Fantastic experience: Casual rate is cheaper than other gyms I’ve checked in the area and the gym itself is clean and well equipped.

Negative experience: Been visiting least 3-4 times in over the year, so far a great gym as music and atmosphere is great and the lifters are friendly and helpful! I generally always clean benches after, put my weights back, being respectful as possible, the one time I did pull day and there was chalk around where I was applying it, the owner told me to clean the chalk where I did deadlifts and I told him sorry and I will, I did try to clean up with just wipes in the gym standard provided, I did my best to clean it with the limited resources provided, I did apologise and did my best as it was my first time doing something like that. After I cleaned it as much as I could, I moved onto my workouts and he came up and told me straight up “I don’t want you here again” saying I was being disrespectful but I was listening and kindly agreeing with him and trying to explain I couldn’t make it spotless with the resources provided, but he wasn’t even being slightly understanding or accept my apology, was talking over me and just calling me disrespectful for just that? It would of been appreciated if he just gave me a warning and I wouldn’t of done that again. Simple. I did 90% of things right but I got kicked out for 10% I didn’t do, gym doesn’t give you 2nd chances. But will say thank you for allowing me to use your gym did have good workouts :)

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome gym and an even better environment. Lots of parking, lots of equipment, huge ladies only section and loads of classes with the best trainers for those keen on group fitness. Good music always pumping, which always motivates you to train. And on top of all that, staff are super helpful. You will always get greeted with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Love that there is a separate women's section. We tend to go in the off peak hours when it is quieter. Plenty of equipment available. Friendly, efficient staff. Heaps of parking available.

Fantastic experience: I joined ND a few weeks ago and so far I can't fault anything. After bad experiences with a few well known gyms *cough* Fernwood *cough* it's been refreshing to find a place where I'm comfortable with the staff and other members. The equipment isn't brand new, don't show up expecting champagne on a beer budget as they say - on that note though I've so far found everything to be well maintained and quite clean. No fuss, no hidden agenda, caring staff who listen and give you the time of day. You can't ask for anything more.

Fantastic experience: Great place to meet girls. Not much of a gym nut myself but always talking to girls. Nice place to socialize. I see people talking and enjoying their time while doing exercise.

Negative experience: This gym is okay, you pretty much get what you pay for. If anything your better off working out from home. The women's area is very small and someone is always on the machine you want/ there is limited machines available. The staff are okay, parking is difficult to get. Glad I cancelled the membership.

Negative experience: My brother was wanting to sign up for the gym for the first time. He tried the 7 day pass but didn’t feel comfortable in the gym so he went back to cancel. He went in at 9:50 but the “personal trainer”, some guy called Ben wouldn’t even let him in to cancel. He made him wait outside until 10am. Then when he stoke to some lady. She told him it was only $13. Then they had the nerve to say “they always do this”. I can definitely understand why he didn’t feel comfortable in the gym. Especially when it was his first time. It made him confirm that he made the right decision to not keep his membership. The people were rude and unwelcoming.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years and it will always be my favourite gym. Friendly, welcoming staff and all the equipment you could ever need and more. Ive paid 4 times the price ND charges for other gym memberships that dont offer half of the equipment. The creche is wonderful, such lovely ladies and so helpful to the mums out there who otherwise would be unable to train. So affordable. 24 hour access. Awesome classes. What more could you want?

Positive experience: Dirty but has all the equipment you would expect (cleanliness has improved lately). Cheap and convenient with 24 hour access. Most staff are friendly and easy to approach but Ben out the front is fabulous. Such a nice guy and easy to chat with as long as the gym place isn’t crazy busy. You will always see Ben working around the gym doing something like tidying up the weights from the lazy gym members or he’s chatting with the members checking in with everyone. Employees like Ben are hard to come by in the Mt Druitt area. Nice dude! If he’s the owner, good job. If not, raise raise raise

Positive experience: I would have given it 5 stars if gym members would bother putting those weights and dumbells back on the racks. Most of the time its tidy but some times its a bloody mess and they get in the way when youre working out. Very spacious, lots of new equipments and awesome staffs.

Negative experience: Upon signing my wife up for a membership the staff misrepresented the benefits or were totally ignorant of how it works, take your pick. PT at the introductory session made assumptions, didn't listen, was argumentative, when the above misinformation became apparent, and basically treated my wife like trash, then told her she wasn't ready to do a PT session which I've never heard before in my life!! Avoid this place and try the other 4-5 in the area instead.
