Fantastic experience: This is one of the better managed Snap Fitness gyms we've been to. Nathan keeps the place in good working order. Equipment are nicely laid out and the culture in the gym is fantastic. Everyone is approachable, accommodating and most people respect gym etiquette.

Fantastic experience: These guys aren't that bad and they're good for the price Im paying. They did fix the water cooler as they said, and it is still hot but only in some areas.

Negative experience: Bald manager has terrible customer service and would be the reason I would never come back. Very sassy towards different nationalities

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a few years now , it has been a great gym as the PT's always make you feel welcomed and are willing to help out if needed ,as for the other members everyone is friendly ,the gym is keeped clean and there is ample equipment to have a decent workout whether its cardio ,free weights ,weighted machines or one of the classes ran by the PT's

Negative experience: If you want to walk into an ice box that has AC blasting at 18 degrees. And people that clearly don’t want to train or sweat go here. If you want a proper gym go somewhere else

Negative experience: Poor maintained equipment. Concept 2 rowers never ran smoothly. I attended the gym for 5 months, not once after my 1st meeting with a trainer as part of the joining fee did anyone check in to see how I was going or need extra support. Members are poor at putting weights away after use. Weights left laying all over the gym. Noticed several members never wipe equipment down after use. Every gym over 20 + years I have attended it is common practice to wipe gear down after use. When I emailed to end my contract I got a phone call from Nathen the gym manager, i though he would be wanting to know way I was leaving the gym. Instead he just wanted to finalise my final payment before he went home at 7.00pm. Just a chain gym that wants to take your money and offer very little support.

Fantastic experience: Staff are welcoming, helpful and encouraging, the gym has a great atmosphere, plus the group sessions and comps bring out a strong camaraderie of members involved. All in all a great gym facility and venue for fitness events located conveniently in the heart of Bundaberg.

Fantastic experience: I like to say the staff at snap fitness bundaberg are super friendly. more than happy to help me with questions and even had the time out of there busy day to show me how to use the gym equipment . soon as I walked in the door big smiles from the club manager and his staff top gym so if your in bundaberg guys and girls check out snap fitness nice and clean super happy with snap fitness good work if I had more start to give I would 100% thank you

Negative experience: Gym environment is standard but clean and tidy. The bathroom and showers are were they lack. For someone who frequently uses the showers at the gym it looks like they are never cleaned.

Negative experience: Went to Aldi. Not Snap Fitness. Sorry.

Negative experience: Experienced really rude behaviour from the manager at the gym. Gym was not well ventilated and lacked clean equipment.

Negative experience: Will never be attending snaps again, One of there workers named ‘Kym’ is extremely rude. I will never understand how she has not yet been fired. I have a few friends who go to snaps and they feel the exact same way! Disgusting

Negative experience: Im visting for work up in Bundaberg this gym is Dirty, smelly and has old equipment, all the equipment is outdated and needs major attention ASAP the snap fitness in my area is so much better. Worst gym I've ever been to... Manager was also rude and would give a minus 1 if possible.

I highly recommend taking part in the group sessions as they are a great place to start a fitness journey and meet some of the other members. I've been training with John since the end of my first month and with his encouragement and guidance in tailoring my sessions to my goals I've been able to reach them much faster then on my own. If you have ever considered joining a gym for the first time or are looking for a new gym to call home, go have to talk to the friendly staff at snap you won't be disappointed

Negative experience: Had been a member for several years, but am now trying to be strong armed into paying for legal fees and other stuff for an extra month after I notified them I wasn't going to continue membership. Straight up asked how my partner was going at worlds and I was like great. Im moving their next month so I won't be continuing membership. And he reckons I didn't say anything to him.

Snap fitness has amazing staff and members who are always friendly and always willing to offer guidance and support whenever needed! I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Brody since my very first day at snap and he has always tailored my training sessions to me goals and fitness levels! Snap also offers a range of fantastic group sessions, amazing training spaces and high quality equipment! Pop down and chat to the friendly staff, you won’t regret it!

Positive experience: not a bad gym. decent layout. staff are friendly. equipment in good condition. some of the gym users are morons however. that aside its a good spot for a work out
