Negative experience: Poorly ran club with a few horrible staff members. Overall the gym is okay, however the standard of equipment is horrendous and always broken. There was a good few months there where friends and I had got sick instantly being there which was reported to staff to clean the equipment, with the response being - you can clean it yourself. Upon leaving the gym to a new gym, the quitting process was smooth. However, after a few months I had been emailed advising I owe an outstanding figure of hundreds. bearing in mind, I had been at this gym since 2017 to 2024 with NO PAYMENTS MISSED. I went in and there were no budging, it seems that 'Club Lime' needed the extra funds. I just feel like it's a cop out from the owners because a new gym opened up that took over their business. The staff wanted proof, how can I provide proof other than my bank statements and that I in fact cancelled my gym membership with a staff which was straight forward. In the end, after the rude staff member having a laugh and threatening me that I'll have a debt mark against my name.. I decided to pay the outstanding figure. I would recommended people to join another gym, this gym has some rude staff, poor equipment and sneaky tactics. Much better out there that is cheaper and worth.
Negative experience: The gym's cleanliness is awful. The bathrooms are filthy, and many machines are covered in dust. It's disappointing to see such poor hygiene in a place focused on health. Not worth the membership unless they clean up.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with iFitness. I canceled my membership in person, and the staff assured me it was processed, but they continued to charge me beyond the 28-day notice period. When I reached out via email to resolve the issue, their response was unhelpful and they redirected me to cancel online, extending my cancellation period by a further 28 days. Their customer service is incredibly poor. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
Negative experience: Garbage cancellation policy. Canceled my partners gym membership in July because she had a baby, done in person with staff at front counter. They didn’t process it properly and now she’s been charged an additional 2 months for membership because of the mistake by the staff. - it wasn’t processed correctly there is no record of the cancellation therefore the gym is charging another month ! My membership is due for renewal and I’ll be canceling as well. Hate these dirty business practices. Basically a scam
Negative experience: Equipment seems very dated compared to AF or snap. Bathrooms very gross. Paper towels always low/empty. Fans full of dust. Don't think I have high expectations either tbh.

Fantastic experience: I like this gym; the atmosphere is quite good and facilities are also good. I do however think the gym needs to be clearer on expectations around the cleaning of equipment after use and if this is still required post-COVID. I see a lot of clients come in and use the equipment and do not clean the equipment. Staff haven't pulled them up on it so I suspect it isn't mandatory anymore?

Fantastic experience: Locations are super convenient
Positive experience: It's been my local fitness joint for several years, but I only started training seriously in the last 12 months with the help of a personal trainer. This gym is affordable, and has everything I need; plus I've always felt comfortable with a diverse mix of age groups and body sizes.

Negative experience: Early morning Physical Trainer - loud and entitled. Hog equipment for her clients. Management backed her. Fortunately we could vote by cancelling our membership. Equipment dated and poorly serviced. Shop around . Better gyms around Palmy
Negative experience: Signed up for 12 month membership & got charged twice!! on the first direct debit which includes account keeping fee. I now feel it was a mistake to give my bank details to them. I’m also not very confident this will be rectified without significant rigmarole. And perhaps they will continue to double charge… who knows??

Fantastic experience: Very clean and organised over two floors. Staff are willing, helpful and polite. I see Ruby at Storm PT, she is both mindful and a very knowledgeable trainer.

Negative experience: I signed up for a no lock in contract membership with the gym, then COVID hit and I lost my job so I put my account on hold until I could find work again for the first few months it was fine then they charged me for 3 weeks (this was over $100) and when I went in to ask what happened they said they had no proof that my account was on hold so I did what they said to re put it on hold and they continued to charge me and say that they didn’t. Needless to say I have cancels my membership which I have to pay $80 to do. Never signing up with them again.

Fantastic experience: Full range of equipment. Great helpful staff. The only thing that could make it better if members stayed off their phones / social media and just did their sets and moved on so other members could use the equipment
Fantastic experience: Love the staff here. Always have a smile greeting at the door. Clean facilities, clean equipment, in working condition equipment. Access at 24/7. No reason I can think of not to use this facility. Only suggestion would be perhaps another set of cable machines on both levels but that's nit picking. Another plus note I can walk out after sessions and do my shopping straight after on way home, so in the same complex.

Negative experience: Upon signing up were we told that there'd be no lock in contract and no extra fees or penalties for cancelling at any time, due to the job we are in. Upon attempting to cancel our membership, due to having to move away at such short notice, we were told this is not the case, and that we'd have to either keep paying our fees or pay a massive cancellation fee. Would highly recommend not signing up to this gym. Staff didn't care and we were just told an old staff member signed you up, nothing we can do. Will not be returning. Poor customer service and poor professionalism.
Positive experience: Good gym, has been a member for 2 years but fitness classes schedule is quite poor, too many Les Mills, but lack of HIIT classes at suitable times. Also previously cancelled some good HIIT classes on weekends without consultation with members. Previous manager stated that most fitness classes are aimed at "stay at home mums". If you want to get some serious training programs, look elsewhere, if you are happy with Les Mills Bodypump, zumba, you can sign up to this one.
Positive experience: You could say this is my second home. Affordable membership fees with access to all classes, access to all ifitness clubs, wonderful staff and trainers and awesome gym equipment. Only negatives is sometimes it can be busy but I try to avoid peak hours and go when its less busy so I can use the equipment I need for my workout. Other negative Is some gym members forget to put the weights away which can be an inconvenience sometimes.

Negative experience: Equipment outdated was using treadmill last session place my brand new phone in the holder if there's even one was running and slid down and drop it so pissed not happy and seconds after a person next to me also drop his phone. machine so outdated sometimes so loud like its struggling to keep up. place fairly clean but at least lady at the front its nice. its like they focus on the yoga area than the equipment and prices keeps going up while there equipment don't even get an upgrade/maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym I have ever been to! Staff are great and even the people who work out there are so friendly too. The only times I've seen people have problems with the gym or staff were those who had terrible attitude problems anyway. Way better than any other gym!

Negative experience: When I singed up over the counter I Paid 6months up front to then be asked for a further $50 for the access card, didn't see any issues as the salesperson / receptionist advised me this was fully refundable upon return of the card when the membership had finished. Called up yesterday to confirm I would be bringing the card back in return for my $50, I was advised that I would not be getting a refund and advised I should check my contract. Misleading Salespeople work here :)
Fantastic experience: The creche and the ladies are fantastic - I'm always confident my kids are in good hands. The gym is great - the extension and new equipment, along with the Coolalinga ifitness opening, gives us so much more space and chanve to use equipment we want to use.

Negative experience: After being banned from this franchise after training with a friend (because I am a qualified PT who the manager has had a personality clash with) I view this chain to be unprofessional, unfriendly and unsupportive of people's goals. Also threatened by qualified professionals who achieve results. If I could score lower I would.
