Fantastic experience: A wonderful community of people who will always strive to lift you up. I had the privilege of training at Ringfit for almost 8 years where I learned the fundamentals of HIIT training, lifting, and of course, boxing, which have taught me everything I know about exercise, and how it is one of the most effective tools for physical and mental health. Ringfit is a place to be surrounded by coaches who are knowledgeable and push you while meeting you where you are at, and other awesome members who will become your friends. I'd recommend Ringfit to everyone, and I thank and congratulate Dan on building something special.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Ringfit Training Centre enough, if you are looking for a gym that teaches boxing, from the fundamental stages all the way through to competition. Most boxing gyms focus on getting numbers through the door, and provide very generic training. Dan (owner), has developed a great program which caters for absolute beginners all the way through to amateur fighters. The gym offers beginniners, intermediate and advanced classes with each step being acknowledged with an invitation to progress to the next level. Another great aspect, is that there are no egos, (unlike other boxing gyms). Dan has developed a friendly atmosphere, so when you walk through the door, you immediately feel at ease and comfortable to really focus on your training. Nick

Negative experience: I have been training with this guy for a while he has forgotten to collect payment from us. Instead of sorting out my NDIS with my corrupt support worker who messed me around he allowed her to train with us! I really needed my training tomorrow and through no fault of my own I cannot pay in advance! However it is a pretty sure bet that I will be able to pay because I am on the National Disability Insurance scheme. But Dan is more interested in his pocket than he is the fitness of myself and my child who have both been horrifically abused. It really is quite funny because there is hardly been a day that he has not complained to us about how other people are treating his child! And people do not believe in karma??? Funny! Thanks for wasting our time! Below is the screen cover on my phone because this meant so much to me! You were even prepared to let me go and Hock my belongings to pay you! Two main people gone in one day! I think I have actually done quite well! Thanks DAN! You seem quite concerned with the young guys! Older disabled people not really your thing hey? Either is a 15-year-old child who needed you so much! The picture pretty much says it all doesn't it?

Fantastic experience: Best boxing gym in Perth. The quality of instruction is second to none. The place has a "no agro jerks" vibe and is super welcoming and friendly. If you want to spar/fight, there are classes that will prepare you for a competition boxing path. If you want to get fit and never want to punch another person, then that's absolutely an avenue here too, with loads of fitness and fundamentals classes. If you want to mix it up, swap the boxing gloves for kettlebells, and work some strength and conditioning, there are classes for that too. You will get fit here. Flexible membership options and a variety of classes in the schedule. Just go in and chat with Dan or Ali and see if it's the right fit for you.

Fantastic experience: Ringfit Training Centre is an excellent gym for anyone wanting to learn the craft of boxing as well as wanting fitness, conditioning or strength training. Dan Rogers (Owner) runs a professional gym and is very approachable and willing to share his knowledge, experience and skill and is highly motivated. All of the staff are equally professional and skilled in their craft, a standout for me was Cam Francey. An outstanding coach who was not only skilled as a boxer but extremely knowledgeable in many areas, including nutrition, conditioning, strength training and general fitness. An excellent trainer with a great manner and style who was patient, encouraging, supportive, passionate, professional and highly motivated. I would highly recommend this gym, it has an outstanding atmosphere and vibe.

Broad and knowledgeable system of classes set up ranging from boxing, to power circuits, to strength and conditioning run by professionals and the owner, Dan Rogers. Dan is a 2 star AIBA level coach and his aptitude for coaching is unparalelled, always keeping his athletes in top condition. Dan and his team are dedicated in assisting you in achieving your fitness goals whatever they may be. They can take you from grass root levels, amature or pro levels if that's what you are after. If you are after casual training with a great vibe, Ringfit Training Centre is the gym for you.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at Ringfit for a number of years now... prior to that I had changed gyms a number of times as I would get bored or lose motivation. What I like about Ringfit is it has managed to keep me coming back, even after years of training in the same place. It's not a stale training environment, it's continually evolving. I particularly value the introduction of new technologies to keep my training interesting and motivation high. Whether you want to take boxing seriously or are more interested in just getting fit, it's a place that caters for all. Young and old, male and female and varying fitness levels. See you at the gym!

Fantastic experience: Although I discovered that boxing probably isn't my thing, Dan and James offer a variety of classes that mean I don't feel like a dunce when I try and punch a bag! As a female as well, the gym is NOT intimidating as other gyms can be - EVERYONE makes you feel welcome, especially the trainers and although you might expect all eyes on you when you walk in for the first time, there is always someone with a smile or a joke to make you feel welcome and at home. Keep up the awesome atmosphere Ringfit!

Fantastic experience: I started my weightlose journey around May 2016. Both James and Dan (owners and trainers) have been right beside me the whole way- supporting, encouraging and guiding me. They have invested so much time in helping me achieve my goals and ensuring I keep challenging myself. I am pretty greatful to have these guys and the other members of gym on my side of ring while I continue my journey and change my lifestyle for the better!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this gym to anyone, young or old. In shape, or working on it. The classes are fun and engaging. The private sessions are affordable and the best workout I've ever had, all while having fun and laughing with Jimmy or Daniel.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Ringfit in Perth for the past 2 years and love it. The boxing trainers are great to help you develop good boxing technique, then they also offer boxing fitness classes as well which focuses on the fitness side of things and they run early morning fitness boot camps as well. Really happy to be a member and can't recommend the morning boot camps enough!
