show up.

Positive experience: Local gym friendly atmosphere

Negative experience: I've been attending Jetts Pascoe Vale for the past 8 months. And apart from the time signing up, I've never seen a staff member. Equipment that's broken (trap deadlift bar) or gone missing (cable machine attachments) haven't been replaced. It's quite pathetic. The policy is 'no towel required' as they have the disinfectant wipes in 3No. locations throughout the gym, but there is consistently no wipes left in the dispensers. So all the equipment gets sweaty, and it's disgusting. A 'no towel, no workout' policy needs to be adopted. There's also a culture of people not putting their weights back which is infuriating. I've been to a few other Jetts with more of a culture (trainers around, greeting and encouraging people, putting weights back, etc.) and it's unfortunate to say Pascoe Vale is the bottom of the barrel for the franchise. I'd imagine the members, similar to myself, just attend because it's in a convenient location.

Negative experience: Don’t bother signing up to this gym. We are happy to sign you up and take your money and you have an issue. No one answers the phone I don’t answer the email I don’t answer the messages. I don’t answer the calls. Take your money from your account but your card is the activated. Signup at a different location but not Pascoe Vale, when I approached, a lady named Willow she said that she couldn’t help me. She then proceeded to deactivate my partners pass. And a guy named Stefan also does not respond to his mobile number that he has displayed in the gym Waze messages I highly do not recommend the Pascoe Vale location Cleaning of the gym facilities are in one out of 10

Negative experience: Be very weary of this gym franchise. Feel into their terms and conditions as a result of them taking over from jetts.

Negative experience: It is a small gym and they are usually unstaffed. There are no trainers present and when someone needs to discuss something regarding their accounts, they have to wait for a week to get in contact to the trainer as they are not present there. I will never recommend this gym.

Negative experience: Gone downhill since change in management. Can't get hold of anyone when you need them, been chasing a refund since October. Looks like customer focus is not a priority anymore

Positive experience: This location looks better than Broadmedows one. As this is my first time to this location and I went there around 9 pm, I have to wait for the benches to be free. There are 2 bench press locations and only 2 free benches for other stuff. It might be due to the busiest time of the day? The place is tydy and clean.

Fantastic experience: Probably the only Jetts branch I like for being clean, hygienic and well-maintained. Kudos to the staff and the peeps to always keeping it like that!

Positive experience: It’s a bit crowdy at 6pm weekday.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Pascoe Vale branch, they kept withdrawing money from my card for 4 months after I asked them to suspend my membership without any notice and refused to refund

Fantastic experience: Pascovale's beloved gym. I have been training here for the past 3 months. The gym is spacious enough, unlike other Jetts(or it certainly feels spacious). My nearest Jetts is broadmedows one, but I drive extra kms to train here because it is bigger and quieter. Usually not that busy in the off-peak times. All the equipment is fairly new and well maintained, and toilets are mostly clean. I have tried many other gyms in the past, and this is one of my favourites. There is plenty of equipment for cardio as well as weight training. There is plenty of parking in the front parking area. Highly recommended for people who reside in Pascovale or nearby areas.

I like the way she gives tips and tricks to make the best of every workout, I had been here for just a while and started seeing a drastic change in my energy levels and body. Helped me lose good amount of weight in just 45 days! Would highly recommend to everyone :)

Fantastic experience: I signed up at Jetts Pascoe Vale 5 months ago after an extended break from training and am now there 6 days a week. Dee and the team have created a fun and welcoming environment for all levels and with the recent refurb the place is well setup whatever your goals are. Also a shout out to Raquel for the work she puts into the J-Series sessions. I'd never enjoyed cardio in the past but with the energy and enthusiasm she brings it's hard not to have fun whilst getting serious results!

Fantastic experience: I live in St Kilda and choose to travel to Jetts Pascoe Vale because of the quality of the club and the staff. The J Series classes are excellent, with a special mention to Raquel who is always so bubbly, energetic and motivating while running the classes. Overall, great club and would recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the gym in my area, the five star is for the staff and location. But I want to tell this to some of the members who are going to this gym, put the weights back after using, if you are training, then complete your training with putting weights back, if you can't finish your training by doing this, you will never get the body you dream of, do not wait for the staff to do it, be good to others, I know you paid the membership, but it doesn't mean you can dump the weights everywhere after you use it.

Fantastic experience: As someone who's overweight, going to a gym is always a nerve-wracking experience. However, I found this gym to be very welcoming. The trainers were fantastic. Racquelle gave my partner and I a program, and was really encouraging and supportive. The gym was really nice, and kept up well, and the atmosphere was very welcoming! I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: If you want a gym where nobody puts their weights back and leave it in a mess and a towel is an option not a must then this is the place. The only reason I trained here was convince. I had tried raising this issue many times to no avail

Fantastic experience: Coming from a different gym franchise which I'd held a membership for 6 years, I was quite nervous to trial a different gym when I moved suburbs. I'm so glad I made that call to ask for a walk through and 3 day trial. The club manager Dee was so lovely and welcoming, I knew right away I would end up joining a few days later. The gym has all of the equipment I need, sufficient space, really friendly PT Staff, and of course - good lighting in the bathrooms! This gym ticks all of my boxes and is the best gym in the area!!!
