Positive experience: Gym is great! Bit smaller than most. Could use a bit more equiptment but has everything you need. Best of all the staff is amazing! Super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend if your starting out and dont want a super pack full gym.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym i signed up with jetts rockingham a few weeks ago the layout is awesome and the gym is clean and i think the manager is called jesse he was very friendly and polite and was very helpful and professional with a smile on his face and made me feel welcomed. i will be recommending my friends and family here and can’t wait to see some great results

Positive experience: Great location ,layout ,equipment and staff. Always a great vibe and community feel to the place! The floor exercise area needs a bit of a dusting and better cleaning and the bathrooms could be updated. Full marks otherwise( plenty of wipes tissues available) and I don't mind making the trip from Baldivis to use the great facilities!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! I've been going here for more than a year now and everytime I walk in I either get greeted with a smile, a wave and asked I am. All the equipment is great and easy to use, plenty of space to do your exercises in and if you want to learn anything new there's always a trainer here willing to show you (staffed hours anyways) Other members are always happy and respectful, everyone that goes in looks to be enjoying themselves I've never seen anyone be aggressive to anyone it's just a very friendly environment which is great to be a part of. Location is in a pretty decent spot it's right next to Rockingham shopping centre so finding parking is rather easy or there's a bus stop 10 steps away. I think the price of a membership is $14.95 a week so for me gaining strength, confidence and getting healthier overall is well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for years! The staff and members are top tier. I have trained with Jay from the beginning and cannot rave about him enough! He has been there through many up and downs and remains a constant beacon of support and drive! If you are wanting a trainer that listens, pushes you when needed, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you succeed, then Jay is the man for the job!

Negative experience: Very nice gym with friendly staff like Jesse and Jay who are helpful and professional. However on two separate occasions the system continued to auto debit my account after I had suspended it. The owner takes forever to get the money back into your account and you have to keep hassling them like it was your responsibility. I urge other customers to watch their accounts after they have suspended or cancelled their membership.

Negative experience: I had a few issues with being overcharged with this Gym and it took weeks of various phone calls and messages but eventually they refunded all the money in full which I appreciate. The gym has a good vibe for beginners not overpacked or overwhelming.

Negative experience: I had been a member for a long time & had moved away from area requesting my membership to be cancelled. I didn't necessarily appreciate the response I got for requesting to cancel as this is my choice. Nonetheless I was assured it was cancelled in December however payments shortly resumed in January 2024. I was offered a refund but really it shouldn't have needed a refund as my membership should have been cancelled like I was told in writing. Overall I would say they have an issue with transparency and I'll wait to see if that refund is eventually processed for the weeks I was incorrectly debited. Be warned.

Negative experience: Signed up for a "free" month trial membership only to be charged $30 without authorisation after two weeks. Called about the issue only to be told "that's awkward" and that maybe they'll refund me if their refund system isn't down. More than 6 weeks later and nothing. I guess I paid $30 for a free trial. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym - equipment is quality and well maintained. Staff are friendly and place is always clean and tidy

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Jetts Rocko for longer than I remember. First gym I ever signed up for when I was at my heaviest weight of 120Kg. Since then I've dropped to 65Kg and then over 2023 I've gone up to 75Kg building muscle. It's not too big of a gym but it's cosy and has everything I need. Could do with a T-Bar attatchment for rows and a hex Squat bar but those are very specific things and there's other options for similar workouts. All the staff are great, I mainly keep to myself but I they are always friendly when we speak. Overall, fully recommend Edit: Wanted to come back here and say thanks to the guys here for listening into such a small request and following up. Very useful for me to use :)

Fantastic experience: This gym just had a new overhaul, new hand weights, machinery. The treadmill and stepper machines are fully digitalised allowing you select a hiking trail. Very comfortable and easy gym to train in. Never have to wait to use machines either. Value for money with promotions to save you more money across the year. I’ve been here for 5 years because it’s peaceful here.
