Fantastic experience: Great space, nice selection of equipment and helpful, friendly staff who made me feel very comfortable when I have always found gyms to be intimidating previously. Chloe gave me excellent instructions on several machines and exercises to help me build a routine which really boosted my confidence in using a gym

Fantastic experience: A great set up and quality gear.

Positive experience: Nice and clean, decent variety of equipment, some wasted space though and could really use another squat rack. Busy at the usual hours of just before and just after work, but generally enough equipment so that you don't have to wait too long. Otherwise excellent.

Fantastic experience: Good gym

Negative experience: Premium price does not equal premium service. Upon enquiring about cancellation, this gym wanted to charge me $41.90 for 2 days access to the gym under the “Flexi” plan. Seems like they rely on T&C technicalities instead of common sense or the spirit of the “flexi” plan. I wonder whether this is an unfair contract term under the Australian Consumer Law.

Fantastic experience: Such a good community in this gym! All the equipment is in great condition and they have an amazing range for the space. Manager Arwen and her team exceptionally friendly & helpful and are always happy to lend a hand and show you around. The classes are upbeat and instructors are great at creating entertaining and challenging workouts.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the vibe of this gym! The gym and the equipment are always clean and well looked after. Arwen and her team are incredibly friendly and always make an extra effort to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I always look forward to my next session at this gym and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Adl hills x

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love being apart of the 24fit Stirling community! They have an amazing team of staff who are so welcoming, friendly and happy to share their expertise. The gym itself is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. I would highly recommend the group fitness classes which include a wide variety of strength, cardio and conditioning focused exercises. The classes are perfect if you are looking to try new things or in need of some motivation! The environment is so positive and supportive, I can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym 2 years ago and I have only positive things to say. Their lovely staff are warm and friendly which has created a great atmosphere. Their range of equipment from cardio, to free weights, to squat racks ensures there’s something for everyone. Their range of Personal Training also ensures there are trainers for everyone’s needs from strength, to sport specific, to hypertrophy or just for fun!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this gym a few times now, everytime I’ve been in the staff have been so lovely and willing to help out with anything. The gym is always very clean and has a great range and variety of equipment. I would recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: Could not recomend this team and its entire community high enough. Wether you do your own thing or need the classes to get you into gear, they have what you need and more. If its about costs, good luck finding the varierty of workouts and class trainers and the frequency of classes anywhere else for their price. If you want somewhere with plenty of support, great people and fantastic facilties, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: After my usual gym shut down, I joined Striling 24 Fit about a year before Covid hit. Really enjoyed the time there, but once normal work resumed I looked around for something on my commute. Tried three possibilities before discovering there is nothing to match! The convenient parking; quite attendance; great staff and good quality equipment are all winners.If you want a quiet well stocked gym that allows you to enjoy your own workout, or join the small but dedicated classes this is the place to be. If you want to negotiate overstocked piles of supplements as you try and find free equipment - look elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I joined 24fit Stirling over 2 years ago and I can honestly say that is the best gym I’ve attended. It is always immaculately clean with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere as well as having a great range of equipment. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: 24 Stirling is the best gym I’ve used - and I’ve used a few. It’s only 10 minutes from home, which helps. There is a good range of modern machines & free weights. Manager Damon & co are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful & they keep the place spotless. The members are friendly & I haven’t seen any herculoids in there yet, thankfully. It would be close to perfect if only they’d play some decent music!

Fantastic experience: Best fitness journey experience for me. Gyms can be intimidating when you are over 50 and unfit, so joining here has been life changing. Who knew I could lift really heavy things? Confidence building PT support in a great setting. It's nice to belong to a a gym where all fitness levels are welcome. Being able to choose strength or cardio classes to plan your week is great too.

Fantastic experience: Great clean, modern gym with approachable staff. Trainer Damon helped me prepare for a body building competition, and had me in tip top shape. Thanks to the team I am now a full-time member of the Swole patrol. Haven't checked out the cardio area, but I hear its nice.

Fantastic experience: Ever since starting my membership at the beginining of 2019, i have experienced nothing less of amazing hospitality, friendly and welcoming staff and a great gym atmosphere. The gyms abundance of equipment, cardio machines and free weights make it an excellent enviroment for everyone, regardless of individual goals and motives, the gym caters to everyone and has unique coach lead classess coupled with individaul personal trainers to help aid your physical pursuits if need be. My expectations were high when begining at the at the start of this year and i have been pleasantly suprised on how they have been exceeded on every basis. Highly recommned. Nothing less of 5 big ones.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Adelaide no doubt. I have been to a couple gyms and none of them compare. The facilities are top class, spacious, high end, clean, and you will find every machine or type of equipment you are looking for. The staff always have a smile on their face, and will happily help you out with whatever you need! Not only has it made me physically fitter, it has also helped with my mental strength. Pushing yourself past your comfort zone in the gym rewires your brain to continue this mentality outside of the gym. It has helped me to stop procrastinating, as well as helping me maintain focus for longer periods of time. If you are thinking about joining the gym, do it. It will complete change who you are in a positive way!

Fantastic experience: Super nice gym to go to, staff are always happy to answer questions and greet me when I arrive. Not the largest range of machines but they have the important ones. Gyms always kept clean and weights are generally packed up nicely. Highly recommend joining and have managed to get a few friends to join who also like it.

Fantastic experience: My partner & I recently moved from Mt Barker too Stirling to start our new venture; what a pleasure this gym has been! Not only are the staff friendly but not over bearing; the other members are so nice. Its great to see the same faces smashing out their goals every day, the gym just has that comfortable feel about it where I know I can train in peace but also have a laugh with the members training beside me. Couldn't recommend this gym higher. Thanks Stirling staff ✌

Positive experience: Nice stylish place, great layout, new equipment. Racks and or bars seem narrower than Mt Barker 24fit and I have been colliding with them walking the bar out. Barbell weights are adequate. No staff member greeting me when I have been and I can just get on with my sets without hassle or random comments from members.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've been to in Adelaide. All new equipment so the machines are super smooth. More equipment than I've ever seen in one place. Very friendly staff who are always around to help, say hello and smile. You can also get private training sessions and fitness assessments. Well worth the membership fee.
