Fantastic experience: I have just joined Fitness Nation and can I just say wow, as soon as I walked in the door the vibe of this gym is unmatched. The staff are so lovely and welcoming even if you’re a perfect stranger they make you feel like family. The gym equipment is incredible with so much choice, Pilates studio is beautiful. This is by far the best gym I have been to! 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: The staff are snobby. You smile at them and they give you a death stare or look the other way. You wait at reception, they see you amongst themselves and you have to interrupt to get some assistance. I hate going when it’s staffed. Wished they knew how unwelcoming it is. A smile back would not hurt and it makes a difference. They should frost the screen from the gym to reception desk because it’s just an awkward situation trying to workout and facing people at reception.

Positive experience: Since coming here a few months ago they’ve really increased the quality. It was already of good standard, and it seems to be cleaner and more organised with the putting away of weights etc since I first started. The PT’s are super friendly, and the staff are friendlier. All I really need from a good gym, is space, a great range of equipment (which these guys have just updated a new range of machines) and a hello/farewell with a smile and eye contact. Will continue to keep training here

Negative experience: Totally a bad experience with the payment if you need to cancel. We got charged for extra one month for 2 people without mentioning that they charge people for one month extra after giving the notice despite we cancelled within one month of joining. We were told that there would be one month of time to cancel if we cancel within one month we would get a refund on membership and the account wont be deducted any further. Our account was deducted for 2 fortnights even after giving them a notice. However when asked they mentioned that they would still charge for another month (2months in total plus membership) even if you cancel within one month. And nobody did inform we would be able to use the gym for that period. Such a scam. Please don’t loose your money on this gym.

Fantastic experience: I just started at Fitness Nation and it’s been an absolute dream. State of the art facilities with absolutely every machine and class you can imagine. Namkha needs a special shout out for making the most amazing Espresso protein shakes! Addictive!

Fantastic experience: the coffee here is great, the staff are all babes, and super helpful, there are often coaches in the gym offering advice on better technique. the gym itself is clean and well kept, usually pretty good music pumping too. my favorite is all the bars, rings, bands, etc for my callisthenics.

Fantastic experience: Much more than a gym - the best you'll find on the North East side. I love Fitness Nation so much, it really has everything. Not only do you have a weights section with the works, there is a huge fitness room for group classes, a martial arts/boxing area and a race track for Xfit and HIIT workouts. There is a cycle studio as well. It doesn't end there! There is a reformer pilates studio upstairs, huge change rooms complete with toilets, showers, lockers and my fave, a steam room. They have a huge kids corner with TV, games, books etc, perfect for parents who want to squeeze a workout in. Facilities are modern and well kept and really cater to everyone. I love that you can order smoothies and coffee at the desk, as well as a drinks fridge to purchase from. Weekly membership is so reasonable for what you get, you'd be hard pressed to find a better studio.

Fantastic experience: I intentionally left this review for a few months to assess whether the exceptional customer service I received upon joining wasn't just for the benefit of selling, and I have not been disappointed. With varied gym experiences over the past 30+ years, I can honestly say this gym has exceeded its' competition in atmosphere, staff and available class schedules. Always greeted by friendly faces, Fitness Nation has a 'community' vibe if you're prepared to slow down and connect. The owner, Brett, is a stand out human, always willing to chat with members and genuinely open to feedback. Which other gym offers a suggestion box and is committed to fulfilling every reasonable request?The gym never feels overcrowded, the surroundings are clean and I love that their class timetable is plentiful, especially the Reformer Pilates. The cost for the latter is hands down, the best value you will find out there. Nowhere else will you pay $35 a week for unlimited Pilates, access to all classes, gym equipment and even their sauna, on the Gold package. Ps. Sunday Yoga with Cheryl is THE BEST and must be tried by everybody at least once!...My happy place for a strong body and mind.

Negative experience: very very rude and very disrespectful stuff My mom fall down it was on sunday, afternoon, no stuff i understand most stuff doesn’t work on Sundays, No first first Aid, there was a young boy going up and down to Find a cold pack there was nothing , he had to use the kitchen cloth used water , i called to the stuff to check the camera to see how my mum fall down, they said sorry we couldn’t see anything how she fall, It’s either they deleted the video or they not working,

The personal trainer working from at the gym - Paddy, is absolutely fantastic. Insightful, knowledgeable and caring. I thoroughly enjoyed my reformer plilates class with Chloe + personal training with Paddy & continue to do both. Kat.

Negative experience: After about 5 or 6 rings the phones hung up, kinda like the call was declined. Tried calling 3 times but it happened each time and there was no option to leave a message. Pricing not clear on website

Negative experience: If you want the worst customer service, very aggressive and unfriendly staff, atrocious pricing, no free classes ($10 per class), terrible cleanliness then this is the gym for you! Their staff is very rude and the cancellation policy is a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great people and cool atmosphere. I've been here before it was Fitness Nation and the recent renovations and change of management has been great. What I like the most about this gym is the people that go here, everyone is on their own journey and the people who attend this gym don't have that stuck up vibe about themselves. I would honestly say it's a great gym for people on all different pathways and not too intimidating.

Being a disability support worker we tried every gym in the area , my client was dissatisfied various times , the treatment given to us was absolutely awful, but from day one our experience with Fitness nation was excellent. From the staff at the front counter to the general positive atmosphere that runs through this gym we have had nothing but great experiences, from day one we dealt with crystal who is a manager she has all the knowledge, patience and expertise in how to appropriately treat people her caring and helpful nature made my client feel so welcomed . What we loved most was how she and all the staff spoke to us and made us feel supported and important and were never rude or pushy when it came down to joining which was so refreshing,, I’ve worked in gyms fr over 18 years and this gym by far has everything you need , from great equipment, very clean and tidy at all times the staff are always well presented and well groomed and all look like very professional, even things like the bathrooms and change rooms always well kept and clean, what was also refreshing is things like maintenance issues are dealt with immediately I noticed in male toilets that there was some tiles damaged near urinals , and by our next visit the problem was rectified, there never seems to be issues with equipment, and the friendly caring vibes which go right through the gym will make anyone from beginner to expert feel safe and comfortable congratulations on a superb set up it’s so nice to come to a gym were you can do you’re workout and really enjoy it awesome guys❤️❤️❤️❤️

Big shout out to Phil and Alex (functional fitness coaches- you guys work me hard!), Vanessa (reformer pilates- never sweated so much in reformer before ) and of course Chrissi (always so happy and friendly). Love your work guys. You make the classes exciting and challenging which makes coming to the gym so easy! Since the new renovation, the gym has improved tremendously. Functional use of space, great equipment and a great bunch of people. I'm looking forward to the morning boxing classes!!

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy this place chose to open shop near me! Mega cool fit out, lots of the top level equipment available here, I can see great success in the future for this crew!

Negative experience: Nice trainers doing the classes although cancelled membership just to try another gym for the rest of the year and was told I could stay on a more basic gym deal or get a $150 Cancellation fee seems abit much obviously not gonna go back now.
