Fantastic experience: Best commercial gym in Castle Hill, staff do an amazing job maintaining it, ample underground parking incl. great carwash, plenty of equipment and friendly members (more on the casual side). If I had to be picky, chest plate machine feels clunky, power racks doesnt have numbering, pin not working on max weight in some machines, missing proper tricep machine. If you forget your headphones, drive back home or buy some earplugs from chemist warehouse upstairs as the music is woeful.. feels like your shopping at smiggle not at a gym.

Positive experience: Lots of teenagers just sitting on machines without a towel and doom scrolling. I find it difficult to complete my workouts. I've observed some people sitting on machines for 40 mins! The gym itself is great, clean, spacious, ample parking, nice staff - but it's just not practical for me anymore.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, well maintained. New equipment and well-planned design. Amenities are cleaned, and members are respectful. It’s not a huge gym but plenty of equipment to cater to all needs, especially a number of squat and bench press racks. Joined 2 weeks ago, I have been happy to join. Lea in admin is very courteous and made me feel welcomed and answered all my joining queries. One of the best things about this gym is the 24/7 access, which fits perfectly with my busy schedule. I also appreciate the no lock-in contracts, which give me the flexibility I need. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging, making it a great place to work out. Overall, Plus Fitness Castle Hill offers excellent value for money with its affordable membership fees and top-notch facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my workouts in this Gym. It is well maintained and managed by great staff. I didn't have any problems during my time in this gym.

Positive experience: Too many annoying teenagers in the gym who do not re rack after using weights, occupy the machines for ages while they scroll their phones. Otherwise a decent gym with good facilities.

Positive experience: Decent gym. I don’t think they require you to use a towel as most people don’t. Gross.

Fantastic experience: The exercise physiologist Mitch is a down-to-earth bloke. No matter where I go, whenever he is around, he always greets me with a nice smile. As a person getting back into lifting, I know the gym is always an intimidating place at first, but Mitch has made my experience a really positive one. He is always down to have a friendly chat and is very knowledgeable in his field. Staff members are usually not recognised for their diligence, so I hope that Mitch is going forward because he is doing a really good job!

Fantastic experience: I Am so profoundly exhilarated whenever I have a training session at this phenomenal gymnasium. It has quality equipment and high class staffing making my journey to peak fitness one to solemnly enjoy. Whenever i bench press i have terrific support from my fellow gymnasium goers and they are typically at awe from my personal record of 275 kilos. Personally i could not recommend this Nasium more and highly suggest for more occupants. In conclusion, my journey to and from this facility is filled with joy and happiness and i always look foward to seeing freddy T.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for quite a few years now. Have been to other plus fitnesses however Castle Hill Plus fitness is definitely at the top. Always clean, tidy and friendly staff. Equipment isn't outdated. 5/5 ! :)

Fantastic experience: Just finished my 7 day free trial and have no doubt or hesitation in signing up tomorrow..it's one of the better gyms that I have been a member of and extremely clean and well maintained thanks to Lia and Alyssa who are not only busy and on their toes ensuring that the gym is spick and span but are also so friendly and helpful and welcoming Keep up the good work and more strength to you'll..:)

Positive experience: Plenty of room & equipment to use. It doesn't smell like other Plus Fitness & has good ventilation (has plenty of fans). Only suggestion is to improve the lighting. The lights are bright but the light is like spot light and not like the office lighting kinda bright. But I still prefer to go here because of the equipment.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to sign up at Plus Fitness Castle Hill. I called earlier and was greeted by Alyssa on the phone who promptly answered all my questions and invited me in the do the paperwork to join. Once arriving Lia and Alyssa were super lovely and gave me a nice tour of the facilities as well explaining how everything works regarding payments and the fob key. The girls were super put together and knew exactly what they were talking about - super keen to get started here ! Highly recommend and thanks again to Alyssa and Lia for all their help xxx

So much to like here but this review is in particular for Alyssa at reception who is just wonderful. She’s friendly, efficient and made it easy and a pleasure to sign up for both hubby and I. No, I don’t know Alyssa personally. I met her when looking for a gym. She was just so switched on and lovely to deal with. Great gym with great staff!

Fantastic experience: Signing up was very easy and the staff was very helpful she gave me a tour of the gym and explained everything for me and answered any questions I had excellent service!! Forgot to grab her name for this review but I signed up on 25/7 in the afternoon. The gym had everything and had plenty of weights to progress and had designated areas for equipment!! Had plenty of sanitising wipes and bottles and is very clean. It is now my main gym I would highly recommend Plus Fitness Castle Hill. There is plenty of parking available!!

Fantastic experience: Been to a lot of gyms in the past and I must say that this is one of the cleanest and tidiest gyms I’ve ever been a member of ever since they first opened. Only minor concern is people constantly slamming the cable weights which (unbeknownst to many) causes it to break/ malfunction which then leads to other users missing out on using said equipments. Other than that, it’s an outstanding gym. Keep it up

Fantastic experience: The gym equipment is pretty good but the dumbells are the stand out feature. There are even private bathrooms you can use to do cardio in with your significant other (you know who you are)

Fantastic experience: I've got to say this is probably the only Gym that doesn't make it unnecessarily difficult to put your membership on hold or cancel due to medical reasons - they even backdated a hold request and provided credit. No wonder they have so many positive reviews.

Negative experience: Staff are okay, not that helpful, they don't know how to use all the machines which I think is odd, they should be able to help all the people going there to use the machines if need be. Gym floor is often dirty, cleaning procedures seem very poor. Not much room for mat/floor exercises. pretty much the whole gym is consumed by equipment

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff/management, Gym changed the timing which is very understandable these days due to Covid-19, I cancelled my membership due to timing changes doesn't suit me , then while discussing the cancellation they charged me for two weeks!!

Fantastic experience: This is a great new gym in the hills area. All the equipment is new, everything is kept really clean, and everyone puts their weights back where they belong. Generally a good gym culture and plenty of equipment so I don't spend any time waiting to use something. I have a fitness passport and go between a few different gyms from different companies and this one is my favourite by far.
